We told the person who was supposed to clean the windows in the house 10 times not to leave the door to the terrace open because we have a cat. Elementary things, but apparently everything is extremely difficult. Made an appt for gutter cleaning. Got a quote over the phone. The day of the appointment Edgar called and told me they were running late and offered to reschedule if I wanted. I rescheduled, and the crew showed up right on time. Two man crew did a great job on the gutters. They take before and after photos for you to see their work. All One Solar Shine came to my house on July 15th to clean my solar panels. I originally had an appointment at 12:30 but Edgar called that day asking if it could be moved to the end of the day. Photos were taken of the panels prior to the work and after. Edgar discovered the critter guard that had been installed by the solar company was not done properly and was basically falling apart. I am thankful for him bringing that to my attention. When he left, the panels looked clean and all appeared well. The next day, I noticed that my gutters had been damaged by the ladder he had used to gain access to the roof. I had just had my gutters replaced a year ago, so they were all new. I took photos and made Edgar aware of the damage on July 21st. On August 3rd I received a message from Edgar saying that he would come out that week to look at the gutters and see what he could do to try and fix them. He never came out and I have not heard from him since. it is now August 17th. It is unfortunate to have an outcome like this, as I would expect more out of a local company. While I believe the actual work done was good, I cannot ignore the failure to make things right with the customer. read more
