Ana and Gisele went above and beyond! Not only did they leave my apartment sparkling clean, but they were also so sweet and gentle with my yellow Labrador Hank, which really meant a lot to me. It's hard to find cleaners who treat your home and your pets with genuine care, and they did exactly that. If you're looking for people you can trust to do an incredible job while also being kind to your furry family, Ana and Gisele are the best! read more

Ana and her cleaning crew are great! I've been using her service for about 2 years now. She's always on time, super responsive, and go above and beyond with the cleaning. This is for both deep cleaning and regular cleaning. Cannot recommend it enough! read more

Been using Queen's for years. Hands down the best in Marin. Can't recommend highly enough. Efficient, thorough, caring.

I had been waiting to have someone come clean my condo because I was a little nervous- it's a small space but has a lot of delicate things. Williany was so careful and so thorough and a delightful young lady! She was a great communicator, and was able to fit me in her schedule very quickly. My house feels brand new again! read more

They did a great job. Arrived on time, were very friendly and were thorough! Would recommend!

Just got through using Queen Cleaning Services and they did a spectacular job! I called Ana for service and she was able to get someone to us within two days, which was amazing! Williany was the one that came by to clean our condo in preparation for us putting it up for sale. And she really put in a ton of extra effort to get our white bathroom tile floors super clean and did a great job! Definitely use them! read more

I was impressed at the quick response as needed to have cleaning done at short notice as was just plain tired to do it myself . They kept contact to provide an eta. Two people cleaned the one bathroom, a study and bedroom and living room with a tiny kitchen. They cleaned quite well . It should have cost less so thought it was much more expensive than necessary . I was thankful they lowered it a tiny bit ($10) but should have been less. Would recommend them for sure. read more

Ana and her team completed an end of lease clean for me whilst I was out of town. Ana communicated with me through the process, arrived on time, sent update photos and left our property in excellent condition. I recommend Queen Cleaning for anyone who wants the job done right the first time Thank you Ana read more

Great service! Quick responses, fair and easy payment, good and friendly workers. Thorough job! I will hire again!

Great service! Claudia and Erika did an excellent job cleaning our place. They were very thorough and professional. Our house was spotless after they were done cleaning. Ana was easy to communicate with and answered all my queries. She was flexible with scheduling the cleaning service, which was very much appreciated. The prices are reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend them! read more

We just had a house cleaning from Queen Cleaning Services. The house is spotless. Everything sparkles, nothing missed. Even my cluttered desk got polished. Even the dog's dish is shining! The windows cleaned, bathtub, sinks, pretty much everything in the house minus inside the stove and fridge (Although the outside of both has been cleaned). There were three cleaners, Ana, Claudia And Lúcio. They took about 4 hours and charged much less than other services I've used in the past. My only complaint is that I should have planned ahead a little better. I didn't know what to expect time-wise. They came at 2 and finished at 6, which was a little awkward because me and my family were trying to stay out of the house to keep out of their way. Next time I'll expect around the same amount of time. Highly recommended. read more

We used them for move out cleaning. Very easy and got the cleaning booked fast. They were great! Did a very thorough and efficient job on appliances and the bathroom. We'd happily use them again! read more

Queen Cleaning Services were really prompt, thorough, and professional. They were able to come complete the work when we needed them. The house needed 2 visits for a deep clean of the furniture, oven, stove, and nooks and crannies. We had dog hair everywhere. After, the house was ready for the holidays and family visiting. They were very conscientious about the quality of work. They did a great job! We highly recommend this cleaning service. read more

We thought it would be good to work with this company but learned quickly we were mistaken. The first time they came, they did an AMAZING job. All the bells and whistles, all the details, we were thrilled. That was the only time. From then on they took shortcuts every clean. We called and said why is it so different and they wanted to upcharge for every item including small simple things. When they missed cleaning areas, we clarified and specifically asked for those certain areas to be attended to and they continually ignored the requests. They wiped around items sitting on counters, and blatantly missed many areas, never cleaned the kitchen cabinet handles, didn't scrub to get items off the floor just swept over them, and they made big black markings along ALL of our white baseboards by dragging the vaccuum along it. On top of that, they broke the gate, the stove, and a scale. They would also contact us regularly to change the schedule or to say someone had car trouble and would come another day... and while this isn't the biggest deal, none of the workers speak English, which can be very frustrating for all involved. We continued along because the prices were fair and they were generally reliable but I wouldn't recommend this company. read more

Ana runs an efficient and thorough operation. I highly recommend her and her support team. They did a fantastic "deep clean" for me in a large home in Sausalito. Exceeded my expectations and in turn they're hired for all future work I need. I know they specialize in move-out services too. 5-Stars. Bravo Ana and Queen Cleaning Services! read more

[UPDATE]: Updating my previous review to 5 stars for Anna's impeccable customer service. She went out of her way to clean thoroughly and paid attention to details second time around. I am happy with her services. ------ I chose Queen Cleaning because of good reviews here but I'm on the fence right now. They missed a lot of spots that were obviously dirty (especially the bathroom floors). I had recently moved so the apartment was in a fairly new and clean condition and seeing the collected dust/gunks untouched made me wonder about their eyesight. They also left the garbage outside the front door - not sure if they forgot or that's just what they do. Willing to give them a benefit of doubt and see if they improve. Otherwise I'll have to do more searching. read more

Absolutely excellent service and communication. I called Ana and she was patient and listened to everything that I needed done. Her response to me was "don't worry, we can help you." We scheduled a time and she gave me an estimate amount range. They arrived at the exact time scheduled and the fee for services were exact as quoted. They even cleaned things that I did not request (top of fridge, organized items in fridge, cleaned the wall on the side of all the mirrors, etc.) I was impressed and thankful. Hard to find a service provider that goes above what you request. read more

Ana is very responsive, punctual, does a great job cleaning and doesn't waste any time!

Loved their services. They are very responsive and always on time. The attention to detail and ownership to deep clean - without my oversight had me hire them multiple times. Definitely recommend trying them out. read more

Ana is awesome! I've used Ana Paula to clean various rental properties for new tenant move-ins. She's very friendly in person and trustworthy. She brings an assistant and they both get right to work and don't waste any time. She's very thorough with cleaning and her prices are very competitive. Ana is very responsive with text messaging. It's helpful to text her the address of the property and text some photos so she can provide an estimate price. She's always prompt and on time. Dirty conditions cost a little extra, but it's totally worth it. She'll get the job done for you! I pay her by cash. read more

I loved that they showed up masked and ready to go. The were on time and did a great job.

I've just had a wonderful experience with Ana, Queen Cleaning owner. My little cottage is now sparkling clean! Ana listened to all my 'special' requests, as an artist, my home is filled with many art pieces needing particular care. Ana and her team, arrived on time & worked quickly to see that my place was thoroughly cleaned, and everything put back in place, especially all my of my shelves filled with family and friends photos and travel mementos. I highly recommend Queen! read more

Queen Cleaning Services was recommended by my sister. I needed a cleaning service because I just moved into an apartment, and I didn't feel comfortable unpacking in a "dirty" place. The women arrived early/on time. They asked a few questions to make sure it aligned with their notes and asked if I had any, then got straight to work. I left and ran a few errands and when I came back they gave me an update, then continued working. When they finished, they walked me through the apartment for approval. It was quick (roughly 2 hrs) and painless. I'll definitely be hiring them again (because cleaning isn't fun) and I fully recommend their services. read more

Ana and Co. did a truly amazing job. What a 2 person crew accomplished in one hour would've taken me at least 5+ hours. Pros just know how to get it done better and faster! Very professional and friendly through and through, including reminder text the day before service and early arrival. I will not hesitate to call Queen Cleaning Services again and again. Thank you and great job, Ana! read more

After many years, we lost our cleaning person and found Queen Cleaning on Yelp. What a great find. Ana was responsive from the start. They are punctual, professional and respectful. With a new puppy I have not had a lot of time to give instruction and Ana has jumped right in. They come as a team and divide and conquer which helps make the visit so efficient. Communication is easy; payment also. We are really happy with their weekly visits. Thank you! read more

I was taking care of my sister's kids while she and her husband were away on a trip. I wanted to surprise her with a house cleaning for her return. I messaged Ana for a quote and she responded in less than 5 minutes. Her quote was the most reasonable I received and she made her crew available the next day. Hired! Her crew worked very hard, even getting down on their hands and knees to scrub the corners of the floor. The whole house was sparkling. We were so pleased that my sister is hiring this service to clean her house on a regular basis. read more

5 stars for excellent and quick communication. Ana returned my call first, after I called a few competitors for an urgent house cleaning, when my new cleaners decided to cancel at the last minute. 2 cleaners showed up the next morning exactly on time. Three hours later, the house is sparkly. Their first cleaning was near perfect. I'm sure it will be even better next time. read more

I purchased a deep home cleaning for my mom from Ana/Queen Cleaning Service, and not only found that they were the highest rated service in the area, but the most affordable as well. They spent ALL DAY at her house, and she said it was the absolute most beautiful cleaning job she had ever seen. My mom (who is 80) is also very stubborn about doing all the cleaning herself, and has never even considered setting up a regular service, and decided that she would book Ana to do a regular cleaning every month. And on top of everything else, the plumbing was awry that day, so they had to clean the house using buckets of water, and dump them out back! Really just stellar in every way read more
