I found Jason through either Yelp or Google and gave him a call about a shaggy cream-colored wool…read morerug in my bedroom. I had recently rescued two kittens, and unfortunately discovered they had been using the rug under my bed as their bathroom. Anyone who's had kittens knows that their stools can be soft--not something you ever want to try to remove from a shaggy wool rug! Jason returned my call almost immediately and was even willing to fit me in that same day. I needed time to pull the rug out from under my heavy bed and wanted to do some spot cleaning first, so we scheduled for a few days later. He arrived right on time and was upfront over the phone that he might not be able to fully restore the rug, which I appreciated. I had already done some spot cleaning, and after laying a plastic tarp on my patio, he cleaned the rug outside. When he was finished, it looked fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the quality of his work, his professionalism, or his pricing. I have several other rugs in my home, and Jason will definitely be the first person I call the next time they need cleaning. Highly recommend!
