I've used Nelly's and recommended them to friends. They do a great job and are easy to work with. I highly recommend.

One star for prompt reply, rated this company low because their prices are ridiculous. They want $ 70 an hour....... really, that is $35 per person and there would be two people, and I was told that it would take anywhere between 6 to 12 hours to clean a 2300 square feet house. This was not a move out, just a regular biweekly cleaning. I was looking for new cleaning service because my regular service people were not available that week. I was aghast.... and left speechless. We had a very bad experience with Nelly's cleaning service. First off, they went WAY over their quote by the time the work was done. To make matters worse, we showed up one of they times they claimed they were working and there was no one there! After calling the manager, she made all sorts of fake excuses about cell phone reception. We then showed up a second time to check and this time there was a young child (toddler) with them.... around a bunch of cleaning supplies! Not very professional for the huge prices they charge. Even after we caught them saying they were at the house when they were not, they still billed us for the time.... luckily they knocked $100 off the price after we told them we had time stamped photos to prove they were taking advantage of us. When I get passionate about things I recommend them to everyone and Nelly's Cleaning Service is my newest passion! I used to use this women who was recommended to me by my boss.. but after a couple of months of her mediocre cleaning I knew needed to find someone new! That's when Nelly's Cleaning Service came into my life! A friend of a friend told me to give Nelly a call and let her know what my problem areas (like most its the bathroom and the kitchen) I scheduled my appointment and when they arrived (yes, they- two women with all the cleaning supplies imaginable) I gave them the tour and of my apartment and off to cleaning they went! Four hours later and my apartment looked BRAND NEW! Not only was my bathtub the WHITEST it has ever been (how do they do it???) the mold on the ceiling (I know.. gross right??) was gone! When my husband came home that night he thought he had walked into a whole new apartment.. I tried to lie and say I cleaned it myself but I could fool him.. This was was over three months ago now and i have had them over once a week since. Every time they come and go my apartment looks on point! They are super easy to talk with and even better at accommodating my crazy schedule changes. The pricing is comparable to others in the area except the quality is much higher. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this cleaning service. A few months ago I was stuck in Carmel cleaning a house and desperately needed the house done on zero notice while every service in the area was completely booked. They went above and beyond, the owner of the business came herself and was incredibly friendly. She left the house immaculate. Instead of staying extra days until there was an opening I was able to go home that day. I would recommend them everyday of every week, thanks guys. read more

I hired Nelly's Cleaning Service for a move out deep clean. They came highly recommended by our property management company. Two very polite women showed up right on time to clean our 3b2b rental in Marina. It took the two of them 2 hours and 15 minutes to clean our place from top to bottom. While they were cleaning I took my son to the park to play. The crew sent me a text message to come back and view their work before leaving the property. When I arrived it smelled amazing and looked even better. Really, everything shined in a way it never did before! I should have had them coming over while I was still living there. We had a large tiled living area and I could never seem to get the grout perfectly clean. They did! After the crew left the office emailed me an invoice and was able to pay via credit card at home. I'm looking forward to getting our deposit back and will be calling them again to clean our new rental home when we move again. read more

Started using this company about a year ago after it was highly recommended for my move out cleaning, the ladies they sent did an amazing job!! I called back to set up a monthly service as I was so pleased! I look forward to every appointment and love seeing my new apartment look sparkly clean!! They are super flexible on time and accommodating if I need an extra cleaning or need to skip a clean. I love the details they do to the pretty tissue box and towel designs. And they bring all the supplies they need to complete service! I do have a special lavender floor cleaner I like to use that I leave out with a note for them to use and they have no problem doing that! I recently had a move out cleaning done on a home that was empty and had just been cleaned professionally two weeks before (with me supplementing before I officially left). The home is only around 1200 sq ft and they claim to have taken 9 and a half hours to clean plus 1 hour for the windows. This is the most outrageous bill I have ever received where I was clearly taken advantage of. Steer clear of this company! read more
