He is very knowledgeable, friendly and he respects and values his clients, a lot. My roof and gutter are not standard setup, so I had lots of questions on how it can be done right. Hank either clearly explained to me his plan, or patiently brainstormed solutions with me, which gave me lots of confidence in their work. During the construction, there were things here and there that were not documented in the contract, and I am very happy about his flexibility. In our case it was for insulation though and they were able to insulate our attics very well to help conserve energy and keep the place warmer during winter and cooler during summer. The owner has been in this trade for over 20 years so they have done a variety of jobs and a variety of buildings. It's good to know a small business like this has the experience and knowledge to make a solid product - one that they put their name onto.
