Jeff and his son are super responsive, professional, timely, and they do NOT try and add on services or act like some of the shady carpet cleaners I called from the Val-Pak coupons. My carpet between the front door and the kitchen is a heavily travelled area and the carpets were so soiled and stained that it made me cringe when I looked at them. My home Bissell couldn't do much to help, and the rental ones from the grocery store didn't do the job either. I was AMAZED at what this company did for my carpets. I was also convinced that the stains would come back up within a few weeks of Carpet Tech's visit, but they didn't. These are my go to people from now on. read more

We called Jeff on a Thursday, he had opening in Friday. He asked how many bedrooms and if we had stairs. I told him we have 4 bedrooms and stairs. I also told him we have dogs and one of them peed alot in one section of the carpet. Jake came out and did a fantastic job. Fantastic doesn't even describe how well of a job he did. He explained everything and how it worked, and how the pet treatment worked. Jake was able to get all the pee out, and it smells clean now. Very professional and courteous. There are no upcharges and the price is very reasonable and fair for how much work was actually done. $299 for the WHOLE house. I have approximately 1700 Sq feet of carpet. It's has been a little over a year since I last had the carpets cleaned in my home. Upon their arrival, I showed the to our water spicket within the garage and they got to work. My fiancé and I sat inside the movie room while the team worked on the house. A few months back, we reached out for upholstery cleaning and they were great. Our ottoman looked how it did when we first bought it. The price was fair, service was excellent and the time of estimated services was just as expected. Come time for carpet cleaning and we decided to reach out to these guys again. For the actual cleaning part, his son Jeff Junior and another young man showed up right on time and called me 30 min beforehand to give me a heads up. I had no idea the amount of dirt that gets trapped in the grout & stone but comparing it to an area of floor that was underneath an area rug you could really see the difference.
