I contacted Jeff to do a move out carpet and tile cleaning for the home we were renting in Gilroy. His son, Jeff Jr and his teammate showed up promptly and did the most incredible job. Jeff Jr explained exactly what they were going to do and how the cleaning process works. I felt like a carpet/tile cleaning expert by the time they were done. Who knew there was so much technology and science behind carpet/tile cleaning. While there were a few rust stains that could not come out, the pet stains and smell were gone. The tile looked brand new! The carpet looked like it was freshly laid. The owners of the home were definitely impressed. Wow, just wow! Jeff Jr and Jake were great. Professional, friendly and covid safe! They made sure to protect the wood floors and walls when running the hoses upstairs and down. AND the product they use is eco friendly and pet and kid safe! Unfortunately their machine broke down at the house before mine so they were running late, but they called to let me know what was going on. They even did a couple entry rugs for free! We just bought a house and had some really nasty carpets that needed a deep clean. CTS came out and gave us a bid. On the offhand, I asked about tile cleaning, they said "sure we can do that as well!". So I had them do an entry way, two bathrooms and the kitchen. The carpet came out great, I wasn't expecting much but they feel softer and look much cleaner, enough so I can get on the carpet to play with the dog. The tile blew me away. After cleaning it, it was like a different tile (and grout). In the kitchen we though the ground (between white/green tiles) was black. Nope, the tile was a green that you couldn't see until they were cleaned. All this, plus they are quick (but thorough) and inexpensive (but thorough!!). So I have no doubt we will be calling these guys 1-2 times a year for the carpets, and maybe every other year for the tiles. read more
