We've only had one deep cleaning so far but we're looking forward to regular monthly cleanings. Glenda is responsive over text and the cleaners were friendly, professional, and efficient. The most impressive thing of all is that they managed to clean our kitchen hood. We rent and when we moved in six years ago it was already dripping grease, it was so gunked up (like, it was literally coming out of the light and fan switches). We hired cleaners when we first moved in but they looked at the hood and said it couldn't be done, so ever since we never bothered to clean it or look into getting it cleaned. I didn't mention the hood to the Magic Hands cleaners and assumed they would also skip it like the previous cleaners, so my jaw hit the floor when they showed it to me after they had finished the house. All the grease was gone! We don't have grease dripping down onto the counters anymore! I'm so embarrassed we've been living like this for the last six years! So a huge thanks to Magic Hands for showing us we don't have to live in filth read more

Pros: great communication, good service reasonable price I've had the chance to work with Glenda and her team for 3 appointments now. Each time, they have come on time and have done a great job cleaning my apartment. I found pricing to be straightforward and reasonable. They have also made sure to have at least two staff cleaning the apartment so that my 1100 sq apt is usually done in less than two hours. Would definitely recommend them as a good option for house cleaning in the Berkeley area. read more

I am happy to recommend Magic Hands. They are reliable, always keep to the schedule, and they arrive with an amazing team that gets the job done efficiently and thoroughly. Every cleaning is done very well--I haven't had a single issue or an area overlooked. One of the things I appreciate most is their use of green cleaning practices. We have used Magic Hands Eco Cleaning twice now, and have been so pleased with the results each time. We sent out a request for a deep cleaning prior to an open house. They came when we requested and made our house absolutely spotless. I felt their pricing was reasonable when I booked them, but when I saw how clean our house was, I felt their pricing was an absolute bargain! We also used them again recently for a move out cleaning. They were efficient and effective, so much so that I am sad we aren't living in the area anymore to continue using them! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient, professional, wonderful house cleaner. read more

My mom had been in her apartment for seven years and it was time to move her out of the property and her closer to us. As one can imagine, seven years of build up, is a lot of dirt! However, Glenda and her team were up for the challenge. She worked pure magic with the space. We were speechless how incredible it looked. Glenda was efficient, transparent, and kind. If I could give her a million stars I would. Will definitely be using her services in the future! read more

5 Stars! Glenda has been amazing. I've been using her service for the past 5 years. Took a slight pause during covid, but resumed as soon there after. She is very responsive and proactively confirms upcoming clean dates. To add, she flexible with last min date changes. Glenda and team (always bring 1 additional cleaner) are prompt, thorough and timely. They mask up while cleaning, which very considerate. This is a highly recommended service. I was initially referred to her by a neighbor, and I'm glad I took that recommendation. If you need a cleaning service, stop shopping. Glenda is solid! Give her a call! You won't regret it! If I could give a bonus star I would, for consistency of quality and 5 years of service. read more

Glenda and her team do excellent work. Great communication, and just a lovely person!

Glenda and her mother, Elena, have been cleaning our home for over 7 years. My husband and I both work full time and have 4 cats and a dog that make a big mess. I don't know what we'd do without Glenda! She is dependable, trustworthy, communicative and does a beautiful job! In all the years we've known her, I think she's only missed 1 or 2 appointments, and was communicative about it and offered make-up appointments. My sister also uses her for her home and business with great results! If I could give Glenda 10 stars I would! read more

Glenda and her team have helped me with home and business cleaning for the last couple of years - I am so happy with their service and the results are amazing! What I love so much about Glenda and her team is that they're truly a small business - with the ability to work with my ever-changing schedule. I've used other cleaning services with overly strict policies and high minimums (in terms of frequency) and that doesn't work for what I need. Glenda is flexible and comes to my home whenever I need - often on short notice she's able to make something work. With my business, I trust her and her team to clean a crowded retail store - they take their time and work through/around all my products, making sure to dust and clean everywhere. I can't recommend Glenda enough! read more
