Humberto did a good job on a dirty carpet that a renter dirtied. I can't believe how nasty they got it in 5 years. The carpet was brand new before they moved in and when I did the walk thru, I couldn't believe how it looked like they trudged through the house with their shoes on. I contemplated on replacing it but thought I'd give steamcleaning a try first. When I saw how cleaned it looked I was pleased. The only small complaint I had was his lack of memory. I was quoted a price even tho I clearly mentioned how many stairs and how large the unit was but he did not remember the details so charged me more than was originally agreed. In any case, I was ok with the additional fee as I know stairs are the most time consuming and labor intensive part of cleaning carpets. I'd recommend and use him again. read more

This is now my second time using Magic Steam, and I am a true believer. My wife likes to host parties, and with all the events, cleaning becomes a common thing. We called after a huge event and from initial discussion to the completion of work, every step of the way was professional. Scheduling I called and explained the mess. I had pressure from my wife to get a big spill cleaned up from our formal room. I was quickly put at ease and was given a small window which Beto showed up promptly. Cleaning As soon as Beto seen the carpet, he assured me it was no problem. He calmed me down and explained the process. I didn't want to hover but Beto didn't mind and was actually sharing a lot of information with me about the chemicals he uses. I have been using Beto (Magic Steam) for at least 15 years. Hands down, he is the best. My sister and I used to stage homes and we came across the filthiest most disgusting carpets and the owners would not want to replace them. We would call Beto and hope for the best, not expecting much and every time we would be surprised at how great the carpets would look after he finished. We just bought a new home 6 months ago and had new carpet installed in the bedrooms but should have done this after the remodeling we were doing.
