I used All About Roofing for a full "tile reset". They removed and reinstalled existing tiles, upgraded the underlayment to two layers, installed additional vents to improve roof ventilation and repaired several dry rot areas in the eaves. They were timely, professional and communicative throughout the project. I learned about AAR from a satisfied neighbor who has used them on several properties. I add my voice to hers and would highly recommend them. read more

We used All About Roofing to install a new skylight and build out the well in our kitchen. Overall, really happy with how the project turned out. The initial process was smooth--they gave us a quick, fair quote and got us on the schedule pretty fast. Work quality was solid, but what stood out was their follow-up. We had a couple of minor touch-ups needed on the finish and paint matching afterward, and they didn't push back or rush off. They were patient, scheduled extra visits, and made sure everything was finished to our liking before wrapping up. Solid communication, professional crew, and great customer service. Would definitely recommend them. read more

TLDR: Poor Workmanship, Mismanaged Project, and Unresolved Drainage Issues. After spending $10k, waiting 2.5 months, and endlessly micromanaging two different crews, I still do not have working gutters. I hired All About Roofing to replace my gutters, choosing them because of their online reviews and their CertainTeed ShingleMaster Premier credential (matching my roof type). Even though their quote was expensive (~$10k), I decided it was worth paying for quality. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a disaster that required constant micromanagement. First Crew (Incompetent Installation): The initial crew took 4-5 days for what was quoted as a 1-day job. They installed the gutters and guards horribly while damaging my roof. The gutters were sagging, crooked, sloped in the wrong direction, and hung too high, pushing up the shingles so much I could stick my finger underneath. The gutter guards were missized, poorly installed with huge gaps, and several downspouts were missing entirely. The crew argued that this was "the right way to do everything." Second Crew & Project Manager: After making a major complaint, a new project manager (Elijah) and crew removed the old gutters to start over. Given how many issues the gutter guards caused with the first installation, I opted out of the gutter guards. We argued constantly over basic installation standards like hanger spacing, with the team dismissing clear mistakes as my "personal preferences." After significant back-and-forth, they completed what appeared to be a visually acceptable installation and assured me the slopes had been checked. Current Status: Less than two months later, I discovered that most of the gutters were pooling water and failing to drain. Out of five checked gutters, only one worked properly. It took 5-6 calls and texts just to get them to put me back on the schedule. Edited to address their response below: - I discovered the drainage issue because I was cleaning something off the roof of my shed. I then poured 2-3 water bottles worth of water slowly into multiple gutters and saw the water remaining there hours later (pooled the opposite side of the downspout). Normal rainfall isn't needed to know that's not correct. - The team didn't follow up with me even once. I followed up each time: texted Oct 4, called twice and texted once on Oct 5, texted on Oct 6, and called twice Oct 7 before someone finally scheduled me. - Several of the photos posted show the first installation. However, I added new photos to show the current installation. The more I look the more issues I find (e.g., screw holes they made and left unfilled, attaching gutter to the plywood roof sheathing instead of the rafter tails, notching the drip edge, hangers spaced too far apart). read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this roofing company! From start to finish, the entire team was honest, professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. They did an amazing job on our roof, and we couldn't be happier with the results! What makes this company even more special is that it's a family-owned business. The owners are such wonderful people, and their sons, who are also involved in the business, are just as kind, friendly, and hardworking. It's so refreshing to work with people who truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. We are incredibly grateful to have worked with such a trustworthy, hardworking family. It's not every day you come across a company with this much integrity and genuine care for people. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience! read more

Great experience with All About Roofing! From our very first call to the office, everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. All About Roofing did an excellent job on our gutters! The crew was professional, the installation looks clean, and the new gutters give our home a great finished look. We appreciated their attention to detail and how well they cleaned up afterward. Highly recommend AAR for gutter work! read more

Love the look of our new roof from AAR! When you are spending upwards of 20k you really want to make sure you have good service and value. The owner Jay was very trustworthy and the project manager Elijah always followed through with what he said would be delivered. The workers showed up early each day as promised and did a wonderful job. I also loved the progress picture updates after each day of work. AAR had the best contract and price after sourcing multiple quotes. We even got the upgraded Solaris shingles by booking by a certain date in October which was awesome because they refract more heat in the summer. We added new gutters on for 4k too. If I had any constructive criticism to offer it would have been to communicate more with the placement on the gutters because we had to have them come back to make a patch and move the gutter to the side because it was better looking on the side of the house rather than a focal point in front. But as promised, they made it right and got the job done with my particular request. Our house looks so much more updated with these Morie Black Landmark shingles, rather than the old terracotta tiles that we had before. I've already referred 3 people to their company and my parents got their roof done by them a month later! It was a bummer they wouldn't honor a referral discount since they said we would have needed a sign out on our lawn to get a discount. However, I was still happy with the Solaris upgrade we were given. :) Thank you AAR for the amazing upgrade! read more

Great service. They had the highest certification from CertainTeed of any of the five installers we talked to, and thus were able to offer the longest warranty we saw anywhere while still being at a very competitive price. They were very professional throughout the entire installation process and super willing to work with us, including coordinating around an ongoing solar installation and helping us out with finding the right paint for a new beam among ~10 paint options we had in storage (even after I gave them the wrong one initially!). Just really committed to customer service throughout the whole process. Really pleased. read more

Did an amazing job and attentive to my requests. Would highly recommend for quality speed and price.

10/10 would recommend. Very fast, clean and professional from start to finish ! They made the process as smooth as it could be.

After comparing several roofing companies and reviewing our replacement options, we chose All About Roofing (AAR) for a full "tile reset" -- removing and reinstalling the existing tiles and upgrading the underlayment to two layers. We were also able to negotiate a power wash of the original tiles and the replacement of two skylights, upgrading from older plastic domes to modern glass units. The AAR team communicated the scope of work and payment schedule clearly. Before the project began, they dropped off a debris trailer. Each workday, the crew arrived exactly when they said they would -- important for us because our HOA has strict time restrictions. Once the job was complete, they let us know when the city inspection was scheduled and even set up a ladder for the inspector. The real test came a few weeks later when it finally rained. Two gutters overflowed, so I contacted AAR. They responded the same day and scheduled a visit to inspect and clear the issue. Pros * Excellent communication and customer service * Friendly, professional crew * Highquality materials, especially the Velux skylights * Competitive pricing Cons * One outdoor light was broken during the project, though they compensated us for the replacement * Postproject gutter cleaning happened a day earlier than scheduled -- unexpected, but ultimately helpful Bottom line: Strongly recommended. read more

I had a great experience with All About Roofing. The entire team was professional, punctual, and kept the job site clean throughout the project. The quality of their work was excellent, and they always arrived on time. I especially want to thank ''Elijah". He was respectful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. He listened carefully to my concerns and always did his best to make sure everything I requested was taken care of. His professionalism and positive attitude made the whole process much less stressful. I'm very happy with my new roof and would definitely recommend All About Roofing to my friends and family. Thank you for a job well done! read more

We had a great experience with All About Roofing. Every step from the estimate to finishing the job was punctual, high-quality, and extremely professional. Our roof had solar panels on it, and All About Roofing even directed us to a company that would deal with removing the solar panels before the new roof went on. We also had gutters put on with the roof. It all looks great. Thank you, All About Roofing! read more

All About Roofing helped me fix a couple of leaks that were coming from my roof (see before and after). They were very professional, timely, easy to communicate with, and offered several different options for payment. They took the time to talk to me about my roof and answered all my questions very well. They also helped me out with some other roof related issues that were not directly related to the area I was having problems with (i.e. replacing a downspout, sealing some areas, repainting some areas, and cleaning gutters), which was very generous of them. But most importantly, I haven't had any more leaks, even after recent heavy rains. Thanks again! read more

Very disappointed with this roofing company. My home has a flat roof, and anyone with roofing experience should know that flat roof leaks are often not easy to trace. The leak point is usually not obvious, so a careful, close inspection is extremely important. Unfortunately, this company only used a drone and did not even go up onto the roof. A drone may give a general overview, but it cannot replace an actual hands-on roof inspection, especially when the purpose is to find the source of a leak and prepare a repair estimate. If no one is willing to inspect the roof surface up close, I do not see how they can properly diagnose the problem or recommend the right repair. I took time out of my day for this appointment, expecting a serious inspection, but the whole experience felt rushed and careless. It honestly gave me the impression that they were not serious about the job and did not really want the business. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and a waste of my time. I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs a thorough roof leak inspection, especially for a flat roof. read more

This is a review for Eddy. He is professional, honest, and completely transparent about what repairs are actually needed at the moment. He was also very patient with my questions. This is my first time working with this company, and I have a great impression. Although the repair work hasn't started yet, I wanted to share my positive experience with Eddy so far. I will provide an updated review once the work is finished. read more

A small part of the roof needed a repair as the rain water got clogged under the tiles and caused a crack in the roof. We got roof inspections done from a few companies. All of them tried to sell the entire or part of the roof replacement solution ranging from $10k to $45k. But Manuel(roof inspector) from All About Roofing was honest about the roof situation and suggested to repair just the part that was damaged for less than 3.5k The house inspection from previous owners mentioned about a gutter damage. But when the team was here to take care of the roof, they cleaned the gutters and said that the gutters were in good condition and no need to replace them. It's nearly impossible to find such a genuine company/team among the scammers (most roofing companies). I highly recommend All About Roofing!! read more

All about roofing just completed replacing my 30 year old roof and gutter. The also repaired a couple dry rot areas and replaced 2 broken rafters on my old roof, patched the stuccos on my chimney, and painted everything. I interviewed quite a few roofing companies, AAR is the only "one-stop-shopping" full service roofer that does everything in-house, this saved me a lot of time and hassle. Their communication was transparent and professional. They gave me a fair price and the the entire process took less than 3 weeks from beginning to the end. My experience with AAR was great from the in home consultation to the completion final touch up - you can tell that they strived to make their customers happy. I would definitely recommend them. read more

We called to have someone come out and assess our roof due to some leaks we'd been dealing with, and Eddy was incredibly kind and professional throughout the whole process. While we ultimately didn't hire them for the repair, that's actually a testament to how helpful they were -- Eddy helped us gather the documentation we needed to prove that our solar company was liable for the damage. He didn't have to go that extra mile, but he did, and it saved us a significant amount of money. If you're looking for an honest, trustworthy roofer who genuinely has your best interest at heart, look no further. read more

We had a wonderful experience with AARR. They gave us a very well written quote and scope of work in a couple days. The cost was reasonable. They had great communication throughout and completed the work without our needing to be there. They did very thoughtful work, for instance removing two obsoleted roof vents near the skylight being replaced, properly replacing the roofing substructure. This is professionalism. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with. read more

Working with All About Roofing's professional and customer service oriented team was a great experience. Let's face it, I don't know anyone who is excited to have to make huge repairs, but they make the process so easy by providing honest recommendations. I received an honest bid for replacing a 4 unit apartment complex roof. The Quote wasn't much different from the bid I received. No Surprises. They use Grade-A materials that provide a definite life expectancy. Thank you Desiree for your quick responses and yours team's quickness. Thank you everyone at All About Roofing! From the initial call to scheduling the inspection, the continuous follow ups and emails. The BID was very through. Even though work changes while actually getting the work done. Manuel and Roberto and the rest of the guys did great work. You can really tell, they all knew what they were doing and experience between everyone we encountered was great. Jay and Desiree helped with all questions and follow ups. We had a roof leak coming thru in our master bedroom and garage due to heavy rain thru the years. November 2024, decided to start tackling this before the winter season and more damage would arise. All About Roofing had good reviews, and the best BID. We had the best follow up and calls/text in the best timely matter, we decided not to look elsewhere. Price and just quick communication was great due to the incoming holidays of November and December. I'm so happy we decided not to look elsewhere. From the initial work, they were prompt and let us know they would be here between a certain time and were very prompt to get the work done when promised. If I can recommend All About Roofing for their honesty, work and follow up, I'd recommend x100. Constant follow up, honesty, professionalism, communication and above and beyond work. Thank you to all. The pictures were also given at the end of the work, so we couldn't be more happier with the work done. read more

It's a great pleasure to work with All about roofing & staffs this summer, especially to Elijah, Greg & Issac , staffs on-site , and Jay afterwards who is very helpful for taking care of sth after project is done and when we need. After experiencing multiple rains & weather, give 5 star. All about roofing gave excellent services within a short timeframe because home insurance gave us a limited time to fix garage roofing plus our own family agenda. Only two companies with excellent reviews were found suitable then among many others , glad that we have chosen all about roofing which not only saved us time but also provided excellent & quality services with very reasonable prices. More importantly, they are happy to provide customers services after project is done. Thanks for the services. Wish you Merry Christmas and having a happy & prosperous New Year! read more

Had my roof and gutters replaced just ahead of the December holidays with CT Landmark TL and love the new look! I had probably gotten 5 different bids and ended up going with All About Roofing given their reputation, availability and price. They weren't the cheapest, but were still very competitive and had a very thorough contract which made me comfortable. Arnulfo was the project manager and he was really helpful with the re-roof. He is very responsive and understanding of client needs. I had at times tried to discuss some issues with the workers themselves, but due to limited English Arnulfo was always there to facilitate discussions. I was waiting until we had some heavy rains to write this review and am glad to say that everything is holding up thus far! I have yet to go into the attic since the heavy rains, but no issues from what I can tell just yet. And even better is their warranty so if I do have issues I know I can count on them. One minor issue though not a major ding is that the eaves from underneath showed lots of nails penetrating, creating an unsightly view. They tried to clip as many nails as possible, but still saw some left over down the road and wood cracks from the penetration. I think this was caused by the thinner plywood sheathing on my original roof since the replacement plywood they put in didn't have penetrations. Wish it didn't happen, but not a big deal as we have painters coming anyways to fill and touch up areas. Overall happy with the outcome and would recommend their services. read more
