Exceptional work, exceptional people. Highly recommend…read more I cannot say enough good things about Monterey Bay Hardwood Flooring and, especially, Brandon. From start to finish, this was an outstanding experience. Brandon is incredibly personable, professional, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. You can tell right away that he genuinely cares about his work and his clients. The craftsmanship speaks for itself. The hardwood floors came out absolutely beautiful, with clean lines, consistent finish, and great attention to detail. The baseboards were installed perfectly and completely transformed the space -- crisp, clean, and polished. Everything looks fresh, modern, and professionally done. On top of that, the pricing was very fair and transparent. No surprises, no pressure -- just honest work at a great value.

He never pushed anything and would answer all my questions thoroughly. He would provide different options and allow me to make the decisions as to what I wanted. I have dropped by to ask other questions that would come up and he always stopped and took the time to answer and explain. He was punctual with all meetings, provided the proposal in a timely manner. Very happy with the support and help in organizing this project. Cabinets will be arriving shortly. I will write again on the delivery and the quality of the cabinets then. For now, a very happy customer and would definitely recommend this company for cabinets. Oh, and the quote was better than the previous vendor with more features! Better than Home Depot even! We ordered our kitchen cabinets from Cypress after working with Fred. When they arrived, we…read morerealized the interiors were white melamine rather than the natural maple color we ordered. After trying to gaslight me by saying that white interiors are standard for white cabinets and "that is what I had liked", I pointed out that the signed contract clearly stated that the interiors were supposed to be maple. Cypress finally did admit they made an error and reordered the cabinets, but it took another 3 months or more for them to arrive, which totally screwed up our home remodel timeline. Once the new cabinets arrived, we discovered 2 of them were damaged and had to be remade a second time, again delaying our project. Really the worst part of this terrible experience was that although Cypress did pay for the dismantling of the wrong cabinets and the reinstall of the correct ones by our builder, they denied that their error caused us any delay or inconvenience and refused to even consider our very reasonable request for a 15% discount on the cabinets. They also repeatedly did not return my or my builder's calls during this whole debacle. I would NEVER recommend using them.

We were fortunate a few years ago to pick up a small cottage in Carmel. We realized in order to…read moremake this something that we could potentially retire to we would need to expand it a little and for that needed an architect or draftsman that could design something that was sympathetic to the existing structure, the cottage is pretty funky being built in the 30's and remodeled by no other than Hugh Comstock 10 years later so is bursting to charm and quirks. One such quirk was the odd idea that laminate flooring is A-OK for a period cottage so we figured when we stick the extension on the house we should run hardwood through the whole house including the existing structure to bind the two together and given better continuity. We went out to bid for a few places and they were all roughly in the same ballpark, we chose Mark as he had a better sense of what we were trying to accomplish, he seemed to have an empathy for this and also has a very hands on approach being the crew was him, his son and one other chap. They were very low touch on the property considering the rolled all the way through, they worked well and around the other craftsmen and were incredibly accommodating. Like a good number of the other contractors we used on this adventure I highly recommend Randazzo and would not think twice about using them again.. Thank you..

Another company we were talking to straight out refused to give us two different quotes. Second, the whole crew was really professional and didn't drag out the timeline for the project. They worked really hard and also were polite and made sure we were satisfied with the result. Once we picked out a tile option and were ready for the installation, that process took just about 1 week. My family is really happy with the way the kitchen turned out and we'd definitely reach out to them again if we have any other flooring needs.
