Overall I had a very good experience with Omar and his team. We had a few small bumps in the road, but I was very, very impressed with Omar and his willingness to answer all of my questions and return my phone calls. I honestly don't know how well the new gutters are yet, since it hasn't rained for a while, but I anticipate them to work great. As long as Omar is working there I will continue to use Gutter pro's for all of my gutter needs. I would use Gutter Pros again and recommend them to anyone. Omar Calderon was prompt in returning my calls. The first time we spoke on the phone, I explained my situation to him (water pouring down the side of the house). He said it sounded like the gutters needed to be clean, but he could come down to evaluate if that was the case or if something more was needed. If it happened to be more of a roofing problem, he could then refer me to find a roofer instead. I had to cancel the original appointment we had for an estimate because of an emergency, but he was understanding and kept my information on file until I called him back a week later. He arrived on time to give an estimate. I was not rushed at all and he was upfront about what we would need. He pulled out his ladder for a 2-story house, climbed up, and reported that our gutters were full to the brim of water up there. He proceeded to clear the blockage a little and water rushed down the downspout. Omar is well-versed, easy to talk to, explains everything, and is clearly knowledgeable. I had several questions to ask, including questions about insurance, certifications, and the like. He answered all of them thoroughly. All in all, honest and someone I will be doing business with again. They would have received 5 stars if they had taken a photo of the gutter before and after cleaning. The gutters were cleaned 2 weeks ago. It finally rained today and the downspouts were working as they should! Gutter Pros is the only diamond-certified business in the local area for gutters specifically. I found this business through Yelp though. They worked with us on a few items (a longer downspout end on our back patio so the water flows off the patio and the direction a few downspouts pointed). We recently had the front of our home remodeled so we decided to replace 5 of the downspouts that had to be taken down for the remodel. This time there was no need to call anyone else, so we called Omar and scheduled him to come out and give us a bid. He arrived as agreed and after understanding what we needed, he gave us a very reasonable bid so we scheduled the install. I had needed some work done on my roof due to fungus/dry rot. The pest company advised to have a gutter team take a look after the treatment to make sure everything was okay. I contacted Gutter Pros (as my family had recommended them highly) and Omar was quick to respond and arrange an appointment. This review is only in regards to communication - I did not hire Gutter Pros for any work. I called and left a message with Omar. Within a short period of time (few hours), Omar called back and left a detailed message. He looked at the property on Google maps prior to calling. He advised me about our tile roof and that they would not be able to assist with our project due to the risk of damaging tiles and not being able to replace/repair any issues with the roof (if that were to occur during gutter installation) Many companies will take on more than they can handle, just to make a quick buck. I called Gutter Pros to get an estimate on replacing my gutters because I was concerned that my current gutter system wasn't sufficient. Omar came out and assessed my gutters and asked multiple questions. He walked around my house with me to point out a few things and said that my current gutters are still in great shape. I rarely write reviews for anything, but I felt compelled to write something on behalf of Omar Calderon. We had all of our gutters replaced in May 2018 by Gutter Pros. Our experience with them was 100% satisfactory from beginning to end. Omar was quick to reply to our initial inquiry, extremely polite on the phone. He himself came to assess our gutters and again was very respectful and polite, friendly and not pushy in any sort of way. He was honest and gave us his experienced assessment of our situation, then gave us his recommendations with a couple of different options (different size gutter options and prices). He offered us a quote (which was more than fair) promptly and we got a date on the calendar. His crew was a couple of men who were hard-working, respectful, efficient and clean. They got the job done quickly. Well, thankfully we had the gutters installed last year because this rainy season has been something else! A few days ago my husband noticed that the gutters were overflowing and became concerned that we were having the same problem as the previous home-owners with the old gutters which were not pitched correctly. He emailed Omar who reassured him and said he would come out himself to our home to check things out. He was just here and sure enough, he found that there was a bunch of debris from our neighbor's trees that had obstructed the gutter holes. He even took a video of the water rushing down the downspouts after he removed the debris so we could see it ourselves. The gutters were installed just fine! Admittedly, I feel silly that Omar came all the way back to our home just for clogged gutters and I apologized to him for taking up his time. But he was so understanding, non-judgmental, and reassured me that I did not need to feel badly and that it was part of their service to check their work. Omar came out, visually looked at the gutters at a distance and said he could not install gutters because I need roof work, won't be able to squeeze into the tight space, and the electrical is getting in the way. He also said I would have to dismantle my patio to install gutters. What he said never really made sense to me.
