It was my first and last time using Molly Maid of Monterey cleaning services at home. At first, I…read morereceived a text that the team will be coming at 9 am. They didn't show up. Then I received an email with a new time of arrival 8-11:30. They didn't show. I called the supervisor at 12 noon and 15 minutes later team arrived. I didn't interact with the team a lot , just told them what needs to be done and during the appointment asked them twice if they need my assistance. They cleaned 3 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, living room, family room and the kitchen. All these areas required dusting, cleaning multiple glass surfaces and countertop, and floor mopping. Team of 3 people spent a little over 2 hours. Strangely, left without saying anything to me. All I saw through the window is their car speeding away. Services: they did everything I asked for, but left foot prints on wet floors in the bedroom and let it dry. Left chemical spots on the floors in both showers, a pile of water on wooden piece of furniture, did not mop the floor under any furniture. They mopped floors in a hurry and left a lot of water so we had to use a couple of fans to dry it. (We have laminate flooring) I also have several wall mirrors. The team tried to clean them, but didn't do a good job and left smudges. I have one area rug in the bedroom, so they vacuumed only about 80 percent of it.
