I asked to let me know before starting work if there would be any additional charges. He said it wasn't a problem to do so (there were no additional charges). During the process, I noticed there was some debris on the top of my garage after the leaf blowing stage, and stepped out to mention it to Jason. He explained he would need to do another round to rinse the gutters, but he backtracked and took care of the gravel before he even got to the rinsing stage. Jason provided recommendations on how to take care of my gutters and informed me if I wanted to pay with credit card, there would be a processing fee. Very transparent. Had a great experience. Robert was a pleasure to deal with, and really took pride in making sure the concrete was super clean before he was finished. They had a multi-step process to ensure they get out as much of the stains as possible. On one property in Santa Clara, we had a different company come out a few years ago to "steam clean" the garage. After about an hour working on it they said they couldn't do any better. We couldn't really see much improvement after they were done and tried to sell the property. The garage was a big negative with buyers not writing an offer. The home did not sell and the owners decided to rent it out. Fast forward to this year. The owners said we want to sell again and contacted us to list the house. This time, we had R&R Powerwashing come out to try to "steam clean" the garage. The results were amazing! The stains were barely visible and the cleanliness of the garage (even the clean smell) was fantastic and became a big selling point! Thank you, Robert and Jennifer, for your excellent service and commitment to exceed your customer's expectations.
