In the two years I have had this company cleaning my home every three weeks, I never once complained--until last week, when my house was still dirty. You can see from the picture of my toilet (mind you, I have three that all looked like this) that I am not just saying this. They did not clean my home well. Up until last week, this only happened once, and that time, I just cleaned after they left and let it be since the owner said she was overwhelmed with work and had so many clients that she was stressed over it. I have always paid her over what I was quoted, $200 for 1.5 hours, and again, I only complained last week. I have a right to complain if someone leaves my house like this! So, I sent photos about this issue only to be responded to in the most unprofessional and threatening manner! There was no apology; they stated they were too busy to accommodate me. We are sorry we cannot make you happy. Do you see my toilet? It is not hard to see why I was not satisfied. I am beside myself with how they treated me. They were unapologetic and nasty, and I felt threatened by her son, who wrote me the text. I do not recommend this company. I've worked with a few housekeeping services, and OE is definitely the best. I don't think it would be possible to find a better company. They are very responsive, honest, flexible and eager to help with popup requests outside the scope of housekeeping, and best of all upfront and communicative about what they can & can't do (unlike other people that say they can do something but end up taking on more than they can handle and failing). They really are crucial to making our business look good; we've only had rave reviews for cleanliness from our guests, never a negative comment. I would highly recommend them for both deep cleaning and recurring housekeeping services, they're very dependable and you get more than you pay for when considering how much of your precious time it would take to do as good a job yourself. We had the folks from Organically Elegant do a full house cleaning for us this weekend and it was amazing!! It was beyond anything we could have expected. We booked it a couple of weeks out and they coordinated around our schedule so we could get the place cleaned right as we came home from holidays. They showed up on time, to the minute, brought everything with them, and got to work immediately. They cleaned thoroughly, didn't rush, and were done right on time, and at a very fair price. The cleaning itself was honestly incredible. Every surface, wall, switch, was spotless. So many small details impressed us - like the vacuum lines in the carpet were lined up and symmetrical, or the way they took the shoes out of the closet to sweep it and the lined them up perfectly when the replaced them, or how they folded nice flowers on every Kleenex box and toilet paper roll. I've engaged their services for about a year now. Sometimes for as short as a week between cleanings and sometimes 4 months between cleanings. Often I am not here after a cleaning and before a Travelling nurse arrives. I depend on them to do a thorough job. I pay them well. Recently I was here after they had cleaned. There was dirt and dog hair in between the sheets and the comforter. There was stuck on crud on the kitchen floor. There were bathroom mats that were dirty. I brought it to their attention with photos and their response was, " we won't work for you anymore. " they left me in the lurch. I responded by asking them to think about how they are handling their business. I said I'd give them another chance if they were willing to stand behind their business and make it right. They were not. I encourage you to consider what I've said. If you have a Newhouse that you have them clean every week or two weeks, where you are there, I think they will do a reasonable job. Outstanding service. I am living temporarily in Marina and my employer has provided me with a furnished apartment. It is a small, two bedroom place. We were referred by a friend to the OE team and glad we called them. The ladies were always on-time and do a fantastic job of cleaning the whole house, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The prices are reasonable given the excellent work that they do. They are really flexible as well. Given the current COVID situation we had to switch around our service dates and times, but the team was always accommodating and responsive. We called this company last minute to help clean our apartment for a move out and they not only did an amazing job but also helped us move. 1 stop shop and we could not be happier. Their price was the best in the entire county and it was a Sunday. The apartment looked brandnew once the cleaning was done. They were very efficent, they cleaned inside the drawers, closets and even wiped the walls. With our moving they were accommodating, they dumped all our trash and even removed their shoes per my wishes when entering our new home. We scheduled an appointment and asked for 2 workers for about 2-3 hours of deep cleaning our kitchen and living room. On the phone I was quoted $120. They showed up and told me it will be $165 and said that they had somewhere else to be in an hour. They broke multiple things and tried hiding it. I had to ask for them to use cleaning supplies instead of just a towel, they still used the same towel on the whole house and it shows. Absolutely nothing is cleaned to an acceptable standard. They charged an extra additional fee for a window cleaning service but our windows are still filthy, some windows are completely untouched. I called to explain that things are still filthy/even sent pictures of the dirt everywhere and he said " we will come back but you'll have to pay another fee, we hooked you up, be grateful" Summary of my experience: Guaranteed a "commercial cleaning" but only got a wipe down with absolutely no cleaning supplies used and lost property:( Horrible communication and service. read more

The entire team is very dedicated, professional, and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Karla and Maria provided a move-out cleaning for the condo I rent, and they were very thorough. My new tenant even said that everything was very clean, and I haven't had such great luck in the past using different cleaning services for this rental. My husband and I hired Gabriel and Miguel to clean our garage at home, and we were very pleased.
