Unfortunately, now, just two years later, after a recent October rain fall, I am seeing two more seams that were poorly sealed leaking through! They advertise as being seamless, but that has not been the case. I called a few times, confirmed we were under warranty, am told someone will call me back to schedule the repair, but no-one does. This seemed like a nice company, so it's disappointing that the product and relationship has failed now with more rain on the way next week.

I experienced a problem with my thermostat in my home a (no power to the unit), after having done the DIY troubleshooting (Breaker and GFI check) I was at my wits end. I did what I always do and checked YELP for reputable electricians in my area. I called and left a message with SV Electric. James called me back and after explaining my issue he suggested I contact an HVAC company since my issue related to air and heating, However prior to terminating the conversation he added that it sounded like a fuse issue since the thermostat ran on low voltage, he suggested I check that prior to having someone come out, for safety he added that I should cut the power prior to replacing the fuse if it was blown. Sure enough that was the issue and I resolved it in 15 minutes. This type of service is a throwback to eons ago when the customer came first and people took the time to help a customer even if they got no financial benefit from the transaction.
