Anyone who's had kittens knows that their stools can be soft--not something you ever want to try to remove from a shaggy wool rug! Jason returned my call almost immediately and was even willing to fit me in that same day. I needed time to pull the rug out from under my heavy bed and wanted to do some spot cleaning first, so we scheduled for a few days later.
