I booked an estimate on 3/11 for 2pm on 4/11. I live in Philadelphia and came to my summer home to meet for the estimate. I received 2 text messages confirming my 2pm estimate appointment. At 12pm I called to let them know that we have a gated entrance and to call when they get to the gate and I will meet them. The woman I spoke to said "we have you down for 1pm" I said well we are here so that is fine. I then get 2 more text messages confirming my appointment for 2pm. At 2:15 I call the company and She tells me the girl was at my house at 1pm and called me several times but I didn't answer so she left. I said I'm sitting here waiting with no phone call at all. What number did she call? She says 609-###-####. I said that is not my number! I told her I received 4 texts confirming my 2pm estimate. After back and forth she has no IDEA what happened and tries to tell me that the 609 # is the # I gave them and it's my fault! I do not have a 609 #!!! They couldn't send her back bc she was too busy! I took a day off of work to meet them and she said "Well it's not our fault, Have a great Day" and hung up! read more

We've been using Impeccable Cleaning for a year now, every two weeks. No matter who we've had for our team in that time, the results have always been consistently fantastic. Our home really does look flawlessly new after just a couple hours' work-- every single time. With the end result being a clean house (and no broken items or issues in that year's time) we have to give them five stars. Valmi and Flavia obviously care about their business and have been attentive on everything that needs to happen; the crew still follows a few tailored instructions we added from the very first walk-through Valmi did over a year ago. I don't review things unless they are good enough to vouch for (only two Yelp reviews in about four years), but I think this company's consistent results are deserving of a much, much higher Yelp rating. One note here in Sept of 2012: We know that Flavia is helping run the crews while Valmi recovers from a challenging health issue that would be hard for most people to imagine (much less run a business through). Despite this they are still ten times better than any service we have used in both New York and the Bay area, and Valmi is still incredibly involved in making sure everything carries on without any change in results. I am positive he'll be back in action soon. All businesses should be this way. read more

I have been using there cleaning services for about 6 months. The very first cleaning was good but progressively got worse quickly after that. The often left areas uncleaned, clearly rushing through cleanings and broke items too. When I asked for the overlooked details to be addressed they said the didn't have time to do it. Finally after asking in advance that they clean some items they hadn't cleaned in months like the oven they called me after they were done and asked me to pay an extra $30!!!!!! Terrible service, bad cleaning and way over priced!!!! I will never use them again and definitely want others to be warned. In this economy I would hope that people would provide better service. If I could give 2.5 stars, I would.... I used Impeccable Cleaning to do a "move out" cleaning of our home, in preparation for some tenants who were moving in. The ladies who came (4 of them), really did a great job on the appliances that they did clean, on cleaning the toilets and bath tubs, and vacuuming. From what I could tell, they did dust out all of the cabinets within the kitchen, and did a great job on the refrigerator, oven and microwave. When one says "move out" cleaning, however, would you not think to include the washer/dryer and cleaning the window sills and sashes? OH! Let's not forget about the baseboards (everyone's least fave thing to do) While I believe them to be trustworthy and hard working, thorough is not one of the adjectives I would use. Valmi was somewhat gracious in providing me with a $40 discount on all of the things that they missed, which I now have to do. It's unfortunate that my hourly rate is higher, and so the time that it will take me to clean what they missed will be at least three times that amount. I think generally, if the crew were supervised by me, rather than left unattended, the job would have done superbly - so part of that is my fault, I suppose. I just think that if you're paying for a service, it should be done right, whether you are there or not. Kudos to Valmi also for offering to send them by again to clean up what they missed. Unfortunately, there just isn't enough time prior to the new tenants moving in. read more

IMPECCABLE INDEED! I am shocked to see the reviews below because I am a VERY picky person and was thoroughly impressed and grateful to impeccable for their fantastic job! My husband and I purchased a home and did a major renovation so naturally, we decided to wait until it was completed to get our house cleaned. You can imagine that with a major renovation comes with what seems to be a never ending amount of dust and dirt - not to mention, the previous owners were not the cleanest people either, so the house was already not in the best shape. Nevertheless, after Impeccable was done, we couldn't believe it was the same house! I will say that I gave them instruction on what exactly I wanted (because let's face it, we all have different expectations) but they did not disappoint. HI. We made arrangements with Impeccable of Novato about 2 days before we needed a townhouse rental exit cleaning. This was a major cleaning. Walls, kitchen, 2 baths, 2 bedrooms, lots of carpeting. They got there and started working immediately. They did an excellent job and we were very happy with the results. I am only sorry they don't work in Berkeley (where I live) as I would love to contract with them to do monthly cleans. They were very nice and totally professional. They used to be good. Their service has been going downhill. They routinely leave areas uncleaned. We also hired them for a move in cleaning. They left the main areas we wanted them to clean untouched. Then, they expected us to accomodate their schedule for the fix and change our work schedule and they still have not sent anyone. They do not answer phones or emails and give an attitude on their preferred method of communication which is text messages. Unacceptable! We are cancelling. read more

I have been using Impeccable Cleaning Services for over a year. I contacted them because I found so many positive reviews on Yelp. Every once and a while, I come back to check on places that I regularly use or visit. When I came here today I was shocked!!! What is going on? 5 reviews are listed, where there are 18 reviews "filtered" many newer than the negative reviews posted? What is up with that? I sincerely question Yelp and will be very careful in the future to check out "filtered" reviews. I assume this review will hit the filtered posts....very strange. I am in no way being paid, treated in a different manner, or whatever from this company for this review. I have posted 5 star reviews for this service on other PAID sites and I stand by every word! Impeccable Cleaning Services is fantastic! I have been using them for over a year and they come every two weeks. Every bit of cleaning is done with precise care. They "look" for things to clean, have never complained about doing "extras"....but of course I realize that you PAY for extras. If dessert is not part of the meal that you ordered and you ask for dessert, well, you don't tell the restaurant that you aren't paying for it!!!! The house sparkles when they leave, everything so well arranged, smells like springtime! Besides, the wonderful ladies that come are so cheerful. The owners have bent over backward to accommodate our needs, working around our illnesses and other difficulties, all without complaint. In response to who ever responded to my review. the crew did carry in a large vacuum that more than likely created the chip. I called that day and nothing could be done until late the next day or the day after. I didn't have the time to wait so we fixed it and moved on. No reason to return the call because it was made clear you didn't think they did it. The chip in the wall just appeared out of no where, after we just painted the inside of the house. As well as my father and grandfather were there working in the back yard not moving property out. More reasons as to why I wouldn't return to this cleaning service. If a mistake is made fix it at the customers convince as we are the ones that are paying. read more

I had heard great things about this company, however, I had a very unpleasant experience in that I waited 3 hours for them to show up at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning when I was moving out and they never showed up!!! I left multiple phone calls for them and nobody ever returned my message. Even though Valmi was very nice to me when I spoke with him today, I was encouraged by my colleagues to inform everyone that you may not have them show up for the job! My family has used them before and they did a wonderful job - I was expecting the same. :( read more
