They are very responsive, honest, flexible and eager to help with popup requests outside the scope of housekeeping, and best of all upfront and communicative about what they can & can't do (unlike other people that say they can do something but end up taking on more than they can handle and failing). They really are crucial to making our business look good; we've only had rave reviews for cleanliness from our guests, never a negative comment. I would highly recommend them for both deep cleaning and recurring housekeeping services, they're very dependable and you get more than you pay for when considering how much of your precious time it would take to do as good a job yourself. I only wish they serviced other parts of CA too :)
