He was very knowledgeable and detailed and educated me on the process when I know nothing about stucco. My mom's house needed repair on the staircase which was cracking so they cut out the old stucco, reinforced it with the mesh wiring, and put new stucco. There was a detailed contract describing the scope of the work, Allen gave me text updates of when the crew would be coming and timeline for project completion and final receipt with the warranty on it. The crew was also extremely clean and ensured to clean up after the job was done and used protective coverings throughout the project. Steve, the office manager, is on top of everything. Stephen Bass came to our house for the initial meeting. Quotes are clear and easy to understand. Fast response times. We appreciated that Stephen gave us suggestions for paint. We actually gave him a few addresses in our neighborhood where we liked the paint color. Stephen then went to those houses and with a tool, he was able to match similar paint color. Once we narrowed colors (body, trim), Stephen ordered samples and painted swatches on our house. Everyone on his team who came worked well. Caulking the windows, power washing, painting. After painting, the head of the paint team noticed some wood rotting during his inspection. Stephen and his construction team replaced the wood and repainted as needed. Stephen's team also ordered exterior doors for us including the locks needed. When we asked for reassurance on the revised timeline and quote Geovanny simply told us that it was "not up for negotiation." It is doubtful that Q7 is interested in or values your business. With service this bad before they started work or got paid it is hard to imagine they would even pretend that you exist afterwards if an issue were to arise. MCR were very meticulous and perfectionists ("fineschmakers"). Hank was always pointing me to little things that needs to be taken care of and which they fixed. Examples include fixing some mortar cracks in the chimneys, replacing some roof boards, and dealing with the bay windows decorative roofing that required complex custom work in order to make them look nice. I strongly recommend MCR based on my experience.
