My feet were black! I went over the floor with a swiffer and it was black! Took three dry swiffers and several mops to clean my floors. I text them and I was told the mopped twice which was not possible. They also left a huge scuff mark on my floor, and a window no longer works properly. When I complained they offered me a window repair and free cleaning to make up for the first failed service. I have not heard back since I have tried to reschedule the service they offered. Challenges came after they left and I found that they broke a support leg on my external TV antenna & did not notify me. Maria said she wasn't aware that it had broken off. Yet I do not know how they could have missed observing this was altogether when she cleaned the shelf at first, then was just left sitting next to the tv antenna on shelf near patio door. Next, I discovered a two foot gouge in my hardwood floors. This gouge is deep enough that it cannot be covered up with a cosmetic fix of colored pen nor paint. To fix properly, it requires floors to be sanded down, re-stained then buffed with wax. Maria first stated they had not used any mop on floor. Yet when I reminded her that she had used her own Boma Microfiber Mop w/ my Swifter wet floor pads, she apologized for this. Yet this is a costly mistake that I cannot afford to repair. I will be filing a claim with Yelp's guarantee.
