I've never hired anyone totally online texting. The 5 red stars on yelp made me feel more comfortable. Kristine sent two stellar cleaning Tasmanian devils. In two hours our home went from clean to sparkling! From baseboards to cobwebs, from floor vents to ceiling vents, from behind furniture to underneath furniture- I would go on . I utilized Draper Cleaning Services this week for the first time. In reading Draper's reviews here I don't understand why their housekeeper did such a poor job at my Marina home. In my 25 years of utilizing home cleaning companies I don't think I've ever had such an awful experience. Draper's housekeeper arrived half an hour late. She proceeded to dust most but not all furniture pieces but more importantly, she completely ignored anything sitting on those surfaces such as lamps and decor. She did a "muck-it-out-in-the-middle" job in the two bathrooms. She completely ignored the cleaning of the refrigerator, stove and microwave; didn't touch them. It appears she Windexed the toaster and the kitchen counters. There was no modus operandi with this housekeeper. When I reported this situation to the owner of Draper Cleaning Services, she actually defended the housekeeper and in speaking with me she was highly offensive to me personally. When I became upset with her poor attitude, she claimed she was "just trying to help". I had to myself clean all that 'our' housekeeper ignored. Housekeeping services today are not inexpensive. In working with GOOD housekeeping companies, when an employee did a poor job of cleaning my house, my experience has been that employer offering me 15% discount on the cleaning with assurances they would send a better housekeeper the next time. I do not recommend this housekeeping service. read more

Draper cleaning did an amazing job with our new house when we moved in ! Ali cleaned our home and was prompt, professional, and left our new house looking wonderful. She used a more natural approach to cleaning our home since we have two young children and I couldn't be happier with it. Kristina answered my texts in a timely manner and even texted to inform me when the cleaners were running a bit behind schedule (which was totally fine with me). Griselda arrived at our house and apologized for running behind (again, which I was totally cool with) and got straight to work. Very affordable, great cleaning!
