I explicitly mentioned that if this was a problem, I would not be offended if they passed on my request. I received a quote the next day (Sat) saying the COI would not be a problem. On Monday, I received another message asking to schedule the service before the COI. I was told I would have the COI shortly. Two weeks later and no COI, I remind the person who reached out to me via e-mail. I'm told I will have the COI in a day or so. I was also told my request for a COI was pushed back to accommodate work for a large company who shall remain nameless in this review. It's now three weeks since my original quote, and no COI, hence no solar panel cleaning. I'm done. If they didn't want my business - and as I said, no offense taken if that was the case - I would have appreciated not having my time wasted from the start. My panels could have been cleaned by now if I selected another company. Encourage others to go elsewhere.

We opted for the 10 windows to be cleaned inside and outside, and we were all shocked that the price included screens as well. Brian and Jacob worked as a great team. They were super friendly, and even nice to our dog which was a bonus. ;) I really didn't know just how dirty our windows had gotten until I saw the shining results! They used 2 hours to scrub with a water brush and used a special edge cleaner, which must make all the difference. We made sure to tip them well for their great service. I decided to go with Squeegee Pros since he did my dad's home in Milpitas 2 years ago and because of his fair pricing. Cesar ran late the day of cleaning because he had to pick up a tool, and he let me know an hour before I expected him. It was no big deal for me since I had other work being done in my home so planned to be home all day. Upon arrival, Cesar confirmed that they would do the gutter cleaning and exterior windows. I asked him to please remove any spider webs around the gutters and windows, which he agreed. He also let me know that another person would be joining him in about an hour. There were 3 total working on my home and it took about 3 hours. They removed the screens and washed them down with the hose. Although they only cleaned the exterior windows, you could tell that they were squeaky clean. I am planning to have them return a second time to do the interior windows after the other work is completed. There was one screen that was falling apart. Cesar took it with him to fix and will bring it back when he returns in a few days. Cesar provided before and after pictures of our gutters. They scooped and bagged all the debris in the gutters, and flushed with water to make sure the downspouts were clear. It actually rained the next day and we saw water flowing consistently out of the street curb drains. Cesar recommended gutter guards for our downspouts to prevent future clogs. I would highly recommend Cesar for his professionalism and fantastic work.

I first had him wash my panels. He was timely, polite, respectful, and gave fair pricing. He even flew a video drone to prove pre/post cleaning. Great work. It was his videos that showed me that the idiot original solar installers (green power installers-DO NOT USE) mounted 3 of 15 panels on the north sloping section of my roof. historically, these panels were capturing 50% of the others. My energy consumption has been more than production since day 1, so I calculated that placing these 3 panels on south slope (if possible-roof is tight) would boost my power ~11%. Therefore, I asked solarklean to relocate them. I care about the environmental impact of my energy use & so decided it was worth the expense to relocate the panels. Philip moved them ASAP. Then we realized the "power optimizers" failed to reconnect to the main inverter. This rendered the panels non-functional. We contacted SolarEdge.com tech support. They replaced them, no charge. Philip followed up twice to find a time to install them. He visited my house a couple times to do this work. He DID NOT LEAVE ME STRANDED!!
