If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would give them NEGATIVE 3 stars. We had an appointment booked for an apartment inspection because we moved out of said apartment. We were told TWO (2) cleaners would come and clean the apartment. For context, the apartment was completely empty. All they had to do was come and give it a wipe down, dust, and mop. Approximately one hour AFTER our appointment was scheduled, we received a message stating the service was complete. We were at the apartment all day to make sure to open the door for the cleaners and no one had shown up. The ONE (1) cleaner showed up approximately 2.5 hours late to the appointment. Not only did she show up late, but she didn't even clean 1/4 of the apartment because the second cleaner didn't show up. So not only did we have to wait around all day, but the apartment didn't even get cleaned. We got billed $350 for NO SERVICE. We spent the rest of the evening cleaning the apartment ourselves with $350 taken out of our account. I have called several times to complain and request a refund and have not received a call back or answer. This so called "service" was extremely unprofessional, mediocre, and downright ridiculous. I will NEVER book with this company again and will make sure none of my friends, coworkers, or family ever even think about booking with this sorry excuse for a company. Cleaner arrived on time and detailed oriented. I am happy with the result but it did take 3 hrs to clean 1550 sq ft with two bath. The only I took one star off as I lived in east coast and it took our cleaner 2 Hr with 2 manpower for 4000 sq ft with four full baths. read more

We hired them for a specific job that they slow worked and did not complete per our instructions. Out of a (4) bedroom, (2) bathroom home they were only able to get to the common areas and part of a bathroom in (4) hours. Four hours!! Finally, they charged for the extra hour in which they did not complete what they were specifically asked to complete. Beware, they will ask to bring in another person to double the price. I've had many cleaners work for me in my home in Illinois and this was the worst by far. I was extremely disappointed by the performance of this organization. Do not waste your money on this cleaning service, I requested a quote to have our condo cleaned for Move Out Cleaning - was a total waste of money as you can see from the photos our condo was not ready to turn over the keys. When I called Marleen and sent her the photos, she told me that I should have mentioned my concerns before the cleaner left! I guess I figured that for $40 hr cleaning the toilet and behind the toilet was common sense. Very disappointing. We had also scheduled a carpet cleaning, I have to leave work a second time the same day to meet the carpet cleaner. I was not told this before hand and they were late. Due to my mention to Marleen that the cleaning was not done properly, she decided to cancel my scheduled carpet cleaning! So I paid for a house to be cleaned that was not cleaned - then the afternoon before I have to turn over keys to property manager and can't schedule anyone else to clean carpets- she cancels -leaving me with no choice but to spend all night cleaning myself -instead of being with my family. Trust me and go with another company. Updated Review: Marleen has responded to my original review- with back handed comments of abuse etc.. The photos are accurate and I paid in full and never asked for a refund. I actually paid more than what was estimated and I am saddened that this local company does not have good Customer service practices. I used Heaven on earth cleaning two times and there won't be a third time. The first time, I provided information on my house size to obtain a quote on the pricing. The actual service was 30 minutes longer than projected and therefore the bill was higher than expected but did equal hours of service. The second time, however, I explicitly told the cleaner i wanted to stay at 3 hours of service so i showed her which bathroom and bedrooms to skip in order to keep inside that budget. We were all in agreement and she left my house after 3 hours. I received a bill for 3.5 hours so i asked management why the extra 30 minutes was charged. They checked their notes and couldn't come up with anything outside "you didn't tell us." I don't know who else I WOULD tell besides the human being inside my house doing that work. I also was there to see she left after 3 hours so I don't know how management could decide 3.5 hours was performed. This discrepancy is frustrating. If I could of I would of given zero stars. They charge $45.00 per hour with a minimum of three hour. I must say for that price I just assumed their would be two girls. Well I would of been wrong. It was ridiculous she just couldn't get everything done. I felt bad for the girl. She was very sweet but she simply couldn't really clean everything. Live and learn, I would never go to them again. The simple reason was because of the cost. $45 an hour is double what I have ever heard. I also got the email after I booked it. I had you send it to my boyfriend so I actually never saw it. You never said it would be more because it was the night before. Again simply put your rates are ridiculous. Live and learn. I also saw you have a $20 off for first time customer. I am just warning others to beware of being taken. Ok this woman is really a trip. Cover up, honestly, I was simply responding to the things she had said. She simply is overcharging her customers. i left 100.00 on the counter and stayed with my 2 kitties in the 2nd bdrm, as I had told Marlene I would do for the first couple of times, to get them used to the new noises. the appt was for 1:30p, not 2:17p when I heard her come in. after an hour, I heard the cleaner receive a call out in the hall...... "oh right, I did forget to do that... I'd better go get that done now".... at exactly 1:34p she left my condo, and after a bit I came out because what cleaner leaves after she is at the place she is cleaning?..... I called Marlene, and she told me that the cleaner had called her and left to go get rubber gloves. yeah, right. housecleaners never bring rubber gloves to a job, and it always takes more than an hour to get those darn gloves. after she didn't return for an hour, I called Marlene and told her to have the cleaner leave me some money back under my mat, and that we would call it a day, meaning I would find someone else. so I got 40.00 back, which means that for 1 HOUR and 17 MINUTES I was charged 60.00... in that time, the 2nd bathroom was cleaned, the wooden floors were damp mopped, dishes were put in the dishwasher, and the counters cleaned. the living room rug wasn't cleaned however, because she didn't HAVE A VACUUM CLEANER. now Marlene is going to say there was reported cat feces somewhere. that's what the cleaner reported when she said she was going out for rubber gloves, when in truth she was going to run some errand that she forgot. I'm a slob and I admit it, that's why I like to have a reliable housecleaner. but I clean the kitty box twice a day, and there is no feces in my condo. THis is a TERRIBLY run company, that took money from me, way too much, and the owner could care less. Heaven on Earth....... don't make me laugh. read more
