Alexander kept me notified of his arrival time. He was professional, courteous, did a great job and completely cleaned up afterwards. He took all of the gutter refuse with him and did not use my bin. Couldn't ask for a better job! Highly recommended. read more

I can see why Alex's business has a five star rating. The whole experience was seamless and the customer service was top notch. Alex needed to use a 40 foot ladder to access the roof of our tri-level home. He managed this difficult task with no problems. He really knows his stuff and he did an excellent job and really went above and beyond in the service he provided. He is very professional and just the nicest guy. And the price was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend 99 Dollar Emergency Gutter Cleaners! read more

We have been using Alex for several years, and he continues to deliver exceptional service. He is always on time (if not early), does a thorough job, tries his best to remove any debris to leave our community clean, and provides honest feedback and recommendations. He never tries to sell you anything and even offered to replace a small area of gutters at the cost of the part. This type of honesty, integrity, and reliability is quite rare, whichh why we highly recommend him. read more

Great to work with. On time and very professional work. Really appreciate all his attention to detail. He even fixed a missing downspout that my builder forgot to install. Highly recommended. read more

Nice Guy, great work, punctual, and easy to communicate with. Cleaned out my gutters. Thanks!

Alex did a nice job cleaning the gutter. He also cleaned all the debris that falls down. Very happy with the service. Great competitive price as well. Will be requesting his service again in the future. read more

Alex is a pro in terms of gutter cleaning. He cleared the clogs and made sure the issues were permanently resolved. He also saved the dirt water unlike others just let it spilled all over the place. But he is a busy man. I waited three weeks for his services. $99 is a fair price for a thorough gutter cleaning considering it's a covered gutter. read more

Excellent service! High caliber individual. Done on time and as agreed. Alexander was fantastic!

Great experience. Easy to set up a gutter cleaning appointment over Yelp. Alex showed up when he said he would, stuck to his estimate, and did a thorough job. In fact, he went above and beyond - he noticed I had a missing vent cover on my roof, and he offered to jerry-rig a stopgap solution out of materials he had in his truck. This was super super appreciated, since it started raining literally a few hours after he left. Cost was totally fair. Everything was neat and clean when he left. Friendly guy, too. I will for sure book him again next time! read more

Very happy I went with this company to get my gutters cleaned. Alex was great at communicating, came on time, and does amazing work. Price was great. Will definitely be going with this company again when the time comes to have the gutters cleaned once more. read more

Alex is fantastic. The gutter on one side of our house was knocked loose during a fumigation, so we reached out to Alex for help. Not only did he do a great job of fixing the gutter, he also checked our roof tiles for damage that he said was typical during fumigation and found a few cracked tiles. He then found replacement tiles that were discontinued and came back a week later to replace the cracked tiles. On top of all of that, everything was reasonably priced. I'd absolutely recommend Alex to anybody who needs help with their gutters. read more

I'll definitely call Alex to follow up on his recommendation and for any future work. read more

Five star review! Alex went above and beyond! He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and offered pricing well below market value. It's refreshing to work with an honest, reliable vendor. He trimmed the tree branches, thoroughly cleaned the gutters, and hauled everything away--all at a VERY reasonable price. I highly recommend Alex and will be telling everyone I know! read more

Alexander is simply the best! I originally contacted him to fix an overflow issue with my gutters and was so impressed that he could analyze the photos I sent, accurately diagnose the root cause, and recommend the most effective solution even before arriving. He came out very quickly and did a full gutter and downspout cleaning, sealed the leaking joints perfectly, and even added a new downspout exactly where it was needed. While he was here, I asked if he could pressure wash my backyard concrete path, which was quite dirty. He gave me a very fair price and did an incredible job--the path looks brand new now! He is very thorough, professional, and kind. He genuinely cares about doing the job right. Highly recommended! read more

We found Alex through Yelp, and he's been a gem for the past two years. Initially, we had a gutter leak that we assumed would require a full replacement. He came out, explained that it could be repaired, and fixed it--and we haven't had a single issue since. He's always reliable, always reasonable with his prices, and has become our go-to person every year for gutter cleaning. Highly recommended! read more

We had a great experience working with Alex from start to finish. I had contacted four other highly rated gutter cleaners and Alex was the only one who was straight forward, gave me the facts, was not pushy, did not try to upsell me and got back to me in a timely fashion. He cleaned all our gutters and replaced existing guards with new metal ones. I really appreciated he made sure to seal any gutter openings to keep rodents out of our gutters. Alex is one of the good ones and I'm grateful to have finally found someone who does good work and is pleasant to work with. Highly recommend. read more

Alex did an amazing job installing my gutter guards and handling a few repairs. He was quick to respond to the initial request for quote and did his research to understand the situation with edge to edge solar panels. He arrived on time and completed the work well before his planned completion time. His prices were very competitive and I would absolutely use him again for any of the services he provides. read more

Alex gave me an estimate immediately. Upon the day of the installation he arrived on time and was organized. He was very polite, professional and explained everything thoroughly. Most importantly he did not try to be pushy or sell me his gutter guards which every single contractor did upon contact telling me why their gutter guards are the best. I had already purchased gutter guards from Costco and had no intention of returning them. Alex said this was no problem and has installed these before. He did a complete cleaning of my downspouts and gutters prior to installing them. I would highly recommend Alex he works hard completed my two story house entirely by himself in a single day. read more

We wanted to clean our gutters before fall rain and went through Yelp to get quotes from multiple gutter cleaning services. Alexander and "9 Dollar Emergency" was one of the first companies to respond. His communication was great, even answering questions that I was about to ask (which was regarding workers comp and liability insurance for the people who were going to do the job). Price was fair and competitive, very similar to the other companies. My gutters have gutter guards installed, and he patiently answered all my questions regarding whether or not that would cause a problem, if there was any price increase for the work of removing the guards, possibly cleaning them out, and re-installing them. (There was no price increase, and he is very experienced in gutter guards and there was no issue). All of the communication was done via Yelp chat, which was really convenient. We set up an appointment and he earned my business. When it came to the day, Alexander texted when he was heading over, and gave an accurate ETA. Very considerate! Upon meeting Alexander, he was very professional and friendly and VERY knowledgeable. He explained everything and told me why we sometimes had rain fall like a waterfall over certain parts of the house. He found a bird's nest in one of the gutters. He moved his car without asking when he learned I had to run a quick errand. Alexander was awesome. Job took about 2 hours for two story house with 120 linear feet of gutters. If you need a gutter cleaning service, you won't be disappointed with Alexander. Check his reviews. His lowest review is a complaint about how the price was not $99. But that's for just a gutter emergency, not a full gutter cleaning job. I found his price to be competitive, and the service excellent. read more

I had a job where my front porch was expanded and the downspouts needed to be rerouted to somewhere safe. Alex was awesome. He answered quickly and cordially. I sent some pictures of the job and he immediately responded with some markups show where we would reroute the existing downspouts with minimal impact to the gutter system. He was always on time and communicated progress very well. I intend to use him for another job if I need anything on my gutters or roof drainage systems. read more

Had a very positive expensive working with Alexander and 99 Dollar Emergency Gutter Cleaners. * The price was much lower than competitive quotes I was getting, but the work was very professionally done! * Alexander was very prompt with his communication, patiently stepping me through how to troubleshoot the clogs in our gutters. * He arrived 30 minutes early and finished everything in a few hours by himself -- most other companies I had contacted were quoting me 5 - 6 hours of work by two people. * Although we had multiple leaky gutter joints, he only charged me for three. Definitely very pleased with the work and highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for gutter cleaning services! read more
