I reached out to Elite Building Services for a quote via Yelp, and I had a response within two hours, which exceeded my expectations. I needed a COI to move forward, per my HOA's requirements for someone to climb the roof. I had the COI within 1-2 business days. I interacted with Tony throughout the process, and he was very professional and helpful. We hadn't cleared our solar panels in about five or six years, and we saw about a 10% increase in production the day after the cleaning vs the days and weeks before! Pretty amazing. I had a very hard time getting quotes and schedules from other solar panel cleaning companies - some just didn't respond, some took weeks with broken promises of a COI - but Tony at Elite Building Services made the entire process super smooth, from inquiry to completion of the work, all at a competitive price. read more

Just had my windows done by this place and they're absolutely spotless! The team was super friendly, showed up on time, and left everything sparkling clean inside and out. My house looks so much brighter now. Highly recommend them read more

The worst part of dealing with this company was the volatile and screaming owner. His worker badly dented a stretch of my gutter. He used a ball pein hammer wrapped with a rag to repeatedly strike the gutter and downspout (based off what I saw on my exterior cameras) to dislodge a clog. See the photos. I found it very bizarre, but I generally trust that companies will attempt to fix their mistake. I messaged Steve, and the company gave me half the payment back at my request. When my spouse came home, he asked that I contact the business again, which I did, to request the rest of my payment back because the damage was quite unsightly. Admittedly, I should have refused to pay the entirety on the spot after the service, but I did not notice the damage until they had left. The owner called me at 9:30 pm. He started to scream at me. It was so loud my husband was alarmed, and I had to hold the phone away from my ear. I ended up hanging up on the owner because of his screaming. It really shook me. I did not post this review for a long time for fear of retaliation. But I think customers should know what kind of business they are dealing with. There are wonderful small businesses out there that are honest and do their best to fix their mistakes. And there are businesses like Elite Building Services who will call you late at night and scream at you on the phone. Edited to add: The business commented about why it took me so long to leave a review. I addressed this in my original review, but I will add to it again here. The anger from the owner screaming at me over the phone was absolutely shocking and his rage was palpable. I was afraid to leave a review for a long time for fear of retaliation. I am glad that I am one customer who is an anomaly and that your business has in the past, and hopefully will in the future, treat customers better than your business has treated me. But this is my experience with Elite Building Services, and I stand by my review. Moreover, I think the pictures of my damaged gutters speak to the quality of the work performed. read more

Tony and his team were prompt and efficient as they cleaned our 3.5 year old solar panels. They took care to use softened water to ensure no deposits were left on the panels. They looked brand new afterwards. I saw about 5% increase in efficiency. With their reasonable pricing, I will definitely have Elite Building Services clean my panels next time. read more

Tony texted me after I submitted a request form on their site, and booking a service time was quick k and easy after that. I've used a handful of gutter cleaning services, but this was the first time I was sent before and after pictures of my gutters. Pretty phenomenal on that alone, and I probably won't use any other company for gutter cleaning again in the future. He also did not hassle me for additional services or jobs, which I appreciated. Fair pricing as well. read more

I'm so glad I found Elite Buliding Services through yelp. It was very easy to request a quote on gutter cleaning and Tony was very responsive. He quoted me a very reasonable price compared to other companies. It was super easy to schedule an appointment. On the day of the cleaning, Julio and his coworker arrived early, which is always nice. They got straight to work to clean my 2nd floor gutter. Julio took before and after pics and shared them with me. He did an awesome job and my gutters now look brand new!! He did an awesome job of cleaning the dirt and hauling away any debris from my gutter. Overall, I highly recommend Elite Building Services for gutter cleaning. These guys are Very responsive. Great price. Great quality service. I will definitely repeat.

I've had Tony out twice to power wash our pathway of death as I refer to our moss covered bricks after the rain. His pricing is transparent and fair, and work quality is amazing. He also re-sanded our paver bricks this year. They are immaculate. This go around we have solar and he took care of cleaning the panels too. They look new and I know the cleaning will increase our solar production. Tony is one of the most honest and genuine vendors I've ever hired for our home. I can't recommend him or the company more highly. He's the best! read more

When you need something done in a pinch, I'm a firm believer in utilizing the "Request a Quote" feature. It gives you the option to have your project quoted by other businesses, so really all you have to do is select one business, and then leverage the option prior to hitting "Send request". My project was straightforward. I wanted my gutters cleaned and I wanted it done the same day. Probably not realistic, but EBS came to the rescue. Not only were they the most responsive out of the group of five businesses, but they gave me a price that no one could touch. Using any business for the first time is always a gamble, but I had a good feeling about these guys. The crew came out earlier than agreed upon, and Julio took charge. He kept me informed, and he executed the task like it were his own home. There were certain downspouts that needed some additional clean-up, and these guys made it look like they were never here. If you are wondering why your gutters are spilling over, you are probably long overdue for a gutter cleaning. Call EBS and have them take care of you. Don't wait until your windows start leaking from clogged gutters. read more
