After they arrived and I showed them what needed to be done, they called your office, and your admin let me know it would cost a bit more. Actually a lot more... I'll admit I wasn't thrilled to hear that, but we really needed to get this place cleaned--so we moved forward. And I'm so glad we did. I can't tell you how impressed I am by the professional work your team did today. They were here today for a bit less than two and an half hours. They arrived at 3:20 and left at 5:45 pm. Everywhere I look, I see things that are cleaner than I even realized they could be. They cleaned my toilet better than it was when I bought the house. We have a lot of stuff--picture frames, candles, glassware, shelves full of things--and they took the time to pick it all up, dust and polish everything, then put it back perfectly. At one point, they were working in the kitchen and I had to ask, "What is that?" It turned out to be the crumb tray from our toaster! They had taken it apart, scrubbed it, and made it shine. The bathrooms are spotless. They cleaned all the blinds, which were dusty and now look brand new. And the kitchen--wow. They cleaned the stove, the sink, the faucet, the grout... they even removed the calcium deposits. Everything shines. They vacuumed our carpets using a commercial-grade vacuum that really pulled everything out. Now I know what it means to hire professional cleaners. This negative review isn't for the work that was done, its for management. -At no point during the initial phone call scheduling a deep clean to my house was it mentioned that a $700 cleaning did not include the windows. frustrating. -during the cleaning another person called to request more time. the cleaners were falling behind and weren't going to finish on schedule. no problem, go right ahead. come to find out that allowing more time meant they were going to charge me more for an extension. which they did not mention during the phone call. also fun fact, my real estate agent whom recommended this company said they did this same thing to her on another house. apparently this is a repetitive "mistake" they make. but had no problem still charging me full price even tho they didn't get this additional money approved. -circling back to things not getting cleaned, along with the windows being dirty, the baseboards were untouched too. the baseboards however were included in the 700 cleaning but just weren't done. but, they again had no problem still charging full price even tho the job wasn't finished. you do you, but they won't be getting repeat business from us. read more

Customer service was mediocre at best. By the reviews it looks like this place is a hit or miss. Hire at your own risk. Wouldn't recommend them, they certainly don't "luv2cln" should have known from the name they can't even be bothered to spell correctly or completely. Absolutely STELLAR service, from beginning to end (not that this will be the end - it will NOT!) The company came highly recommended by someone whose judgement I trust implicitly. They clean the home of at least one of her family members. When I called them, Carrie came out within 2 days to look over my project. I had recently had some repairs done to my condo and, as expected, everything was covered in construction dust. Also, the windows (6 sets) had not been cleaned in years. My sweetheart's family heirloom, a wooden hutch with glass doors, containing many irreplaceable ceramic, glass and collectible items, had also not been cleaned in years. We agreed on what needed to be done, and she got back to me the next morning with a very reasonable quote. Her team came out exactly on time, and they also reassured me that my treasures would be treasured by them, as well. We went away for a while (less than the 2 hours they estimated), and were astounded by the result! The floors and all the surfaces were immaculate! They even cleaned the silk flowers that are part of some of my decorations! The hutch was simply beautiful! They had even used orange oil! I don't think it looked that good when it was new! All of the knick-knacks were carefully cleaned and back in their place with no damage whatsoever. I had arranged for the window cleaners to come the next day, and their work was equally astounding! The saga continues in the effort to find a decent housecleaning service. I hired this company after a bad experience with another local company. (See review of Terra Cleaners) This company has a very professional sales guy, JJ Cabrera. I was promised my home would be cleaned to my complete satisfaction for 140.00 per week. The first visit, I was impressed with their thoroughness. Until I got a call from Carrie that morning, saying my home was very dirty and the cost would be 275.00 for the "initial deep cleaning." Three women spent three hours at my home for a total of nine hours. That's over 30.00 per hour per person. 20.00 is average. Please keep in mind that I am a neat freak. I had a cleaning service there the week before and did not believe a deep cleaning was warranted. A thorough cleaning, yes. But not for 300.00. The following week, they came while I was not home. The job was pathetic, and I called immediately to say so. I explained I would not pay for it. JJ said they would send a crew out the next day. I said I had company, and that would not work. I told him I felt like 3rd graders had cleaned my house. Nothing was dusted, nothing was staraightened. It was BAD. Since then it has been non-stop threats and harassment. They've tried to bill my card three times without my permission, and I finally had to cancel the card entirely. There is nothing honest or reliable about this company. I just hope no one breaks into my house--they have my entry codes. read more

Mixed feelings about our experience today. The ladies were very nice and professional, and worked quickly. The house looks good! I like the team that came, this review has nothing to do with them; it is all about the company's protocol and procedures. What I found odd/annoying: *the manager called me mid-cleaning to tell me they don't clean dishes and our kitchen "is pretty dirty". There is a reason we called a maid service...it is to clean. We had to clean dishes and move them out of the way before they could start on the kitchen. I've never had a cleaning service that refused to do a few dishes AND expressed irritation that the area they were cleaning was dirty. It was not that bad. *of course, the cleaning ended up on the high end of my original quote and I received another call. This time, they requested an additional 20 minutes and 50 dollars to "finish the cleaning". I said no. I already paid 255 for two bathrooms and PART of my kitchen. with such a big team, they should be sticking to their quote and working to get it done in that amount of time. When I checked the work, it all looked done. Not sure what four or five people needed 20 more minutes for... *price: it was literally double what I paid the last service we tried, and that service actually did dishes and stayed until it was completed with no extra charge. Just not super impressed, as I don't want to be managing phone calls and making accommodations when I am hiring someone to clean my house. This should be less stressful and more straightforward for me. Will be seeking another service in the future. read more

I hired cleaning services for a move out deep cleaning, carpet cleaning and window cleaning. Carrie was very helpful and professional. She came to my house for inspection and tour where I told her exactly what I want cleaned in detail. The quote for the cleaning I thought was pricey but you get what you pay for because the cleaning was immaculate. The window and carpet cleaning was done the next day and I was very pleased. I had stains on the carpet I thought were impossible to be removed but to my surprise the work was done thoroughly and all stains were history. Carrie also offered a 15% discount on the window cleaning because it was the least priced service. If I do move back to Morgan Hill, I will be hiring their service again before I move back into my house. read more

I recently needed to hire a replacement housecleaning service because our privately hired house cleaner moved out of state. I have used Merry Maids in the past, but found them to be quite expensive for our small home. I contacted Luv2Cln because I liked their website and have seen their cars driving around the Morgan Hill area lately. They responded promptly and sent a rep out to my home to look around and give me a quote. I was a little bit concerned because they don't do a few things that I thought weren't a big deal I guess for legal issues (they bag your garbage and leave it near the door but won't take it to the outside can for example) but I was really enticed by their pricing! Our house is small and they quoted us $75 bi-weekly (Merry Maids wanted $130) and they did not try and charge us the double rate for the first cleaning like MM's did because our house was already in good shape. We signed up and they were there in a few days. Wow! We got a very thorough cleaning that was even better than our private person was doing! I had this company come and do a "Spring Clean" on our home. Three ladies were at my house for about 3.5 hrs and did a good job. My hubby and I work a lot and the house was a wreck. Note, that they don't clean windows or inside ovens and fridges unless you pay a bit extra. I didn't have them clean my carpets, but will ask them to do so this fall before the holidays. After I contacted the Company they were very quick to come out and give me a quote on email. When I change my mind about what type of service I wanted they were going to charge me the same amount for a first cleaning but the cleaning done was not very good. They wanted to nickel and dime me for everything. My countertops are not clean in areas which makes me wonder what actually was cleaned, and the detail of the cabinets called out in the quote isn't complete. They are coming back out tomorrow to finish what I asked but it's an inconvenience for me. The three ladies who came out were here for three hours and the charge was over $55 an hour for each of these ladies. I do want to clarify this was I the first time house cleaning fee that they charged, I hadn't used them before and I will not be using them monthly either for that monthly charge would only be half of what I just paid!- Totally expensive! Update: they did come back and cleaned for an hour ( all 3 ladies), finished the cabinets, and re-mopped the floors. I discovered the substance left on my floors was due to my use of floor polish that was wearing off. read more

I've been using their cleaning services for a couple of months now, and so far I'm extremely satisfied with the results. Everyone is polite and friendly, and they do not give me any attitude if I point out anything that they may have missed. Granted, so far they have only missed a couple of areas because my work order didn't have them listed, so it's really no fault of the staff that came to my house, but they were polite and cleaned up anyway! Also, a simple call into their head office fixed that and they haven't missed anything since. I'm also quite pleased with their carpet cleaning services. They did an excellent job on my carpets, including removing a significant amount of dog dirt and smell out of my front room (where the dogs like to sleep while I'm away at work. And these are BIG dogs too, 140lbs!) Better still, I'm amazed at how inexpensive it was for them to clean my carpets! Far less pricey than all the other carpet cleaning places I looked into. They even moved all my furniture to clean under it (with the exception of the MASSIVE and heavy master bedroom bed, which I wasn't expecting them to move anyway). Not a single thing was scratched, broken or marred by their equipment. I am in the middle of the road. I reached out because we were moving into a new home so I wanted the carpets cleaned and a deep cleaning before we moved in. I corresponding with Carrie ahead of time. She was wonderful! We arranged for a cleaning crew to come prior to our move in for a deep cleaning even though it wasn't bad at all since the previous owners were meticulous. I did make it known as to what we wanted done and that the house would be vacant. Prior to the cleaning, my husband and I had already cleaned all of the baseboards and all of the doors. Upstairs we had cleaned all of the cabinets, inside and out, in the bathroom and laundry room. The only thing to do upstairs was clean the blinds, window jambs and ceiling fan as I requested, and clean the bathrooms. Luckily I had a step stool here. Well, in my opinion, it started out bad with the girls that showed up to clean when they came through the garage and just walked into my house. Didn't knock or anything. Thought the garage door opener was a doorbell and started to shut the garage door. I heard laughing and went walking towards the door and there they were, standing in my kitchen entry. Anyway, none of the blinds were even touched upstairs, let alone the window jambs. Totally not impressed with the cleaning job done. Carrie had told me the cost would be $350-$460 depending on the condition. I never received an invoice but noticed on my card I of course was charged $460. A few days later I had the them scheduled for carpet cleaning. HIGHLY recommend them for this service. They did a fantastic job. The guys were very professional and very polite. I have used this company for over a year and they do a great job. I have them do a thorough deep cleaning once a month and have also used them for carpet cleaning. They are very professional and work quickly (the monthly cleaning takes no more than 1.5 hours!) . I decided to call after reading the great reviews and the last horrible experience I had with another cleaning company for my carpets. Cleaning Services was prompt and came to my home and gave me estimates on deep cleaning all my tile floors and carpets. I also got estimates for monthly cleaning maintenance for my entire home. The prices quoted were so reasonable I immediately booked cleaning for all my tiles floors (kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms) and my living room carpets. They were prompt when they showed up to perform the work, very professional, and most importantly did a FANTASTIC job on all their work. Very thorough, didn't rush the job, even brought in blowers to help dry the carpets while they worked on the tile floors. I was very impressed and will use them again. I also plan on having monthly general cleaning maintenance done around the house when I can afford it, but those rates were the best I've gotten from anyone. Not only did they get the cleaning service done wrong from the beginning they nickel and dime to me for everything. Started the beginning the person who gave me the quote "ended up quitting and they did not honor the quote. When they came out to do what they call a spring cleaning they did not wash baseboards dust Fans and they had to come back which was very inconvenient. I ended up having a manager come out to check their work which is very inconvenient again. On their second to last visit I noticed they didn't even dust my house not saying a word about maybe running out of time or being short staffed they said my house wasn't picked up enough how does that happen on counter tops and dressers? After that they lost my key and accused me of never giving him a key which caused me to have a cancellation fee of $35 and then I had to rekey my house. Reaching out to the manager Did no help either they said we we're maybe "not a good fit" I want is a $35 fee waved and my cleaning to get done correctly. I would never recommend them ... Your house will not be cleaned and they will not give you a satisfactory service! read more

I had a deep cleaning service with alot of extras like windows and applicances. The team arrived on time and was EXTREMELY professional and friendly.
