My *only* summer project in 2025 was to have the carpet in the downstairs den and the 2nd bedroom cleaned but figuring out how to hire someone has been daunting. Since moving in in 2021 this carpet has been torn brutalized by a puppy (now a 4 year old dog), 2 cats, various babies, parties where ppl don't take off their shoes, etc. My mom had just hired Jose to clean the carpets in HER house and was so happy with the result she gave me his number. He came w/ his coworker the next day and was in an out in about an hour (keep in mind it was just 1.5 rooms). They were fast, considerate of the space, and most importantly did a great job. I thought they were very fairly priced for the outcome they delivered. I will most definitely be recommending Organic Cleaning Service to everyone I know and I'm just so glad I now know where to turn to next time I need service! I added before and after photos - the sun and shadows make it kind of hard to tell in some spots but in person it's night/day! read more

Jose was great. Showed up on time and his prices were reasonable. He cleaned some rugs and our sofa. They will never look like new, but they definitely look better than they did before he was here. read more

Jose and his team did an incredible job for me! I could smell the clean emanating from my apartment from halfway down the hall, lol. Every nook and cranny was attended to in a timely fashion. Organic Cleaning Service is amazing. Jose and his team worked wonders on our home. We bought a fixer upper that was a bit worse for the wear. He and his team spruced it up and did an amazing deep clean. He cleaned the carpets, walls, drawers, appliances, windows--- you name it! He was very quick to respond and fortunately very flexible as we had to change the date of our service several times due to changing closing dates. Price was fair and definitely worth the cost. Would highly recommend his services and would certainly use again! read more

We recently hired Organic Cleaning Service to do a deep clean on our apartment since we were moving out. Jose, the owner was very responsive via the yelp app and had availability very soon from when we reached out to him. The price for the service is extremely reasonable and they did a fantastic job! Unfortunately I don't have any before photos, but let me tel you, I didn't know the tops of our stovetop burners could be that clean. They were cleaner than when we moved in! The attention to detail was great as they cleaned our 1 bedroom apartment including cabinets, oven, fridge, ceiling fan, walls, etc. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing cleaning assistance. Thanks Organic Cleaning Service! read more

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Jose and this service! I had 3 bedroom carpets, one area rug and one couch cleaned and the results were amazing AND reasonably priced!! Everything looked great when he was done, but the area rug was a miracle! The area rug was about 35 year old - years ago it had been in the kids playroom so it had lots of stains as well as lots of dirt - and I never expected it to look good- I just wanted some pet smells cleaned up! But by the time Jose was done it looked like new again! I couldn't believe it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

I've used Organic Cleaning a few times in the past year and they always leave my apartment feeling brand new. I first reached out via Yelp where they were quick to respond. Jose came by to check out my place in order to give me an accurate quote, and we were able to get something scheduled quickly. All the other times after that I was able to reach out via text to make an appointment and the team never disappoints. I've tried a few other cleaning services in the area since I've moved here. Organic Cleaning isn't the cheapest, but they are the best value for the job that they do, which is really good and thorough. They also remember how I like things, which I appreciate. They will be my go-to moving forward. read more

We were looking for a bi-weekly home cleaner and Jose and his team got rave review so I went for it. They did not disappoint! Jose first came to see our home to give me a quote. He asked what was important to me, I told him then he went on to bring in other items no other cleaner offered - ceiling fan and windows! wow The cleaners came the next morning and my home sparkled after they were finished. Bathrooms, kitchen and wood floors shined, the lamps were well dusted and bright, the wood furniture glowed, no dust on the ceiling fan and a clear view of Mount Tam from our windows and glass doors. All with non toxic cleaning products. All for a very reasonable price. After a few years of trying different cleaners I think we've found a keeper! Thanks Jose and team read more

Great cleaning service for an office move in. They deep cleaned and steamed everything and it made a world of difference. Great job! They also brought in a big crew so the job was don quickly. Would definitely use again. read more

They have fantastic service, super fast response times and available to schedule for the next day! I reached out Friday afternoon and asked for availability and quote. Next day availability and best quote compared to the rest. They arrived ~30 minutes earlier than expected (GREAT!) and finished my 2bd/2ba in a timely fashion. Quality was FANTASTIC! I definitely recommend Jose and his Team! read more

Great experience with Jose and his team at Organic Cleaning Service. Jose was quick to respond to my inquiry, and came by to provide a firm estimate (while many other companies provided very rough ranges). Prices were reasonable given the size of our units. His team arrived promptly at the agreed time, and did a fantastic job with move out cleaning for two separate units. Our places are cleaner than when we first moved in! Would definitely reach out to Organic Cleaning Service the next time we need cleaners! read more

When it comes to carpet cleaning in the Bay Area, you have many options. My project entailed a carpeted entryway and stairs with a 10-year-old-subtle-yet-annoying-mildew-smell-but-not-bad-enough-to-do-anything-about-it. The patch of carpet and stairs that continue from my entryway looked stained and dark from years of walking in and out of the same door. Jose thought he would only be able to get about 80% of the discoloration out of the carpet and couldn't promise anything because he didn't know exactly what caused the discoloration (and neither did I). Jose's treatment removed 100% of the smell and discoloration from the carpet that existed for at least 6 of the 10 years I've lived in my apartment. When I was looking for someone to clean my carpet, I asked if anyone could get rid of mold/mildew in addition to their process, which chemical they use, and if they use any kind of scrubbing machine. Most places will charge quite a bit more for simply using their wet vacuum and nothing else. Jose uses both a scrubber and wet vacuum process and the results were super effective for my project. As someone who has environmental sensitivities and a compromised immune system, this was the best investment I've made in my health. Jose was super responsive to my questions, showed up on time, took all pandemic precautions, and the results were beyond expectations. His English and Spanish are impeccable as well. You should hire Jose to clean your carpets. read more

I contacted Organic Cleaning Service to perform a deep-cleaning on a studio apartment. The occupant is a senior citizen with cognitive issues, and because of that she had not been able to clean the apartment herself for several weeks. Jose came out for a same-day consultation to view the apartment, was prompt and responsive for all meetings and texts, and left all of the surfaces in the apartment clean and sterilized. This included the carpet and sofa, both of which had significant ground-in dirt and staining at the start of the job. I would absolutely recommend his team again. read more

I have been using this service for a year. I cannot sing their praises high enough. They are reliable, friendly, and hard working. They arrive as a team of three or four to clean an 1,100 square ft, two bedroom, two bathrooms condo which means they can be in and out within an hour. read more

I messaged Jose on yelp about carpet and bathroom cleaning services. He gave me a price quota right away and we scheduled a time for the same week. He was very responsive and the team did a very thorough cleaning of the place. Before, the carpet had hair clumped on the ground but now I don't see a single strand! Thank you to Jose and his team. Highly recommend their services! read more

Organic Cleaning Service - Clean carpet! - Home Cleaning Near Me - Pinole, California

The guy brought a worker to polish our marble floors inside the house and clean our cement floors outside. They fought many times and my husband had to calm them down. Eventually, the worker quit. The main guy did a horrible job. Our marbles lost their original shine and look dirty now. He also either broke and tossed out a decorative piece from our railing or placed them somewhere. He wouldn't return our call to let us know what happened to it. We felt bad for him and paid him. He said he would come back to try to do the job correctly but never did. I wouldn't recommend him at all. read more

Asked for a cleaning that was time sensitive, the owner visited the place and gave us a quote. On the day that we needed the cleaning, he came and refused to clean and left us hanging on a time sensitive cleaning. Do not recommend to work with this business. We showed the property the first time and mentioned that he should clean the yard and even we discussed about bringing his own blower or use our blower. But he refused to do so on the date when we were in a time sensitive cleaning need. read more

The nooks and crannies in our 102-year-old mother's three-story El Cerrito home had been hiding dust for decades. The family decided it was time to hire a cleaning crew, and we were thrilled with the responsive quote, great communication and quality work. read more

I needed a job done soon, as my wife was out of town and I wanted to surprise her with a super clean house. They were able to give me an estimate over the phone based on square footage, and they stuck to it. They arrived on time and did an absolutely fantastic job, working with me to move small items and ensure we reached everywhere we could. Long time stains came out and some stubborn ones were so reduced I as shocked. Carpets were fluffy and plush and so clean. They showed me the water they were discarding so I could see for myself just how much dirt and grime they were able to get rid of. My home looks like new. No scent at all, just clean. My wife was very surprised and pleased. I would recommend them to anyone. read more
