We needed a good cleaning for our living room carpet, and these guys were great! Fast, efficient and COVID-19 friendly. We thought we might have to replace our carpet before, but with their magic they made it look brand new. Highly recommend! read more

I am completing a review based on their professionalism. Due to other reasons unrelated to Four Seasons company i COULD NOT get their service but Emmanuel assisted me from answering my questions, setting up an appointment to visiting the place for a quote. Great customer service and very professional. Highly recommended for genuine carpet cleaning. read more

They came and cleaned a 8x10 area rug that I keep on my patio that was full of ashes from the recent fires, and dirt and and paint from my toddler. They were able to come to my house the next day, cleaned the rug quickly and it looks like new! I am very happy and will be calling them again! Highly recommended. THANKS! read more

I used Yelp to message four seasons carpet cleaning and he was able to give me an appointment that next week. He was so quick and so efficient the carpet looked brand new like when we bought it for years ago and even a couple weeks after it's still looking great. We will use him again for other rooms in our house. read more

I will definitely be using them again for all my carpet cleaning needs! Quick and easy and friendly staff. Victor was great!

We've used this company for our carpet cleanings for the past year and every time we use their service it's fast and amazing results.

Excellent cleaning of my very dirty carpets. Emmanuel & his partner did a fantastic job. Before starting went over the details of my carpets/rugs. Both worked efficiently & seemed to really enjoy their work. They finished quickly, which I appreciated cause my cats had to be held up in the bedroom. l'd highly recommend Four Seasons. Worth the wait, since they have a busy schedule. read more

Four Seasons - Before and after steam cleaning! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

This is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever had. Punctual, professional and did a fantastic job with a smile. Definitely going to have them again and highly recommend! read more

I've know of Four Seasons Carpet Cleaning since my mom started using their services over 10 years ago. Since then I've also had them clean several carpet/rug areas. I like that the carpet is left clean, as dry as possible and smelling fresh. Our stairs and area rug look great after last weeks clean and today they cleaned my house floor and did another amazing job (pictures). Since we moved into our home we thought our floor was a gray color, unknown to us that was a whole layer of dirt covering the real color. Emmanuel (today's tech and youngest...I think... of the 4 brothers) was professional and knowledgeable of the floor cleaning process. They said they were new to the floor cleaning service but they are already experts in my book. Their customer service is the best, regardless of who it is (have previously had work done by Victor and Luis). I wont ever go anywhere else for carpet/ floor cleaning services and definitely recommend Four Seasons. read more

I contacted him at 8pm and was able to set up a cleaning for the next morning at 8am and arrived at 7:40am! Responds super fast and is very very nice. 2 bedroom apartment took about 45min-1hour, very fast. The carpets looked brand new and smelled so good. Friendly service and great job cleaning. There was just a lot of foot traffic stains and dog pee stains in the carpet from previous roommates and I tired to get them out before with a carpet cleaner rental from Home Depot and it never really did the job and got them fully removed. I only have pictures of what it looked like before. I don't have an after picture, but I would recommend this company and use them again in the future if I am in the area. Looked brand new like it did when I first moved in. read more

I have Four Seasons clean our off white Berber every other month, he does an outstanding job! Covid-19 friendly. My carpets look brand new, fresh, smell awesome! Thank you Victor! read more

Tech (Victor) called late & claimed to have vehicle issues. I asked what time did he begin his day & he replied at 7:30 AM. So it took him two hours to call & advise us that he was "45 minutes behind." I suggested that his math was off & his demeanor went from apologetic to rude as he forced us to reschedule two hours past our initial appointment. I asked why he couldn't show up 45 minutes past our appointment if he was 45 minutes behind, he claimed that he has a long day of other appointments to tend to. It sounds as though he overslept. What's the point in making an appointment if you're going to show up late with excuses? Turns out Victor is co-owner. I understand life happens but I will recommend people use other businesses based on his lack of professionalism & poor customer service skills. read more

Extremely professional and fast. Was significantly cheaper than others we were quoted by. Will definitely use again. read more

After having a not so good experience with my last carpet cleaner, I decided to shop around and found Four Seasons Carpet Cleaning in yelp. I scheduled an appointment with them and was surprised that they were so punctual; 2 minutes early actually. Usually with a lot of the home service type operations such as repair men and such, you never really know at what time they show up. I found Victor the carpet cleaner to be very knowledgable and experienced. He was able to hook up the machine directly from my bathroom sink since they're are no outside faucets (The last company I hired spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to do get water). He was able to not only clean the carpet thoroughly, but also remove a few red dye stains using a heat treatment method. Again, the last company just left the stains there. I also found him to be very friendly and quick to get the job done. The pricing was a little more than most carpet cleaners in the area, but it was totally worth it. It was around $75 for two rooms ($85 for three) and an extra $25 to remove all the red dye stains. I also liked that they were very familiar with the building, and I come to find out they've been providing service for various tenants in my complex for many years. I highly recommend this long time family business. read more

Victor with Four Seasons Carpet Cleaning is extremely professional and personable. His scheduling was amazingly flexible, he just said whenever suited me best. He showed up promptly with a smile. Took care to be cautious around my home, not putting his hoses on the lawn and moved all that was needed inside (couches, rugs, etc). I have 3 dogs which trashed the carpet pretty good and the previous tenants had small children that left some red stains behind. His cleaning made our thrashed carpet look brand new! I couldn't be happier with the service all around! Friendly, professional, punctual, caring, and the price is well worth it!! Highly recommend Four Seasons to anyone! Victor made my day! read more

Reliable, punctual, and reasonable prices along with excellent customer service! The steam cleaning of our carpets was the best one that we've had in the 10 years that we have owned this house. Our carpets needed a vacuum and extra TLC on stairs. Having a dog, two year old and a newborn has made it challenging on our floors and carpet. Four Seasons Carpet Cleaning did an outstanding job and detailed our floors from top to bottom. We will definitely use them again for their upholstery services next. We are hiring Victor again for our new house we moved to. So glad I found them! read more

Emmanuel just left and I couldn't be happier. The service was so professional in every respect. We needed a large sectional, chair, and ottoman cleaned. Quote was fair and I ended up adding on our living room rug. He put protectors on exposed corners in the house and was careful to not cause any problems. He took great care with the cleaning itself. Our 20 year old sectional looks like new. Would use them again in a heartbeat! read more
