He was extremely friendly and detailed. We chatted for a bit and then he took some measurements and got back to me shortly with an estimate. The price quoted was great, so I agreed to the work. Not only spent good amount of time to explain all details, but also, and more impressively, after his careful inspection, he suggested to find someone else who does roof and in-house gutter. The main reason was because of my rather flat roof; he was concern damaging the roof when taking out of old gutter. Back in February, due to the heavy rains the gutter in front of my house collapsed. I contacted quite a few providers and narrowed down on Gutter Pros for many reasons - Omar was extremely professional, courteous, booked a time relatively quickly to come and take a look to provide a free estimate. When he arrived, he inspected everything, talked to me about how the previous installation was not done robustly (we could see screws being stretched to the limit) and how they would install it in a more stable fashion. He also gave me a very reasonable estimate for a gutter that matched the color of the existing gutters. He gave a brochure for all the colors available and I could choose one from that.. I didn't get that option from any of the others I contacted. After talking to quite a few gutter professionals on Yelp, I felt Omar was the most reasonable and the best professional for the job. We scheduled it for a week later. His workmen arrived on time, were quick to rip out the old and install the new and they were done in a couple of hours! I want to give a big shout-out to Omar! He came by and evaluate my house because I wanted to put in a gutter system (we never have one). When he came out to do the estimate, he spent an hour with me trying to dissuade me from getting gutter put in. He explained that parts of my roof were actually warped. This would cause the gutter not to sit properly and it would not drain properly. The gutter would also look weird. Not what I want to hear but I appreciate his honesty!
