Initially, I met Felipe to obtain an estimate to change my 30 year roof. A couple of other companies either just flew a drone to see the dimensions of the house or climbed to the roof to see the condition of it. Felipe blew me away. Not only did he go to the top of my roof, he went to my attic and put on protective gear to go into my crawl space and flew a drone. Not many people are so dedicated or detailed-oriented. I was super impressed already . Next, he showed me the different roofing materials to choose from, the different layers that would be adhered and the cost. He explained that the company had their own crew and did not subcontract to other people. It was more expensive, but that provided constant checks and balance since they were their employees of the company. He told me that he would be the contact person and onsite on a constant basis and keep me updated with each step of the process. He was spot-on on his timeline! The crew, Nahum, Renee, Kevin, Bruno, Anderson and Luis were friendly and super hard working. They began work on time everyday at 8am and didn't leave until they were finished with each section of the work. They are excellent employees! I really appreciated their dedication and are experts in their craft!! I would definitely hire Eagle Legacy Master Roofing and recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or repair. I am beyond disappointed with my experience--or lack thereof--with this company. I had a firmly confirmed appointment scheduled for a roof inspection, specifically to get a quote for a skylight installation and some necessary roof repairs. I took the entire afternoon off work to ensure I was home to meet the inspector. Not only did they fail to show up, but I received zero communication. No phone call, no text, and no email to inform me the changes Service & Communication: Communication is the backbone of any service industry, and this company failed spectacularly. My time is valuable, and it is incredibly disrespectful to leave a potential customer waiting without notice. After looking back through other recent reviews, I realized this is a recurring pattern of "no-shows" for them. The Verdict: If a company can't manage a simple calendar or a courtesy call, I certainly don't trust them with the structural integrity of my roof. They have officially made my blacklist. Secondly, the roofing schedule was done right away with such speed that everything necessary was done just in the nick of time before the rains came! What I was also impressed with is the responsiveness to later concerns and issues.
