Scheduled an apartment cleaning with them and they were on time, efficient and thorough with their cleanings. They offer a one time deep clean, monthly or bi weekly cleanings. We opted in for their bi-weekly cleanings where they clean the bathroom, living room, kitchen and my office space. I highly recommend them! They were so sweet and I was really happy with the cleaning. They are affordable and reliable. read more

A total ripoff. None of the stains came out of my carpet and was charged $375 for their top of the line cleaning . Guy was here maybe 20 minutes. Don't use them. read more

Patricia and her team have been cleaning my house for over 6 years now, and I could not be more pleased with the results. They are very detail oriented, efficient, and affordable. I tried out many cleaning services before this one, but this team was the one that cleaned everything the best, especially the little nooks and crannies that are easily missed. But most importantly, they are just great people. Her communication is flawless, always texting me reminders the day before each appointment, and she is also very flexible with appointment changes. Although it can be slightly scary to trust your home to someone you don't know very well in the beginning, the truth is that by this point, there are not many people I trust more than Patricia and her team. She has also shown time and time again her willingness to go the extra mile to help me out. For example, one time I forgot my house key at my workplace, and she offered to drive over an hour to my house to let me in, and late in the evening on a weeknight, no less. Absolutely highly recommended! read more

cleaners did a great job BUT, Nicole , the scheduler didnt tell me that they dont do bedrooms unless you ask and pay extra....beware of this company. I paid 180. for about 600 sq feet...bedroom not included. I felt ripped off and deceived. so bear that in mind if you hire this company! read more

Our neighbor fell a few weeks ago and upon trying to get him help we realized the state of his house was so unclean it was not healthy. We reached out to Patti and her crew to get help with this overwhelming mess and the were unbelievable. In one day a crew of five were able to get years of garbage taken our and all the room clean. I can't say enough about the work that they did. Patti was super responsive, friendly and was so thoughtful and helpful with how to go about getting his house cleaned up. We are so grateful to her crew for their work and we are telling anyone that is in need of a house cleaner about this awesome business. read more

The first time I used Eco Cleaning Services, I was completely blown away by how clean they got my apartment -- I swear it was cleaner than when I moved in -- my floors literally sparkled, and needless to say, I was thrilled. I recently used them again, and I don't know if they were in a massive rush b/c they were in a 90 minute parking space or what, but it was not nearly worth the $180 price tag to clean my one bedroom apartment. Yes, the place is clean, but there was still a little sticky spot on my floor, and when I lifted up the placemat on my table, there were sea salt granules, indicating that they had not even polished the table. The couch was not vacuumed, the pillows were not fluffed. I realize that this is very much a pain in the ass white girl complaint, but I can clean fairly well by myself. The reason I call them if for a truly professional job, which I do not think they delivered this most recent time. A shame, because they really are the nicest people. read more

I found out about Patricia and Luis -- the mother-son team who comprise "Eco Cleaning," through Yelp, and they were every bit as good as all the previous reviewers stated ... maybe even better! I was blown away, really -- in 25 years of using professional cleaners in my Berkeley house I have never had such good work done before now. Patricia and Luis arrived at my house with two other members of their staff, and in 3 hours ( = 12 work hours) they cleaned every inch of my house, from top to bottom! Moreover, they brought their own equipment, and they used biodegradable cleaning supplies (which is important to me). Patricia gave me a break on the price to boot. I have called on Eco Cleaning twice since, and each time their service has been perfectly modulated to fit my needs of the moment. I should add that Patricia and Luis are completely reliable and are very nice people as well. They are very pleasant to work with, and very accommodating to my needs. I would award them six stars if I could! read more

Patricia and her team have been coming to our building in San Francisco for over a year... and we can't say enough not only about how clean our two apartments are left after their visits, but also about the confidence we have in her and her team. Finding a great cleaning team can be a hassle, but this level of confidence and professionalism has been great. They come weekly, have keys to our home, and are very thoughtful and flexible when we need the extra help. 1st class... and you'd be grateful to have their help! read more

Eco clean always does a great job! Great staff, time efficient and excellent communication. Terrell was the cleaner that came today and was very nice and professional. I have used this company for 5 years and will continue to be a regular customer. Thanks! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, Patricia and her team did an incredible job! First off, they were accountable on timing as they arrived right on schedule. Not only were they very kind, they were also very thorough and organized with their tasks and even completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. I have a toddler who trashes my house from time to time which leaves my house in a messy condition at times, but Patricia was definitely able to provide a great price for the services they offered. I would definitely recommend Eco Cleaning Services to all my friends and family! read more

I was looking for a good reliable cleaning service for my house and my friend recommended Eco Cleanings. She told me they were amazing. Their prices were not bad, and honestly they did an absolutely fantastic job! I have never seen my kitchen shine that bright. There were spots on my stove that i thought would never come off and they were gone! My refrigerator looked brand new, and my bathroom looked wonderful! The beds were made, my couches looked great, and honestly my house even had a cleaner smell after they were done. All in all, they were very thorough, and very polite. I have used their services multiple times since, and they have always been reliable, timely, and flexible if I needed something extra cleaned, or called last minute. i would highly recommend their service it is definately worth the price. I had high hope for Eco Cleaning Services. I called them up for an estimate and I told Tsegyal specifically that I wanted a deep cleaning of the fridge, kitchen cabinets, appliances, windows throughout the condo, bathroom drawers and cabinets before we move in. He agreed and quoted me for $160. I thought it was a bit pricey since we just remodeled the condo with brand new carpet upstairs and brand new bathroom, and our contractors have already done some cleaning. But I thought they would do a good job and I really want my condo to be sparkling clean before we move in. The crew arrived on time on the scheduled date and I left them there as I had to run some errands. When Tsegyal called and told me that everything was done. I was excited to go see the result. When I got there, his crew were all packed and ready to go. I went to the condo to check everything and I was very disappointed as I saw the windows were left dirty. I was shocked and asked him how come the windows were not cleaned. The windows throughout the condo looked awful! He told me that they do not clean the outside of the windows - not even the ones that goes to our patio on the first floor. He said he already did us a favor by cleaning one of them. The thing is, when Tsegyal came on-site to quote me, he obviously saw the dirt on the window; nevertheless, he did not mention this "window policy" to us. During the estimate, I specifically said that we wanted the windows to be cleaned. He should have told me and I would not have to spend $160 for uncleaned windows (I mean really dirty - think dirt bike dirty). When I checked the bathroom drawers, I was again shocked that they were untouched. One of his crew members forgot to clean it. When I brought it to his attention, he just used a wet towel and wiped the drawers for a few minutes then told me that he was done. I looked at the drawers and almost wanted to cry! I could have done that myself. The drawers still looked very dirty. He said that's the way the drawers were. They were stained. Yes, I know! That's why I hired a cleaning service to clean them. I asked him if he could get the supplies or cleaning solution. He told me he already packed up everything and put them in the car. I asked him if he could go back to the car and get the supplies. He said no. I know he wanted to go home. But his crew only spent 1 1/2 hour and he only spent 2 hours cleaning the condo. I asked him politely again to bring back the supplies. He refused and said they do not use any cleaning solution. They only use water and vinegar. I asked him if he could bring the vinegar to clean it. He did not answer my question and just used the wet towel to wipe the drawers. I did not know what to do. I was helpless. I have never had cleaning service like this. It was poorly done and very unprofessional. The thing is, I asked them to clean four major things: clean the fridge, clean all the windows, clean the stoves, and clean the cabinet and the drawers - and they only did half of what I asked. The work should be minimum for them as we have not moved in yet and the house was completely empty (not a single item in any of the cabinet or drawers), and the carpet is brand new so not much cleaning needed there. I basically spent $160 for them to clean my fridge and stove...which thank goodness they did! Now I have to call some other cleaning service to clean the windows. I would have to wait for two weeks to call for another cleaning service to clean the drawers as I had already spent so much money on nothing. read more

I have been very happy with Eco Cleaning Services. Patricia and her team are very thorough and detail oriented. I hire them every few months to do a deep clean and I'm always so happy when I see my house sparkling at the end of it. They make my tub whiter than anyone else ever has, dust and polish every inch of furniture and even the air smells fresher when they leave. If they ever miss a spot, they're always happy to fix it. Patricia will do her best to remove absolutely everything she can, sometimes working tirelessly on a particularly dirty area, such as stains in my hardwood floor that my cat caused. She is also honest about what is stained beyond repair in my old house, though. I am always very impressed with her work and also appreciate how personable she is. Patricia is a very hard worker and also a really sweet person. I always enjoy catching up with her. Eco Cleaning's prices are a bit high but I think they're worth it because their crew is so hard working, often breaking a sweat from all of their scrubbing. Also, maids are notoriously cheap and I honestly think that when you break down the price per person, Eco Cleaning charges a fair wage given how wonderful their results are. I would frankly feel guilty paying them too much less than what they charge. My house is never that dirty to begin with and yet I can see a huge improvement every time they leave, as they truly try to make the place shine. I haven't had any of the negative experiences that other yelpers mentioned and to the contrary, I will be happily hiring Eco Cleaning on an ongoing basis. I don't need my house cleaned regularly but when I do want that deep clean, they'll definitely continue to be my first pick. read more

I was extremely impressed with Eco-Cleaning Services. I had a huge job, a move-out clean for a two bedroom house, and since the move had gone faster than expected, I wanted to have the cleaning done a day earlier than the date I had originally planned for it. I called Eco-Cleaning Services and they were able to come later that same day. They worked extremely hard all evening, and came back the next morning to finish the job. They charged a flat rate that we agreed upon in advance, and the pricing was reasonable. The cleaners were a mother and son team who were very pleasant and polite. They arrived on time and were very thorough. If I were staying in the area, I would happily call on them again. read more

I am very happy with the service I received from Eco Cleaning. I never used them before (I rarely use professional housecleaning services generally). I decided to give them a try based on the Yelp reviews here. They were able to squeeze me in for a next-day cleaning due to a cancellation. They were very courteous on the phone, returning my message within an hour. They were clear about the range of fees for the level of service I described over the phone. They answered all my questions, of which I had a few, being that I normally don't use professional housecleaners. This is what I needed them to do: clean an empty, small, one-bedroom rental apartment that had been vacated. The apartment was left in basic clean condition by the tenant, but it was not in good move-in clean for the next tenant. Eco cleaning certainly made it move-in clean. For $130, they cleaned the bathroom, the kitchen, the refrigerator interior, the wood floors, vacuumed the area rugs, cleaned all the interiors of the kitchen cabinets and the built-in shelves and closet in the living room, and cleaned the exterior of the stove, all window sills, etc. ( I didn't have them clean the bedroom, since actually that part was already move-in clean.) For and additional $50, they cleaned the interior of my clawfoot tub and the interior of my stove (I needed only those two specific things done). I think these are very reasonable prices. It was only two and a half hours from start to finish, with three people at work. I was very pleased with the results, the time, the fee, and their courteous, friendly, and thoughtful personalities. I will definitely use them again! read more

Patricia and her team cleaned our 1-bedroom apartment 3 times within a year period. Communication was easy each time. They were thorough and did a great job, never leaving until the place was sparkling. We were particularly impressed with their move-out clean. They spent several hours cleaning our blinds for a very reasonable additional charge. Best of all, everyone on the team is friendly and professional and I felt very safe leaving them in our apartment. I highly recommend Eco Cleaning! read more
