I submitted a request during off-hours and he was quick to respond within an hour, and was available that same day to the point he came in the morning. He mentioned 2 hours to clean solar panels, gutters, downspouts, and drains, and got it all done a little over an hour. Very happy with our window cleaning. It was a little pricier on the day of, because I didn't know the patio slider counted twice as well as the windows that open up on both ends. Regardless, I'm very happy. It only took a couple hours and Rodrigo did an amazing job. All cleaning is external only, nothing inside. I wish I could give them zero stars. I will attach photos of their work on my windows, which are almost worse than before I had them cleaned. After reaching the owner and sent him photos, he agreed to send someone back to re-do the windows. They are even worse! After a conversation again with Rodrigo, he said he informed me the seal is broken on the windows! I contacted the manufacturer and they sent someone (at a charge) to determine if the seal is broken ; THEY ARE NOT. I have asked to be reimbursed and now I have not heard back from Rodrigo nor have I been reimbursed. Must to my dismay, I received a text after they began the job that they would require an additional $75. because it was "very dirty ". They could stop if I didn't want to pay the additional fee. I needed all of the exterior windows cleaned in a Victorian flat. Since we live on a hill, half of the windows are one story up, the rest can be reached at ground level. All of the windows have screens and the front windows were heavily coated in soot and whatnot from the street.
