If I could give Renato 10 stars I would! Renato gave me an estimate to clean my gutters on our 2-story home in Eagle Ridge. His estimate was very competitive. Renato did the following: 1.) arrived on time, 2.) took photos of the gutters and showed me what they looked like before and after working on them, 3.) scraped out all the moss, debris and gunk in all the gutters, 4.) power-washed all the gutters to remove any remaining fine debris, 5.) thoroughly patched a gutter that had separated at the seam making it water-tight. His work is so good that I am having him return to do three more projects: 1.) install gutter-guards on two gutters that get overloaded with tree leaves and twigs, 2.) power-wash the roof to rid it of accumulated moss and 3.) paint decorative trim pieces located on the upper exterior of our home. Renato & Santiago were prompt to start the job. It took a total of 6.5 hours to power wash 8 roof panels and the solar panels. All algae and moss are removed and gutter cleanings. I had moss growing on one side of my roof, so I reached out to RE Solutions to have it remediated. They took care of the moss as well as my long driveway, which due to the adjacent redwood trees me general forest, was building up up quite the layer of debris/discoloration. I live in the mountains near Los Gatos and we tend to have a lot of moisture build up during particular times of year. Certain months it is very prevalent.
