Carpet Tech did an amazing job on our very dirty carpets and area rugs. With dog accidents and kid messes, they did a great job sanitizing and refreshing the carpets. The team is professional, efficient, and explained process clearly. Very pleased with working with a good quality company who cares. We would definitely recommend and use Carpet Tech Solutions again! read more

They did an awesome job. Feels like when I first moved in to my house, with brand new carpets. They were also very communicative and easy to talk to. Payment process was smooth too. Will hire them regularly. Thanks! Ok read more

I had a sectional couch that needed to be steam cleaned. I sent out a photo of the couch. 2 businesses gave me a wide range of pricing stating "They won't know the exact price until we get there". Another told me they would measure the couch by the linear ft once they saw the couch at my house, then quote. Carpet Tech saw the photo and quickly gave me a competitive quote. They showed and my house on time. The crew was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Honored their pricing. They did a great job. Couch looks new. Highly recommend Carpet Tech read more

Carpet Tech Solutions - Couch Steam cleaned, looking like new. Thank You Carpet Tech - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

They made a great first impression when they contacted me 15 minutes ahead of their arrival (as promised), and showed up at our house right on time. Jeff Jr. and his assistant were friendly and efficient. In only 2 hours they cleaned our upstairs & downstairs carpet in my 4 BR house, plus stairs! They removed a couple of stains that I thought were permanent. Overall the carpets look fresh and clean and their fee was reasonable. One thing that stood out to me was that they truly care about doing a good job, which I appreciate. I feel like this is an honest company and I will call them again. read more

June 2023 Very pleased with working with this company. We had tile grout, cleaned for a large area. It was a pleasure to work with Jeff and his son. They were very prompt, knowledgeable, professional, quick, and did excellent work. Their pricing was very reasonable. Would highly recommend them. read more

Our experience with Carpet Tech Solutions was fantastic. Jeff responded within minutes of my request, answered all my questions and offered an extremely competitive quote- especially for the level of service and warranty. We had a very narrow window for the service because we are moving from out-of-state, and Jeff Junior kindly agreed to come in on his day off to complete our cleaning. The cleaning itself was on-time, thorough, and Jeff and Jeff Junior are both so friendly and informative. We will definitely hire them again. read more

This company gets an A++ in my books! From start to finish these guys were amazing! I missed the initial quote time due to a meeting call i was on and when i called Jeff Sr back he immediately turned around and came back to give my quote. So thankful he did. Jeff Jr showed up with a colleague and they both worked so hard on my carpet, couch and grout clean. Jeff jr was super professional and wanted to keep me informed on the process each step of the way as well as educated me on the product he was using for the cleanings and type of stains i had. He was so nice he even did a quick complimentary spot clean at the entry of 2 of my bedrooms! I will definitely use them every year from now on! I actually may have another job for them now! Their prices were also very reasonable and fair. This my go to company for sure! Thanks guys!! read more

Highly professional family-owned company. Arrived on time as promised. Cleaned our carpet thoroughly, leaving it clean and smelling fresh. Great customer service throughout, starting from giving the quote to the actual cleaning day. Would gladly recommend this business to friends, family, and Yelp community. Completely happy customer. read more

Having recently bought a house, I wanted the house immaculately cleaned before moving in, especially the carpets. Although the house was relatively clean, the previous owners had cats and we have a concern for allegies. Thus, it was of great importance that we have it professionally cleaned. I sent out a couple of inquiries through Yelp, and Jeff, the owner of Carpet Tech Solutions, was very prompt to reply. He was very easy to talk to as well. He gave me a quote and explained what it covered so I went ahead and booked an appointment. When it came to the actual day of cleaning, he punctually arrived at our house. Since I opted for the bacterial rinse, he explained and demonstrated how he did his work. I was very impressed by his work ethic and most importantly the results. Our carpets, which looked flat and dark, looked more fluffy and lighter after the cleaning. It also helped that I got a yelp discount out of it, so I was a very happy customer! I already told Jeff that I would be using his services in the future. I'd be having my carpets cleaned every 6 to 10 months to keep it clean and fluffy. Thank you Jeff for the fabulous work! read more

I previously used another company with good results, but Carpet Tech Solutions topped it. Communication for a quote was fast, including responding back to my questions. James came to my home and he provided fast and friendly service. I was able to add in two rooms while he was here that I initially did not request, for a reasonable cost. Called today last minute and they were able to come out ! Always beautiful 10 star work ! Thank you so much

The Capet Tech Guys just left. They are so polite and professional. It was "fun" (if you could call it that) watching the carpet change from dirty to spic and span like the commercial on TV where you see a dirty and grimy bathtub or wall and then the homeowner uses a certain solution (i.e. Spic and Span) that displays the before and after or from dirty to sparkling clean...amazing. We would definitely use them Jeff & Jeff (aka Carpet Tech guys) and recommend them to our friends. read more

Making an appointment was a breeze with Jeff. Answered all of my questions prior to making an appointment. My area rug and sectional needed deep cleaning, especially after having a new puppy in our home. It was time to get it done. He called me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Jeff was very professional and explained the process in detail. We really appreciate that he was able to tell us what was being done to our sectional and area rug. It was deep cleaned, shampooed, bacterial rinse, and deep steam. We've gone through other companies, but this is by far the best. Our sectional and area rug look brand new after he was done. Will definitely use them again! Thanks Jeff! read more

Excellent service, communication, and value. Deep cleaned my sofa and looks brand new again!

Called Carpet Tech (Jeff) to set up an appointment to deep clean my tenants stair case it was painless. Jeff worked around both our work schedules. Once Jeff arrived he went over about three different cleaning options some more aggressive than others I chose his best cleaning he offers (restoration cleaning), this is my rental so you can imagine the beating these steps take especially when your tenants have kids and pets :/ After all said and done I honestly thought jeff replaced them and not cleaned them! He made them sparkle!! Jeff and his team are seriously the following: Honest Reliable Professional Hardworking And most of all awesome! Thanks Jeff and team! Support your small business owners especially when they deliver remarkable workmen-ship Thanks again Jeff! read more

Carpet cleaning left residual brown stains on my carpet from the cleaning solution they used. Cost was 450$, 150$ more than Stanley steam for the same areas. i will never use them again and do not recommend them. The soap residue left in the carpet made the carpet attract more dirt. Horrible experience! read more

I called and spoke to Jeff and provided pictures of our sectional sofa and area rugs that needed cleaning. Jeff provided a quote within a half an hour and we scheduled a time for the same week for the work to be done. His son, Jeff and team came out and did an excellent job! Such a difference -- I can't believe it! Such a good experience with a professional, sincere and friendly team. I will definitely hire them in the future -- highly recommend! read more

They were very professional and did a great job. We had just bought a new house and shortly after our furniture was going to be delivered. We had our appointment today with Jeff and I couldn't have been more impressed and happy with his work! From my first call to him he was extremely courteous and professional. He worked around our schedule and we booked an appointment with no problem. My husband got to witness his work and he was very pleased! When I got home from work I could see a major difference in our carpets. Due to having a big German Shepherd and two children our carpets have had a couple of stains and were in desperate need of a deep carpet cleaning! Excellent, on time service. Very thorough and very honest. Jeff and Jeff JR and the whole team was really great. Very responsive online and via text. We just used carpet tech to clean our couch that had been destroyed by our 3 boys. Jeff was very responsive and up front about pricing. His son arrived on time and did an amazing job!!! Jeff and his crew ( I think his son and another guy) were as good as it gets: on time, courteous, responsive, and all the other adjectives found in the other reviews. These guys should clone themselves and offer other services (plumbing, electricians, etc.) :).. Anyhow, Jeff responded right away, give the best quote in terms of explaining the service and making a case for his company. The other two quotes were just a number, one of them was lower but with bad reviews. When the day came, these guys came ahead of schedule, were very nice , explained the process and showed while they were working the before and after. Very good service and very reasonable price. read more
