I had a confirmed booking for a two hour cleaning that I made 11 days in advance. We rushed to be ready for the appointment, and the company was a no show. They FINALLY replied to my messages more than 30 minutes AFTER the appointment was supposed to have ended (so more than 2.5 hours after the appointment time.)
