Beyond the quality of the work, what really stood out to us was their reliability and great communication, which is so hard to find with contractors nowadays. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and always followed through. This was easily one of the best contracting experiences we've ever had. I only wish they did other home projects because I would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat! Huge thanks to David, Gilbert, and the whole team at Top Tier Roofing.

From the initial phone call to the gutter cleaning, Jesse and his team were on time, efficient, and thorough. While he was up on the roof, Jesse showed us where he found a few cracked tiles and explained that they weren't posing any issues yet, but we should get them repaired/replaced at some point. Since we had extra tiles lying around, he came back the following week to work on the roof. Additionally, when we asked if there was anything we could do about a few of our gutters being extra loud during the rain, he offered to come back to install some sponges that might dampen the sound of the rain hitting the gutters without blocking water flow. We decided to try his solution, and after a few days of rain, so far so good! I highly recommend Jesse and his team for any of your gutter needs!

Hank either clearly explained to me his plan, or patiently brainstormed solutions with me, which gave me lots of confidence in their work. From our first conversation to the finished roof, Joseph earned our trust and our highest recommendation. What impressed us most was his honesty, professionalism, and pride in his work. Joseph is a straightforward, trustworthy guy who does what he says he will do. He communicated clearly, responded promptly, showed up on time, and was consistently reliable. He's also simply a really nice person who is easy to talk to. When you're trusting someone with your home, those qualities matter just as much as technical skill. And his craftsmanship absolutely lived up to that trust. Our new roof looks beautiful, and the care he puts into his work is evident in the finished result. We felt we received excellent value, especially considering the quality of both the workmanship and the service. For our family, the greatest benefit is the peace of mind. Joseph helped make our home more fire-resistant, and we feel much more confident heading into the winter rainy season. We appreciate the beautiful roof every time we come home, but feeling safer under it means even more. I wholeheartedly recommend Joseph and Mastercraft Roofing to homeowners in Palo Alto, Los Altos, and Los Altos Hills. He brings together the skill, integrity, and reliability you hope to find in a contractor. We would hire him again without hesitation. Thank you, Joseph, for taking such good care of our home. You've earned these five stars!

Worst part is I warned him one week prior that there was excessive nails that we've been picking up and he claims he came by and did another sweep.
