I had two concrete sinks refinished by Techstone -- one of which has been a problem since day one…read morethanks to a shady builder who didn't construct or seal it properly 10+ years ago. After years of frustration, I finally decided to get it refinished. I found Techstone through ChatGPT (yep!) and went out on a limb after reading the great reviews. Paul was awesome. Professional, kind, trustworthy, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He sanded, polished, and sealed both sinks, doing the absolute best possible job -- especially on the difficult one. He even came back to see if there was anything more he could do to improve it. The sink now looks the best it *can* given its condition, and I really appreciate the care and effort he put in. I would **highly recommend** Paul and Techstone over anyone else. Solid work, great attitude, a reasonable price and total pro.

They are on the high-end of pricing but having the work completed in a timely fashion while surpassing expectations with their choice of professional sealers was most important. It is done and I am more than satisfied. The stone countertops shine and water beads off of the grout and stone. Live long and prosper.

Most people promise results. John at Stone Improvement actually delivers…read more We've worked with other stone repair and maintenance professionals before, so we had a pretty good benchmark going in. John was, by far, the best we've experienced. We had stains in our limestone and porcelain that we were completely convinced were permanent. We had already given up on them. John came in, took a look, and somehow brought everything back to life. It honestly felt like walking into a different home once he was done. What I appreciated just as much as the results was how he worked. He was careful, respectful of our space, and clearly knows his craft inside and out. No rushing, no cutting corners, just really thoughtful work. He also took the time to explain how to care for everything going forward in a way that actually made sense and felt doable, not overwhelming or overly technical. We don't hand out glowing reviews lightly, but this one is well deserved. We'll absolutely be having John back.
