My first-time-customer experience = I am Completely Satisfied with Four Seasons Carpet Cleaning. I definitely recommend these guys and plan on using them twice a year to clean my carpets (as recommended by the professionals). My spouse gets severe allergies from our carpet (asthma, chest pain, etc.) and we needed a quick and affordable remedy during this difficult covid season. Four Seasons was the answer to our problem. Here's my experience in a 2-day timeline: Day 1: I use Yelp app to send out a request to multiple carpet cleaning providers and I get a response in literally less than 2mins from Four Seasons via the Yelp app. The communication was via a messenger/texting format. The kind lady employee asked me a few questions about my needs and gave me a quote range of $235-$255, and stated that an employee will contact me in the next 30mins to schedule an appointment. Victor called me less than 15mins later and was very professional, friendly and easy to talk to on the phone. Day 2: Victor came out alone a few days later and called me 1hour ahead to inform me of his ETA. He arrived on time. Victor not only did a great job cleaning, but took great care of our home making sure water did not leak onto our floors during the cleaning process; and made sure that the hose/equipment did not damage our wooden stair rails, etc (see photos). Victor finished our 800-900 sq feet project in about an hour and did an excellent and thorough job. He used the hot water extraction with sanitizer method. No strong cleaning chemical older lingered after he finished; and he conveniently took my payment right there. My wife is happy and able to breath again. I can breathe in relief again. These guys are great. I made a reservation and had to change the date and Emanuel was very acommodating. I had limited time because I was having movers come in to move and store the furniture, then having the carpets cleaned then having the movers britg the furniture back. Emanuel made sure that Victor, the cleaning tech, had floor fans in the truck to help the carpet dry. The movers were a little late and the guys were pretty flexible and still managed to both get the job done and the rugs dry in time. Victor even came back at the end of his day to pick up the fans so I wouldn't be charged a second day's rental fee. All in all, a great experience and I will definitely use them again. read more

There were stains from old and new pet issues and some bbq sauce I spilled. I don't see any of these now. I was very pleased with the contact the company made once I requested a quote thru Yelp. He confirmed my appointment after I called to add another room to the service, which I like especially considering I had the wrong day in my head. Victor was punctual (which I really appreciate), very nice and polite, and told me what he was going to do before doing it. He put little pads under my couch and moved it to get underneath, he worked on spots until they were gone, he even cut the loose strings on the carpet. He cleaned every inch of exposed carpet and when he was done, asked to make sure he got everything I wanted cleaned.
