I had requested a quote for cleaning gutters and gave a sqft, and Eco Bay Cleaning gave me a rough estimate which was fair and I really liked the responsiveness of our communication. I accepted the quote and we arranged a time for it which was very fast as well. On the day of the appointment, 4 people showed up promptly and in a few minutes they gave me an accurate and also fair estimate (within the initial rough estimate). They cleaned all the gutters in a bit over half an hour and also cleaned all the debris around due to the cleaning. I am very satisfied with the service in all aspects. read more

Nahum and his team were incredible. They went above and beyond in helping my parents clean their roof, even helping patch a hole they found! This was no ordinary cleaning either. This was a 2 story, very steep, and complicated spanish tile roof. There was so much to clean that it had created a dam and started flooding into the house. They cleared the dam, cleaned everywhere else on the roof, didn't crack any tiles and took before and after photos after helping patch a hole. Amazing. My parents were so impressed they wanted their contact information on their favorites just in case it happens again! read more

Nahum of Eco Bay Cleaning was very responsive to my inquiry. He came over and gave me a fair estimate for window cleaning and power washing of my patio and garage. On the day of, he and his crew were on time and were efficient. The best part of Eco Bay Cleaning was the customer service from Nahum. He went the above and beyond and replaced the dryer vent hose. And when I texted the next day saying there were streaks on the windows, he came back to make it right. I will absolutely call Eco Bay Cleaning again when its time to clean my windows. read more

Eco Bay Cleaning Solutions - Eco Bay made sure all my windows from the first to the third floor are clean! - Pressure Washers Near Me - San Jose, California

Nahum and team were fantastic in cleaning out my second story gutters and downspouts and also installing gutter guards. He brought two people with him to help. All were masked up as well. The price is fair and Nahum takes great pride in his work. The before and after pictures of my gutters were eye opening. They made sure all the downspouts were training properly and there were no blockages in them or the gutters. After that they installed the gutter guards (purchased separately by me). I will definitely be using them for any future services needed and highly recommend them. read more

Nahum and his crew were fabulous today, on time, were thorough in their work, great at communicating with us during the jobs - he completed all the jobs, removing mulch stains, clearing 2nd story gutter and downspout blockage, and vacuumed out my grill in outdoor kitchen. Exceeded our expectations and quoted an extremely fair price. Highly recommending to my neighbors and friends, plus I will definitely call on Eco Bay again. read more

We recently moved into a house but gutter hasn't been cleaned for years. Reached out to Eco bay cleaning solutions, they not only quickly responded and fit me in before the storm came, but also did an amazing job cleaning the gutter and downspouts. They also power washed my driveway to get rid of the mud and debris. During the process, they are very thorough and communicative too. I will surely hire them again if I need exterior cleaning! Nahum and his team did a great job of gutter cleaning for us today. They were professional, efficient and courteous. Besides a nice gutter cleaning, Nahum kindly trimmed some branches near the roof for us on request. The crew took a garbage bag to carefully collect the leaves and dirt on the roof, which is neater than just blowing them down. We're happy to have found Eco Bay Cleaning and definitely recommend them to everyone! read more

Nahúm and his team came right after a day we spoke with him. They arrived on time, surveyed our property and started off to work right away. They did an incredible job with the surface cleaning and the windows. They were all done with all of our furniture back in place in about 3 hours straight. What I really liked was they worked on our timeline and fitted in the job on a Sunday! Thanks so much for a job well done. read more

I first had Eco Bay clean our windows last year, they did a great job. We have a lot of old windows and they leak if pressure washed. Eco Bay washed all of them, inside and out, by hand with no mess. The windows looked great. So when winter came, I called them out again to clean the gutters. They came out next day, cleaned out the downspouts and gutters and picked up the mess. They are friendly, reasonable, and professional. read more

good service and communications. easy to setup appointment. communicated with photos. will work with them again in the future.

Nahum and his partner, of Eco Bay Cleaning Solutions were outstanding. It began with Nahum stopping by the house to give us an estimate. Honestly, I was holding my breath, because we have very challenging Windows to access. His estimate was unbelievably reasonable. On the day they were scheduled to clean the windows it rained. They cleaned all the windows indoors and came back the next day to clean outdoors. When I say clean, I really mean clean, the windows sparkled, the tracks were white again and the cobwebs were swept away! My husband and I highly recommend Nahum's company, Eco Bay Cleaning Solutions! read more

I hired Eco Bay to give me an estimate on house cleaning and window cleaning. I decided to hire them for my windows. I explained clearly that I needed to have all the tracks pulled out and cleaned underneath. When the crew came out to clean, they did not appear to be cleaning under the tracks so I reiterated that I was quoted for a thorough cleaning including removing the tracks. I was told they would do that, but when I checked the first two windows it was not done. I told them I didn't have the time to monitor all their work and that it needed to be done correctly. They asked me to call their boss and then said they had an emergency to go to and left my house without finishing the job. They left furniture that was moved and the only two windows that were supposedly clean were still left dirty. I called the supervisor Eric who said he would have a team meeting and get back to me. He never did. I called to see if they could have another crew come out as I was counting on it to be done before next weekend and he said after a very long story to find a new company to do the work. This was a huge waste of my time and very unprofessional. The pictures below is after cleaning the window and being asked to clean the tracks. read more
