Overall the cleaning job was great and our San Francisco apartment was nearly spotless after 3.5 years of occupancy. The reason I am taking 2 stars off is because I had scheduled a 1PM cleaning appointment and Ricardo confirmed everything was good to go. I had to reach out to him when no one had showed up, turns out no one came and another cleaner had to be scheduled but only came 2 hours later. It was a bit frustrating because had I not called Ricardo, I'm not sure someone would have shown up. No heads up was given on time of arrival before the appointment either. I understand mixups and scheduling issues but no apologies or discount were given, nor was there a clear explanation as to why no one showed up at the original time. We were in a time crunch as we were coordinating with movers and cleaners at the same time and every hour was crucial. The actual cleaning service was good but the customer service/communication was very disappointing and left a bad taste in our mouth. Moving out is quite stressful and and every hour counts. read more

This review is long overdue. I have been using this company for the past 4 months on the bi-weekly basis and I have absolutely no complaints. We are a household of 4 (2 kids) + a small dog. The team do a fantastic job every time they come around, it's so nice to arrive home and find the place in great shape again. This company also offer deep cleaning service in which we have them do it every couple months. I certainly appreciate their service and highly recommend them to others. read more

After looking for just the right cleaners I happened upon this company quite by a chance meeting with Luciana. After having two of her ladies do a deep Clean of my apartment today, I can highly recommend them. Within a little if two hours, my windows, blinds, floors, and furniture had a brand new look. The apartment glowed with their energy, professionalism, and attention to every little detail. read more

I had a last minute no show for a move out cleaning by Cozy Maid. I probably should have a read the previous reviews about them first before buying my Groupon. Anyway after I canceled them and got my credit for my voucher, I went to Yelp to help me find me a cleaning service right away. I found Pires cleaning along with a few others but it was Pires that was able to clean my apartment given the short notice. He brought 2 other cleaners with him and finished my place in about 1.5 hours. The work was near perfect and they pretty much got all the stains out of tub, sinks and fridge. I was pretty pleased and would use him again in a pinch. read more

Needed a last minute move out cleaning for my apartment today and Ricardo and his team came through! His team of 2 lovely ladies were so wonderful! They worked so hard, quickly and efficiently and did such an amazing job. I also greatly appreciated their attention to details when they were cleaning... it really showed in their work! My landlord was so happy and impressed with everything he even asked me for their contact information so he can utilize their services in the future! I'll be happily reaching out again for all my house cleaning needs! read more

Contacted a few cleaners for my move out cleaning a couple of weeks in advance and Ricardo was by far the most responsive. We agreed on a date and time and reconfirmed via text. On the actual day they texted on their way with the exact ETA which was helpful. Ricardo went over everything with me when they arrived, reconfirmed the price I was quoted and gave me an estimate of how long it would take. The apartment was pretty icky after 7 years without a deep cleaning. I was super impressed by how thorough they were. The kitchen including the refrigerator, stove, microwave were perfectly cleaned. In the bathroom, they got most of the stuck on mildew off the tub. Floors were great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable, efficient, reasonably priced cleaning service. Venmo is accepted as a form of payment so that's a plus. read more

I booked a deep cleaning with them and was very disappointed. Pros: prompt replies and on-time. Refunded me 50% of the oven cleaning cost, $12.5, upon me telling them they hadn't touched the oven. Cons: The quality of cleaning was bad. As soon as they thought they were done they wanted to rush out even though I started showing them all the gaps. As part of a deep clean, we had agreed to cleaning the oven from the inside. They did not touch the oven, and even the outside isn't clean. The fridge was also supposed to get cleaned, and was only 50% done. I offered to move the few things I had off the shelves, which they didn't take me up on, and instead just left shelves untouched. Wrt dusting, they did not touch any surfaces like the tops of couches, tops of photo frames, baseboards - everything you expect in a normal service but more so when you pay extra for a deep clean. Finally, they gave me a biweekly cleaning price on text, and changed it when they came to my apartment. They accepted it when they looked at the text, however this was extremely unprofessional. It was not worth the $200 I paid. Take your money elsewhere. read more

Ricardo and his team have cleaned for me 30+ times for an apartment I Airbnb out in SF in the Duboce area. They clean the bedding, towels, floors, dishes, etc. I have trusted them with keys to my apartment for over a year. I've always been able to rely on them. If anything isn't right or I give feedback, they always fix it right away. I couldn't have asked for a better cleaner! Thank you Ricardo and team, for outstanding service and reliability. read more

Luciana and Ricardo have been cleaning our home weekly for almost 3 years. We originally lived in San Francisco and are now on our 2nd home rental in Walnut Creek. They are thorough and consistent with their cleanings. Every other week or so I ask her to do a deep cleaning of the oven or vents or if they see me moving furniture around (looking for the little doodad my kids lost lol) they ask if I'd like to have it cleaned underneath. My kids love when they are around and I appreciate how they take a moment or so to engage with them when my kids follow them around. Super reliable and great communication on any shifts that may be needed on arrival time or cleaning date. I highly recommend them - they have become my life savers when it comes to keeping up our homes over the years. I'm so thankful to have them. read more

Fast responses and they were able to fit me in for a cleaning same day! The pricing was very reasonable and the team that came out to clean was friendly, professional and did a thorough job. Would recommend and use again! read more

Sad to learn that Ricardo doesn't pass along tips to his workers. The prices are high for the quality of cleaning you receive (I paid for a deep clean but my cleaning team didn't lift anything off of surfaces, only cleaned around them, and didn't clean under furniture that has a high clearance for vacuuming/mopping underneath.) I didn't know this before I hired the team, but Ricardo drops off his cleaners, makes the price assesment based off the size of your home, and then leaves. There is no quality control and it's diffucult to communicate this to the cleaning teams due to language barriers. read more

when I texted Ricardo Thursday morning confirming if he was going to be there at 3:30 pm .. he said YES. A few hours later he asked me if I can do Friday afternoon instead. I said it is hassle but I can. He seems a bit scattered to me. The 2 ladies that actually cleaned the house were awesome. They both worked really hard. They cleaned EVERYTHING. including moving the oven and refrigerator to clean the walls behind. The price was reasonable. read more

I requested a quote for a "move out" cleaning for a 2 bedroom. I was quoted $150-$200. I asked if they could do it for $150 because the house is small and he said $200, I agreed. The owner said his "team" was coming to clean the house, but when they showed up it was just one person to do all of the cleaning by herself. He said it was an additional $50 to clean the cabinets and windows. So I paid $250. He said it would take 2-3 hours, but with only one person doing the work it took a lot longer. For a move out cleaning I feel like the floor and walls should be included. There's no carpet (no vacuuming) and the house is empty. They did not clean the floors. I took a wipe and wiped the floor and it was black. Walls weren't cleaned at all and a few of the windows still looked dirty. I saw another review that said based boards and walls were cleaned in their "move out" cleaning but weren't touched at my home. I think they focused on the cabinets and refrigerator, but I think cleaning the floor is very important! Also the walls too. I'll have to do another 1-2 hours of cleaning myself. Not worth it in my opinion. read more

Responded quickly - did a decent job. Let me inspect the final product - had to ask the lady to clean some spots she missed in the fridge - so that's why the missing star. I don't want to have to QA. Did charge me $50 more than we originally agreed - but considering the ability to respond practically same day - was a life saver. I would use again but maybe negotiate down a little. read more
