They have tools and capabilities that almost no one else in the Bay Area has: they can run long, seamless gutters, and Juan is able to solder them in place. It is impressive work. I did a full gutter replacement, which was no small job. They quoted 3 days of work, and finished in 3 days. Had the crew out to install gutters on our two story Spanish house. We have some water drainage issues and we did some new routings for the downspouts and went with the built in gutter guards, a bigger gutter for the front, and round downspouts to handle the volume we usually get. The crew came out and removed, installed, and were done within 3 hours with a four man crew. Summary: Juan and Jeffrey from Resolution Gutter came on time, were professional, swapped out an old downspout for a new one and repositioned it, and did extra work for me in a timely manner. I'm happy with their detail oriented service. Details: I called 15+ companies two weeks ago for a quick project to move a downspout. Resolution Gutter was the only company that was able to give an accurate quote on the phone after hearing about my project, and scheduled me via an online booking system right away. Most of the companies I called never replied, and for the ones who did, they quoted me with a higher price. Since Resolution Gutter's reviews on Yelp were good + their pricing was competitive, I went with them. I'm glad I did because Juan and Jeffrey showed up on time and quickly went to work to move my downspout. They even removed my old downspout and swapped it with a new one. While they were working, I asked them some questions to learn from them, and they patiently answered all my questions. The price was reasonable compared to other similar vendors I called. I got hold of a person when I called to check the price while I had to leave a voice mail for other vendors and took some time to get a callback. After I agreed to use the service, I got an email with the quote and date of the service which I had to do a digital signing. On the day of the service, the staff came to my house on time. A lead guy politely knocked on the door and explained what service they would perform. I asked him to check on the clog in one area of the gutter and in one of the downspouts which they had to take out the downspout to remove the dirt. It took them about 2-3 hours to complete. They took pictures before and after the service and sent them to me. They also pointed out two areas where the tiles were missing and recommended having them repaired. Just like another reviewer mentioned, I received 5-6 quotes but I ended up booking Resolution Gutter, basically - on the spot, due to the immaculate professionalism I received. With an appointment confirmation day of, timeliness of arrival, and ease of how I received a quote (including how reasonable and affordable the quote was in comparison to the other places I contacted), I knew Resolution Gutter was the one! Do keep in mind it is prime "INSTALL A GUTTER" or "FIX MY GUTTER" before rain starts season, so they are extremely backed up. But they are opening up Saturday appointments which is how I got an appointment 2 weeks rather than 5 weeks from initial booking. Job was very professionally done - new aluminum gutter installed with 4 downspouts, and a 2 year warranty. They were able to match my gutter with the roof color. Downspouts were a bit off due to a limitation in colors, but they still look great! Would definitely use them again, and refer them to all my friends who need any work done on their gutters. read more
