I am amazed at how clean my carpets turned out. Had a plumbing leak and debris from contractors tracking in house left my carpets severely stained. My carpets are 20 years old and look like new. Pro Dry was in and out in a short time and and carpets were dry shortly after. I have had them steam cleaned several times but I assume some residual cleaning substance seemed to attract more dirt after completion. It's been a while now and carpets still look great. I used him even though the property manager tried to convince me to use their guy, but I was not happy with the carpet's lack of cleanliness when I moved in, so why should I call him...and pay about $50 more? Would not recommend. After he came and charged $200 more than what he initially quoted there were still significant stains on the rugs. I went through with regular household rug cleaner and was able to easily get many of them out. There were other stains that we had discussed that he said he would try to get out but would not guarantee. He said he could probably get about 50% out. I agreed to that, however, they did not appear to have been touched at all. I was not able to be there when he did the rugs and didn't see them until a week later or I would not have paid him as I did in good faith that he had done his job. read more

I price checked other companies and some wanted as much as $300+. He does two plus rooms for me. It takes an hour +/- $79.00 AND its not carpet soaking sloppy wet when he's done. Where do I start.... Well let me first start off by apologizing to Alan. Im sorry I did not write a review the first time you cleaned our carpets. This was about a year ago. The first time you came by, you did an amazing job. It was perfect. You vacuumed the edges of the room first, followed by a thorough vacuuming of the living room area. Joseph Allen's Pro Dry utilizes a dry method so what that means is your carpets don't damage as with other methods. If you do some research you will see how other methods shorten the life of your carpet. You even helped me by giving me information on how to remove a wax stain on my own, which I did. I really appreciated that. Thank you so much. I also had to leave early to work that day and asked alan if he could please lock the door behind him. My carpet was completely dry by the time I came home for lunch by the way. Everything was intact and in its place, all I have to say is that I trust this man around my family. He is a respectful, honorable, clean, organized, punctual, positive, fair, caring business owner and family man. So lets fast forward to todays carpet cleaning, This time I contracted Alan to clean all the carpet in the house. Living room, Hallway and bedrooms. AMAZING job once again.
