I received a quote and agreed on a date & time with Carl. Carl said that he has a lot of experience with cleaning solar panels, etc., and that he would personally service my home. He also said that he'd remind me a day before the appointment. Someone else (his employee or subcontractor) showed up on the wrong day, and when I called Carl to share my disappointment, Carl responded angrily on the phone as if I did something wrong and urged me to leave him a negative review (...I said nothing about reviews and tried to calm Carl down). It was bizarre, as Carl had previously been an upbeat and nice person...but he reversed course and lacked professionalism or self regulation. Maybe he was having a bad day...I don't know...but it was seriously strange and not something I've encountered before. I cannot recommend CA Window Cleaning.
