I was all ready to go out and buy a new sectional sofa because it was so dirty. It's microfiber and I didn't think it could be cleaned. I am more than happy with a job that Cesar did. It looks like a brand new sofa! Will definitely recommend them to my friends. read more

Cesar and Guillermo were great. Did our house in under 2 hours. Our carpet in the front room had some deep pet stains, and even that looks great . They were friendly and professional. And the price was definitely fair. I am a fan. The cats are too. Putting up some pictures so you can see the difference in the pet stain area. read more

Did a terrible job. We ended up renting our own steam cleaner and redoing it and there was still so much dirt. It's like they just went over the carpets with their steam cleaner as if it was a vacuum. They were so nice to deal with but the job was done terribly. read more

Oscar was very friendly and did an awesome job! My carpets look great! Thank you! Great price definitely recommend

My family uses Resendez Bros Carpet cleaning services annually. I just had Oscar, and Caesar out for service (Spring Cleaning) this weekend. As always, they did a fantastic job. Can't tell you how great it feels to have a reliable service company that you can count on. And their service rates were absolutely more than reasonable. If you're looking for a reliable carpet and tile cleaning service firm look no further than Resendez Bros. You won't be disappointed. read more

Resendez Bros - Service technicians cleaning the stairs. They are extremely thorough. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Monterey, California

Resendez Brothers cleaned our carpet last year and the quality of their work was abysmal. The spots came back up within 2 days. Do yourself a favor and find another carpet cleaning service that does reputable work. read more

Very friendly people. Our carpets smell clean, but as of 5 hours after the cleaning - it looks like the hallways are not as clean as we had hoped. The high traffic areas also appear not as clean as we had hoped. I had an issue with pricing. They stated it would be a minimum of $250 for about 1,000 square feet of carpet. I have a 3 bedroom home with a small living room and a short hallway. When the worker was done he billed us $320. My wife asked the worker why it was more than the original quote. The worker told my wife they added $80 for deep cleaning. My wife stated that the $80 additional charge was not included in the original quote and it wasn't disclosed when the worker arrived. We went ahead and paid it after being told that they wouldn't honor their quote. Had I known this - I would've gathered a couple of more quotes before hiring these guys. read more

First class service. They are the best! Oscar came out for tile & grout cleaning for my house. He went above and beyond in ensuring customer satisfaction. Although we ran into an issue with a wax coating on the tile floor, he still did the best he could and personally made the referral to another company for me. I appreciate the time that he took in helping and how professional he was. I would highly recommend them! read more

Easy online scheduling and on time arrival. Eddie was very friendly and did great work. We have older little dogs so we were needing carpet refresh badly on the stairs & upstairs carpeted hallway. Highly recommend this team. The carpet smells and looks so much better. read more

These guy are so great- been using them for years at my home and restaurants. Friendly, professional, a pleasure to work with, AND they leave the carpets super clean and fresh! Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. P.S. Their signage is one of the best I've ever seen read more

I saw the van & the owners on the street and booked an appointment in less than 5 minutes. They are transparent about their pricing & very professional at every step of the transaction. Their use of tech to schedule appointments & accept payment is excellent. There is no stress for the client!! I just wish I had a before & after pic!! They cleaned an area rug and chair + ottoman. I work from home, but wasn't bothered because of quieter-than-normal machinery & the efficiency of the work. When the cleaners are clean (their truck, their uniforms, everything) then you know you've hired the right crew for the job! read more

Our dog had diarrhea all over the carpet and Resendez bros took care of it with exceptional service and one of the best customer service I've experienced from the service techs to the phone agent. Highly recommend this company, this is how businesses should all run. Thank you ! read more

Okay, I couldn't even wait until the job was finished to post a review!! I was recommended this company from the Monterey area mommies Facebook page. I recently took over my mother's house since she passed away and the carpets were filthy. I have a 8 month old who's crawling so I had to get them cleaned, quick! I called to get an appointment and quote and was priced way less than any other companies in the area!! I was given an appointment the very next week. Eduardo is here cleaning my carpets now and WOW there is a major difference they look brand new! My house even smells better!! I'm so glad I found this company and would recommend them to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. read more

I've heard they do a great job on carpet but we called them for our ivory color couch, which had a small wine stain. I spoke several times to Oscar, discussed the fabric and sent photos. My couch was exceptionally clean except for the wine stain. A young man came and proceeded to "clean" the whole couch...which when dried turned COMPLETELY yellow. My couch was ruined! They came back and tried again, only to make it worse. Thank goodness they then called Greg at EnviroClean Systems (831) 624-7391, who, after coming twice, was able to restore the sofa to pretty close to its original condition. Resendez was professional in every way (scheduling, follow-up, etc.) but when dealing with a tricky job they should NOT have sent an inexperienced person. This never should have happened. My couch still has some areas of yellowing but it's passable now. My advice is to call EnviroClean. Greg has many years of experience, uses organic products and I cannot speak highly enough about his work. read more

Five Star !! James from Resendez Bros did an amazing job!! Our travertine tile is 16 years old and looks like new now after James cleaned them. I'm very pleased because I know what a bad job looks like. We had the floors cleaned 5 years ago by a company in Carmel. There was no visible change and the owner said my expectation was too high and the grout will never come clean. That disappointing experience gave me a reference point. I can appreciate and recommend the performance of Resendez Bros.Tile cleaning. James was enthusiastic , and excited to show me the result. My husband and I were thrilled. Our tile looks brand new. Thank You Oscar for sending an excellent employee who did and excellent job. I'll call soon for my upolstry and area rugs. read more

Came last fall, cleaned carpets, did a very good job. Looking to have them back in the future.

Eduardo from Resendez Bros cleaned my carpet today and did an excellent job. On-time, reasonable price, and best of all, the 12 year-old Berber carpet that had several pet stains now looks as good as new. Satisfied customer here. read more

The Resendez Brothers love their craft. They invested in New equipment, a new Van, and utilize state of the art cleaning techniques and supplies. We have dogs, cats, a grandma, kids and lots of people coming in and out of our home. As such, our home carpets have tons of wear and tear. We are truly impressed with the cleaning. The 7 year old carpets looks exactly as the 1st day we moved in to our new home. The photos speak volumes. Wish I would have taken before photos to compare. Oscar and Cesar took their time to remove makeup stains in the master bedroom, kid paint, gum, crayon stains in the kids rooms, several dog and cat accidents downstairs on the decorative carpet. Their attention to detail and their passion shows in their work. The brothers smiled the entire time they cleaned our carpets. My wife and I are pleased. On a positive note, I gave the brothers an extra $50 for the extra work. They cleaned a few more areas rugs on their own. Cesar walked out counted the money and walked back to my door and said "you overpaid me". Wow - have not seen this honesty in years. Of course I said, " it is yours for the extra work I did not ask for." Awesomeness in da house. As Tangina (House Medium) said on the movie Poltergeist, "This house is clean!" Holy shit! I really wish I could have shown you a before picture. I have bright white plush carpet. It's marvelous. I also have a three year old. He's marvelous too. But together, not so marvelous. Let me just say, after RED marker, half a bottle of dawn PINK concentrated dish soap, half a bottle of leather conditioner, dog piss, poop stains from three year old who resists the toilet when it comes to taking a dump, coffee, tea, and I'm sure other things I can't think of, the carpet is near perfect again! I can honestly say that my expectations were exceeded with these two brothers. Hire them! read more

Such a beautiful job they did on my couch, entry way and carpets. I foster kittens and had to stop due to constant marking, due to this kitty smell in certain places. Now, I can get back to saving lives bc everything is SO CLEAN!! The gentlemen were so nice & knowledgeable, everything dried up completely that day, which I couldn't believe. Left my home literally smelling like fresh air. Their deodorizer isn't a cheap, lingering smell, it's left my home smelling like fresh air, fresh water lol it's hard to explain but I love it.
