Very happy with our window cleaning. It was a little pricier on the day of, because I didn't know the patio slider counted twice as well as the windows that open up on both ends. Regardless, I'm very happy. It only took a couple hours and Rodrigo did an amazing job. All cleaning is external only, nothing inside. I would've liked the inside tracks to be cleaned as well, but happy with what we got. read more

Rodrigo @Alaska Solutions was very responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my needs. I submitted a request during off-hours and he was quick to respond within an hour, and was available that same day to the point he came in the morning. He mentioned 2 hours to clean solar panels, gutters, downspouts, and drains, and got it all done a little over an hour. He also provided a handful amount of pictures before and after, and then some later than day - now that's service! Pricing was reasonably fair when compared to other competitors. I'm satisifed with the overall experience and friendliness. I'll be reaching out to him again in the future. read more

Rodrigo was very professional. Arrived on time, cleaned all the gutters which we have, admittedly, neglected. We have double storey over 20+ft high gutters but Rodrigo was able to handle the cleaning all by himself. He showed us before and after photos - our gutters never looked so clean! Highly recommend Alaska Solutions! read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. I will attach photos of their work on my windows, which are almost worse than before I had them cleaned. After reaching the owner and sent him photos, he agreed to send someone back to re-do the windows. They are even worse! After a conversation again with Rodrigo, he said he informed me the seal is broken on the windows! I contacted the manufacturer and they sent someone (at a charge) to determine if the seal is broken ; THEY ARE NOT. I have asked to be reimbursed and now I have not heard back from Rodrigo nor have I been reimbursed. I have relied on yelp for their reviews to make selections, and this one was the worse job on my windows (which I get done every 6-9 months ) that I have ever had done. read more

Rodrigo did an amazing job pressure washing the exterior walls of our home. If you're looking for an affordable and friendly company; try Alaska Solutions. read more

Rodrigo did a great job cleaning our gutters for a reasonable price and was very quick to respond! He made the gutters which really needed cleaning look squeaky clean. He was on time, worked hard and he sent pictures of the completed job. Definitely recommend for gutter cleaning, but he is not familiar with downspout installation, which is ok. But wanted to mention it in case someone was looking for that service. read more

Rodrigo was very quick to respond to my request on Yelp and provided a very good price which beat out the rest. I received reminders and confirmations leading up to the appt date. Leonardo arrived on time and did an amazing job cleaning the windows and screens and now they look like new windows and I can see so clearly! He cleaned 12 windows of different sizes in 2 hours and I barely knew he was here. I highly recommend this company and will be calling them again when I need my gutters or windows cleaned. 5 stars! read more

Had a wonderful first time experience working with Alaska Solutions. Communication and scheduling with Rodrigo was a breeze. We had a few quotes from other contractors to do the job requested and Alaska Solutions gave the most reasonable cost. We scheduled our solar panels to be bird proof around it and cleaned. The person who did the job named Leonardo did a fantastic job. Photos were provided before and after to assure the job is done right. Will definitely do more business in the future with Alaska Solutions! read more

These guys are the greatest! I have used them for gutter cleaning and pressure washing and they always do a great job!

I had a very positive experience with Alaska Solutions. Rodrigo's communication was excellent throughout the process, and I appreciated his honesty when providing the quote. I needed someone with roofing experience to patch nail holes from incorrectly installed gutter guards. His professionalism and transparency stood out, and I would still recommend Rodrigo and Alaska Solutions for their integrity and customer-focused approach. read more

I had my gutters cleaned yesterday. After they did a google search of my home I was quoted $175. Sure, let's get this done. Must to my dismay, I received a text after they began the job that they would require an additional $75. because it was "very dirty ". They could stop if I didn't want to pay the additional fee. I did not feel like they were very transparent up front and I felt taken advantage of. They did a great job, and they were quick to respond. Overall, despite the great job it left me feeling disappointed . read more

Fast response, on time and thorough. Clear communications as well. Great value for ease of mind to withstand wet weather. Recommend!

Good price for solar panel cleaning, gave lots of before and after photos. No complaints.

Rodrigo has been very good in the response of my requests and provided very reasonable quotes for the projects. And the schedule is flexible for my needs. So eventually we gave him the opportunity to do the projects. Rodrigo and his partner came over to do the work on his promised time and started working on the projects. While doing the work, Rodrigo noticed our solar panels were very dirty and suggested that we could clean them, he provided us a very reasonable quote and we agreed he does the job. His team did the work right away. It turned out that the panels are working more efficiently right after the cleaning. The output of the panels is about 10% higher. After finished all the projects, they put everything back on organized order. I would really recommend Rodrigo for the cleaning service. read more

Great work done. Punctual and showed a lit of before and after pictures. Will definitely hire again.

Easy communication, friendly, and great work done. Had Rodrigo come out to clean gutters and solar panels in a two story home. He had the best pricing from multiple vendors, shows before/after photos, and does an efficient job. Will call him for any gutter/solar panel cleaning needs. read more

I hired Rodrigo from Alaska Solutions to clean our gutters and solar panels, and had a great experience from start to finish. He was super responsive and was able to fit us in within two days of my initial inquiry. The quote was very reasonable, and he provided a clear list of what the job would include. Rodrigo arrived right on time and got to work quickly. He was efficient, thorough, and even showed us before and after photos--which made a huge difference. The solar panels looked spotless, and the gutters were clearly cleaned out. There were a couple of small spots that were missed on the first pass of the gutters, but I let Rodrigo know and he came back out promptly to take care of them--no questions asked. That kind of follow-through says a lot. If you're looking for a responsive, reasonably priced, and reliable cleaner for your gutters or solar panels, I'd definitely recommend Rodrigo and Alaska Solutions. I found Alaska Solutions on Yelp while searching for gutter cleaning. I noticed my mom's gutters were backed up during a rain storm as they hadn't been cleaned in years. I reached out to Alaska Solutions for a gutter cleaning, and Yelp also sent my service request to 4 other gutter cleaners. I went with Alaska because: 1. Rodrigo responds in a timely manner. (He was actually the 1st out of the 5 businesses to respond to me on Yelp)! 2. He is a clear communicator. He clearly states what his services entail. My favorite part is that he provides before and after photos. 3. His business is in my mom's neighborhood, so he was close by and knows the area. 4. His business has great reviews on Yelp. He was actually able to come out and clean her gutters and downspouts the same day I reached out! The before and after photos were amazing. There was so much stuff in there, and they were spotless afterwards! It was very satisfying. Since he did such a great job and we were happy with his work, I also asked him to clean my house's gutters! We also booked him for further work for repairing leaking gutters, adding gutter guards, and cleaning solar panels. We would highly recommend Rodrigo (Alaska Solutions)! We plan to reach out to him for future gutter needs and solar panel cleanings. read more

I used Rodrigo at Alaska Solutions for the trifecta of cleaning: gutters plus mesh screens, exterior windows, and solar panels. I requested an estimate on Yelp and within 10 minutes, I had a very reasonable estimate and a service time scheduled ! On the day of service, Rodrigo kept me completely apprised of each activity, sending me before and after pictures for all 3 jobs so I could see what a difference he made. Needless to say, the work was outstanding and I plan to use him annually going forward. I'm a very satisfied customer ! read more

I needed all of the exterior windows cleaned in a Victorian flat. Since we live on a hill, half of the windows are one story up, the rest can be reached at ground level. All of the windows have screens and the front windows were heavily coated in soot and whatnot from the street. Alaska Solutions responded quickly, answered all of my questions, and had a very reasonable quote. Leo arrived on time and did an insanely great job! I mean, WOW! I can't believe I waited so long to have this done. I will for sure have this service scheduled with Alaska Solutions every year. read more

I just had a wonderful experience with Rodrigo of Alaska Solutions. It has been on the list to find a company to clean our solar panels, and our gutters for quite some time. It was so easy and painless! I submitted a quote request yesterday to which I got a response very fast and a time scheduled for the next day. Both my gutters and solar panels are squeaky clean and it only took a few text messages to arrange. Highly recommend sending a text or calling Alaska Solutions if you have been putting it off! read more
