Booking process online was seamless and I appreciated being able to add-on services like oven cleaning. They arrived within 10 minutes of the arrival window ready to go. I told them they could more or less ignore the furniture and focus on the apartment itself. They were very kind the whole way through. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! You can tip via the website when you pay the invoice but I opted for cash tips; $80 per since my bathrooms were large and I understand it wasn't an easy task to do especially if a deep cleaning was needed and selected. The team came by our home to provide an in-person estimate & to understand our specific cleaning needs. They also wanted to make sure we had a chance to meet them before they came to do the cleaning. My feet were black! I went over the floor with a swiffer and it was black! Took three dry swiffers and several mops to clean my floors. I text them and I was told the mopped twice which was not possible. They also left a huge scuff mark on my floor, and a window no longer works properly. When I complained they offered me a window repair and free cleaning to make up for the first failed service. I have not heard back since I have tried to reschedule the service they offered.
