This was our first experience working with a contractor outside of the Bay Area and were a bit unclear about the Monterey County permit process. Daniel went above and beyond to help us with all the permits (and even went to the country to help us expedite the process!). We had some issues with the electrical work in the beginning, but again his team came through to ensure all was done correctly and our home was safe and thankfully we passed inspection (Thank you Santos!). Sorry, but I need people to call me back... go ahead and employ them- the tile work is great- but good luck getting a bid or a call back. also, the tile shop he's in partnership with is screwing me around for a 30$ refund ( they asked if I had some tile left over, and I returned a box to them for $), just haven't been paid yet!
