After reading the 5 Star reviews I decided to try Gutter Pros. I sent them an email through Yelp asking to meet for an estimate to replace all my gutters. We set up a date/time and Omar showed up right on time. We walked around the house and he explained what he would recommend. Very professional. I was also going to have the house painted so I asked if they could remove the old gutters and then wait until after the painting to install the new ones. No problem. We kept in touch as the date drew close. Gutters came off. Painting was done. New gutters and downspouts went on. Painless process. Omar and his guys were great. Gutter Pros was recommended by another contractor with whom I talked with regarding replacing our "gutters." I called Gutter Pros for an estimate. Omar came out, exactly on the date he indicated. He surveyed the job, noting instructions I had left for him. He called me back twice that day (I was absent from the home at the time). When we were able to connect, by phone, he informed me that the system on our mobile home was not a "true" gutter and, therefore, could not be replaced. He recommended that I contact an awning specialist who works with mobile home construction. I really appreciated his honesty and, although he cannot help in my situation, I would highly recommend that anyone in need of gutter services give him a call. read more

We hired gutter pros in the fall of 2015 to install full steel gutters on our single story home. Our home was built in the early 70's and many of these homes just had no gutters at all. Their price was very competitive, and about middle of the pack of the 3-4 quotes. I had to wait nearly 8 weeks to get my gutters installed because they were so backed up due to El Nino. However Omar was up front with the scheduling and I was ok with it. Overall the price, quality of work and customer service was excellent. Gutter Pros is phenomenal. Omar (the owner) took every one of my calls personally and was so helpful. Our job was really small, but needed to be done as part of a larger landscape remodel project. Omar gave me several options, took the job, came out precisely on time to quote it (which was a very fair price), and his crew came in on time, professionally, and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. We needed him to move a couple of downspouts and patch the holes from the previous locations. He also cleaned all of our gutters and repaired a couple of areas that needed attention (unbeknownst to me). It's awesome to have small companies in our area that are so incredibly responsive, professional and do such great quality work. Omar is extremely professional, and does an excellent job explaining the ins and outs of gutters and going over all the details of the job. And what can I say about his crew and the job they did! I searched yelp.com and glad that I chose Gutter Pros to do the gutter maintenance for my house. Omar arrived on time for his estimate and I was impressed with his knowledge, honesty and willingness in answering my questions. I was also impressed that he prepared a package including a detailed estimate with 3 years of warranty, a certificate of insurance, and a Diamond Certified certificate. It was mid September and he was fully booked for a month. Anyway while inspecting my gutter, he found that I had a few missing roof tiles, he promised that he would arrange his schedule so that his crew can clean my gutter the coming Saturday and he did. His crew was very courteous and did an excellent job in cleaning and fixing my gutter and installing two new downspouts. They were dependable, on time and finished the job. We couldn't be happier with our new gutters. If every contractor was as prepared, knowledgeable, articulate, and courteous as the owner, then I'd have even more home improvements underway. The installation of the gutters could not have been more painless. I think the owner could have a 2nd career on teaching small business owners on customer service. Omar's crew showed up as promised & did a great job replacing one gutter & adding gutter screens on two other existing gutters. His crew did a bit of extra work to cover a gutter drain where it entered an underground drain pipe in our garden (to prevent dirt from entering the drain). I have a problem with my gutter where water was leaking in an area after weeks of rain so I assume something is clogged and water accumulated over time. Called Gutter Pros because of all the good reviews. Omar was very resposive returning my call and gave me an estimate the same day. Cleaning and minor repair to fix the leak for $300.00 on a 2,300 sq ft two story. I think the estimate is about right with the repairs. The crew came (without Omar) and did the cleaning but they did not do any repairs. The young man from the crew explained to me that the repair would not do any good preventing the leak and that the roof has missing flashes which would direct the rain to the gutter. Not sure why Omar didn't catch this during the estimate since the issue can easily be seen. I wasn't home at the time when Omar did the estimate but since they did not do any repairs, I would expect a partial refund. read more

After doing some research, we requested bids from 3 companies, including Gutter Pros, who all came out to survey the house and to prepare their bids for replacing our 20 year old gutters on our two story home. Unlike the other two companies who emailed us their bids, Omar gave us in writing his estimate on the spot. The pricing was just about the same from all three companies. Another point that impressed us was that Omar's bid included his Certificate of Liability, always something to have when dealing with a contractor.
