I'll start by saying they did a pretty good job cleaning. However, the general interactions that I had with the manager of the business were less than ideal. I got bids from several cleaning companies on Yelp to do my carpets for a move out. Fast cleaning offered to give me a discount on a move out cleaning if I booked with the carpets, and another discount if the apartment was going to be empty--they specifically said "no furniture inside". I said my apartment would be completely empty with no belongings inside and we settled on the discounted price. They arrived a bit later than the promised time (9am) by about 45-50 minutes. The owner had told me they would be arriving 30 mins late due to a personal issue, which I said ok that's fine I'll meet you at 9:30, so I went there expecting to meet them at 9:30 instead of 9, and they were not there. The owner did not communicate with me at all regarding the further lateness or when they would be there. They showed up just before 10. The cleaners were very friendly and professional. Halfway through the clean I received two pictures from the owner of the inside of my fridge and the stovetop. I will attach those to this review. He told me how dirty they were and said I should have mentioned how filthy my apartment was before I let him give me a discount. So he was telling me that he was surprised by how dirty it was and then suggested that I should not get the discount we agreed upon. I brought up to him that he offered me a discount because I had bundled carpet+move out cleaning and because there was no furniture in the apartment. He hadn't asked me for any pictures to gauge the level of cleanliness in the apartment. He hadn't asked me any specifics about the state of the place. I didn't even know that this was a factor that was important to a cleaner, unless there was something like blood, puke, or a huge carpet stain. I basically told him I hired you guys to clean and now you're mad that the apartment wasn't pristine upon arrival? So it wasn't Spic and span but why would I hire somebody to clean my apartment if it was already clean? If I hire somebody to clean for several hundred dollars, I'm sorry, but I was surprised by his reaction to two things in my home being dirty. He was sort of implying that they would want to charge me more for the extra time spent and I was like I don't really think that's fair considering that was not part of the deal and the rest of the apartment had already been pre cleaned (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning) When they were done everything looked pretty good except that they had not cleaned under the removable element of the stovetop. I had also let the owner know before booking that I would need an official invoice to prove to my landlord that I had gotten a cleaning done. He promised he would send one but did not for several days. I kept asking him to and he kept saying "I'll send it right now" and then did not send it. He did finally send it after several days of asking. I really waffled between 3 and 4 stars because the cleaning was perfectly adequate. read more

I requested quotes from multiple companies to do a move-out clean of my two bedroom one bathroom apartment. They were the only company willing to come out and provide an in-person quote for an accurate price. They're price was fair and they were extremely professional. They were super accommodating with scheduling since it was Thanksgiving weekend. Greatly appreciate the work they did and how quick they were. I just needed a light carpet cleaning on an empty home prepared to hit the market. Fast Cleaning was the cheapest quote out of about five companies that sent me bids. While I don't necessarily go with the cheapest one, I felt comfortable with this one based on the positive reviews and the job I needed done. I'm used to larger companies with specialized vans with on board equipment showing up. I was surprised when they showed up with some more basic equipment. However, it got the job done just the same. While my appointment slot was shuffled around a few times the day before, it still worked with my schedule. I would have no hesitation using this company again. read more

I highly recommend Fast Cleaning to perform your cleaning service needs. I hired Fast Cleaning to perform a deep cleaning of my Daughter In Laws 2-Story Home as a gift for her. She is a hard worker with a full-time job in addition to that, she also has a full-time home life, taking care of my Son, Grandson, two dogs and a cat, as well as all the food and laundry that comes with that. She keeps a clean home, it's just some things needed a little extra TLC and Family time is more important than cleaning, as it should be! The Home includes a Family Room, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, 3 Bedrooms with a loft/den, 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. Fast Cleaning had a team of 2 amazing and thorough cleaners, come and provide such a deep clean that my DIL was gushing about how clean everything was, how good it smelled. They cleaned the stove top, the oven, inside the fridge, all the inside windows and window sills, they wiped baseboards, they mopped, vacuumed all flooring, they scrubbed the stairwell bannister and wiped down all the cabinets, the cleaning of course also included scrubbing the bathrooms, toilets, showers and tubs, such a good thorough cleaning. The cleaners not only provided all of the services that were offered when I had discussed the deep clean service with the Supervising Manager, they also provided additional special touches, with the toilet paper and towels. Speaking of the Supervising Manager, Martin, was a pleasure to speak to, he was completely honest about his company and the services they provide.
