Very happy with the carpet cleaning provided by Manual and Sons today. They truly go above and beyond!

Great people to deal with! Friendly and respectful. They explained everything and did an amazing job! Highly recommended!!

We hired Manuel and Sons Carpet cleaning after purchasing our home. They were quick to respond to an inquiry and provide a quote which was far better than the competition. The day of the cleaning Manuel and his son Michael showed up on time and ready to get the job done. The home needed some major tile/grout floor cleaning along with carpets. These guys knocked it out in a couple of hours and all areas looked outstanding. I highly recommend Manuel and Sons for your next floor cleaning job! read more

Manuel and Sons did an awesome job on my carpet! Manuel (son) arrived 15 minutes early, was very professional and one of the nicest people ever. He let me know exactly what he would be doing, gave me an updated quote immediately and got to cleaning. I have a large home with a big 16 stair staircase and he had everything done in 90 minutes. Manuel opened all of the windows and turned on the fans to ensure the carpet dried evenly, it was completely dry by 10pm. Thank you for the excellent service. I will definitely be using Manuel and Sons for all of my carpet cleaning! read more

Following my father's birthday celebration at our house, my carpet needed some serious TLC. I contacted several carpet cleaning services throughout Monterey County, but after speaking with Manuel and Sons, I decided to move forward and schedule an appointment. I was offered a more than fair price, and more importantly, the end result was far above my personal expectations. Additionally, Manuel III was very friendly, and I admire the attitude he brings to work with him every day. Moving forward, Manuel and Sons will be my first call whenever I need some more cleaning done. read more

I am not usually quick with reviews but I'm writing this within 30 minutes of them leaving. I need carpet cleaning ASAP bc I was moving. I called them on three days ago to try to see if they can come to my home to do the carpet cleaning. I called a ton of places prior bc I knew it was really short notice so I knew that it might not work out with the timing due to such short notice. I ended up calling a lot of companies around this area and they quoted me crazy prices, you got to be stuck on stupid to pay those prices. Luckily I called Manny & Sons carpet cleaning. They fit me in their busy schedule bc they knew it was urgent for me. Customer service is A1. Not only is their customer service good, but their prices and services are top tier. They gave very reasonable prices and DELIVEREDDD with their service.I was running about 15 minutes late and they were still so accommodating. They did a fantastic job and they did it so quick, they were very efficient. They do floors that aren't carpet and they also do rugs too! 10 out 10 recommend! Do yourself a favor and use this company. Thanks again! read more

We have used Manuel and Son's Carpet Cleaning since 2008, and I'm so thankful for their quality of service and reliability! They just left my mother-in-law's house, who has Alzheimer's, and I love that I can trust that they will do an excellent job, every single time! read more

I was very impressed with the ease of getting my carpets cleaned and it was worth every penny! My husband works from home and we have pets, but Manuel made it quick and easy for us to schedule a cleaning on the weekend when we were available. He was done in less than 2 hrs and got stains out of our old carpets that we thought were permanent. Some of our carpets had pet stains from previous owners, and although I tried to clean them when we moved in Manuels machines did a much better job. If I had known it was possible to get them out I would have hired a professional a lot sooner. Manuel was very nice and the price was extremely fair, he even gave us booties and good instructions on how to navigate the wet carpets while they dry. I highly recommend him, and we will be using him next time we get a cleaning done.! read more

I don't know why but they were both (father and son) on their phones the entire time they were cleaning: either texting (the son) or taking calls for work (the dad) the entire time they were there. I've never seen that before. And the dad, though seeming friendly, wanted to clean our rugs too, without any way to actually properly clean or dry them. We settled on just one, and it was a mess when they left, and once it finally dried, it *stank*. It's a 12' x 12' beautiful rug that is now rolled up outside until we can bring it to an actual rug cleaner for proper cleaning. He also almost charged for the 2nd rug that I said no to. Lucky I caught that. The son did not have a good work ethic. I don't like to write poor reviews but I also don't want this to happen to anyone else. read more

He did a good job cleaning my carpets. I would hire him back. Thanks read more
