This is the first time I had my windows cleaned and I'm astonished how clean and clear they can be. Anderson and Diego showed up on time and did a thorough job on all the windows, screens, skylights and solar panels. My house is quite big with lots of windows. They cleaned some of the really dirty windows twice to make sure they're absolutely clean. They came with a van full of professional equipment, including a water filtering system. Diego explained that filtered water leaves no streaks on the glass after it dries. They used a rotating tube-shaped brush roller designed to clean solar panels. Although it was not part of the job, they used the pressure washer to clean the gutter covers, exterior walls and eaves along the front of my house and even pressure washed my long brick walkway as a bonus. I didn't realize how dirty it was. I would definitely hire Always Clean to routinely clean the entire exterior of my house. This is my 2nd time working with this company. They were very communicative and were the only company I contacted that was willing to work on Saturday. They were also willing to adjust arrival time as I had a previous engagement already planned. I think they also provide good value for the service provided. They are not the cheapest, probably closer to middle of the road, but well worth the fee for the service provided. While there was a small discrepancy between what was quoted and what cleaning was actually provided, I would rate what was done at 95% so I am still very satisfied. We've had a monthly cleaning service with this company for the past nine months, but the quality has declined significantly over the last three visits. April: Without any notice, only one cleaner showed up instead of the usual team of two. What is typically a two-hour service took over four hours to complete. The cleaner also spent a large portion of that time texting on her phone, which was unprofessional and frustrating to watch. May: I stepped out to give the cleaners more space, but our security cameras later showed they left after just one hour. Basic tasks--sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and properly cleaning the kitchen--were not done. I raised the issue and received an apology, but no follow-up or resolution. June: (Today) The cleaner texted the night before to confirm an 8:30am arrival, but didn't show up until 9:00am with no message or explanation. There was no regard for my time or schedule. I work from home and have a baby under two--my time is already tight balancing everything, and consistency is key. I would not recommend their services. read more

I used this company for 1.5 years every two weeks. While the cleaning itself was usually fine, the scheduling was a constant headache. They often showed up hours early or late, and even when I asked for the same team, they kept sending new people. More than once I'd open the door surprised to see them early, disrupting our mornings with breakfast, work, or getting our toddler ready. I also noticed on my home security camera that they sometimes left before the full two hours were up, even though that's what I was paying for. I used this service three times for my short term rental. If you can do quality control while they're there and specifically pinpoint everything they missed (and there is likely going to be a lot of it) then they will correct it to your satisfaction. That was my experience the first time. Second time I haven't been present at all and haven't seen the results but haven't received very good Airbnb review following their cleaning. The third time was a disaster as they didn't clean the sinks or floor well, left a pile of dirty dishes on the counter and didn't make the beds at all. After complaining I got a 15% discount. This review is not for Paola, but more so for the duo that were assigned to clean our house the last 2 days. I contacted Paola in hopes of finding a new housekeeper for good and was pleased with the fast response time and flexibility. We did 2 cleaning services (1 per month for the last two months). The first service was good and the house was clean and had that lasting clean smell and I was optimistic that we had found the one. We don't need any major cleaning services, just a little TLC when I'm busy; however, this month was kind of appalling at the lack of effort. On month 1, a lady duo came and the towels were folded nicely, bed was made, dog's bed was made, house was clean and up to a normal standard. This week, for month 2, was a HUGE let down. I came home the other day and the two men that "cleaned" the house, didn't really do much. No dusting of surfaces, no vacuuming, no mopping was done and it was apparent (see images below). Astonished at the lack of consistency between visits, I messaged Paola and I was VERY impressed with the customer service. I appreciate a woman that stands on her business, and she offered a re-touch the next day free of charge. Unfortunately, the retouch was lacking as well. I find it kind of petulant that the two people that came today only came to wipe down the dresser and maybe one other surface that was missed, not everything that was missed in the first visit -- didn't do the nightstands, didn't wipe down the cabinets that they originally missed, or other surfaces that were missed in the first round. Not to mention, the stove knobs were switched to the wrong place. I appreciate and respect Paola, but I think the people coming to clean need... guidance. We requested one-time deep cleaning because 1. Construction nearby has accumulated a lot of dust in my home 2. Husband and I have been sick all week 3. Try out cleaning services in the area to see which one would work for us as regular service Person I contacted was responsive and got us the service next day. They were here for 2 hours. We did not interact much with the two people sent to us since we had just recovered. I was disappointed with Always Clean. I have had cleaning services since 2020 until I moved 6 months ago, and I've never had issues - carpet and rugs did not appear to be vacuumed even we heard vacuuming, we still had pet hair all over the place and a full vacuum bag when we did a second pass ourselves - bathroom mirror was smudgy and streaky - bathroom vanity was dusty, not cleaned at all - bathtub had hair still - windowsills we're not cleaned at all even I specifically asked them to be cleaned due to the construction dust - wall side boards were dusty, same situation as the windowsills - drink/side tables seem untouched - floor was sticky and greasy. This was the worst sun of them all, the cleaners used hardwood floor products on vinyl and it took us multiple attempts to get them cleaned off Things I appreciated - pet stains on the rug was cleaned - kitchen was spotless - toilets and sinks were very clean - microwave was cleaned - sliding door glass was clean We were quoted $175, but tbh the cleaners were pretty slow, my old place was 3x as big and previous cleaners would speed thru the whole place 2 hours and charged less. A few things I've done differently 1. Upon greeting the cleaners, show them exactly where need to be cleaned - this may be difficult if your household has no Spanish speakers 2. The cleaning took over 2 hours due to multiple reasons--the cleaners came unprepared to park downtown so only one was able to work majority of the time. I had been with this service for a few months but had to change. They send a new team every time even though I repeatedly asked them to stick with the same team for our home. Only once did I get a cleaner who seemed to actually care about what they were doing. Rest of the time, it is young people who look visibly bored with what they are doing, do a sloppy job, and spend all the time looking at their phones. This service needs to give some basic training to their staff and teach them a thing or two about cleaning and professionalism before sending them out. Definitely not worth the money. read more
