I'm going to start off with I don't usually review companies. It's always a bad review when someone final does review them. But I was so impressed with the level of professionalism that the owner Michael provided me that I wanted to make sure everyone knew. Michael provided me with quote within minutes after our initial call. The day he arrived he was very helpful. He had all top of the line equipment. I was afraid that after he was done the carpet would be super wet. It wasn't. After a few run throughs the carpet was little damp. But he assured me it would dry within a couple of hours. He recommended to leave the windows open for the next few hours. By the evening my carpet was dry. Wine stains, cat puke. It was all gone. The carpet smelled fresh too. All i Have to say is why didn't i find this company sooner. I used to have another company come out for years and clean my rugs. i have alot of stains that i thought where not removable. because the other company that used to clean told me so. so for years i just accepted that. Well my neighbor had recommended that I try FERRANTE'S ... so i said why not.. When Mike was finished he was able to remove all my stains from the rugs... and yes even the old stains that my old carpet cleaner said were not removable.. Being in the Military we move around a lot as you might expect. I've been thru lots of carpet cleaners some cheap some expensive, but Ferrante's was awesome. Mike took care of our pet stains ( which most carpet cleaners say they can get the smell out but it always comes back the next day) but when Mike told he could remove them I laughed to my self. I have had this company come to my home at least three times now. He is always punctual, and ready to work. I do not have a lot (an area rug in my living room, and my bed mattress as my dogs sleep with me). Sometimes I have him do my living room recliner. He never seems to act like I am "not worth the trip" as there is not much cleaning to do. His prices are fair and consistent. He has always been on time. Wow ..... I don't know what else to say.... Mike came to my house after I had another company clean my carpet, the other company said that several of the spots in my carpet are not removable , I was ready to replace the carpet when my neighbor recommended ferrantes carpet cleaning, I gave them a try , and was amazed that he was able to remove all of the spots that the other guys could not.
