We hired them for a carpet deep cleaning for a room. I identified the tea stain that he didn't clean. He started saying the stain has been there for really long, this and that,which is not true. He kept saying I'm just gonna do the same thing I did, he's not sure if he can clean it off. He tried again, it was better. After carpet drying, the stain is still there. They were very efficient and cleaned the entire building in less than 2 hours. I was not present when they completed the job but they did send me pictures and I visited the next day to observe their work. The building was noticeably cleaner. BEWARE: Ducks Solutions Damaged Our Roof - over $1,100 in repairs We hired Ducks Solutions to clean the gutters on our two-story home. Unfortunately, this led to significant property damage and frustration. Issues with Service: * The crew arrived over 2 hours late. * During their pre-work inspection, they found a crack on 1 roof tile. * While we can't climb up to the top roof, we can see the small patio roof outside a second-floor window. We watched the crew crack a tile -- and they didn't notice it--we had to point it out to them. * A week later, three independent roofers found 48 cracked and broken tiles (see pictures). * Final repair cost: Over $1,100 (with other quotes ranging from $2,500 to $3,500). We found out the hard way that the Ducks Solutions crew is simply not qualified to walk on tile roofs. Most Disappointing: [[HIGHLIGHT]]After sending Ducks Solutions documented evidence (letter, photos, and invoice), they ignored us[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Once they caused damage, they disappeared. Had an area rug cleaned. Had them return when the rug was not laying down. They lifted the rug to stretch it and the wood floor was soaking gave them some towels to dry the floor. I was told that the rug would relax and soon be flat on the floor two weeks later still buckled and a tripping hazard. I will need to buy a new rug. Only ask that they refund the cost of the cleaning. the rug is ruined I am not satisfied even though their website states that satisfaction is their priority. Where do I begin? We purchased a couch off of Facebook marketplace last minute and was looking to get a cleaning quickly.
