This company is great!! Jorge is very clear about pricing and it is very reasonable. The ladies who came to clean did a great job and were very professional and focused on working rather than chatting on their phone or something else as has happened in the past with other companies. They also showed up exactly when they said they would. Marin House Cleaning is a wonderful company! read more

I just want to tell you guys again about how wonderful Jorge and his thoughtful, experienced and efficient team has been over these years. They are awesome! After all this time they still ask me during every service what else they could do to improve. That takes diligence and forethought, and most importantly, caring. Not many services can do that (whatever the business). Now I depend on them and they never disappoint...Just the BEST! read more

Marble floors in need of attention and big kitchen to tend to. Marin house cleaning to the rescue! Fast efficient careful and meticulous. They will be our regular clean team. Jorge prices the job fairly and I've also used these folks for a move out cleaning and the place was spotless! Full deposit back. This service cleaned my two-story townhouse yesterday. The did an amazing job at the very-fair fixed price they had quoted. I'll definitely use them again. read more

We're giving 4 stars to the move out cleaning Marin House Cleaning did for us because we found their work was initially not thorough enough in our case. Instead, we had to point out some areas needing further cleaning when we arrived when the team believed they were done, and a bit of additional cleaning work we needed to do after they left. Initially, we'd thought to give a bit lower rating because of this. However, when we mentioned the problem to Jorge, we found he was extremely responsive and willing to make amends. He offered to do any other cleaning required there, and provided a partial refund to make amends as well. Based on his response and commitment, I feel confident recommending the Marin House Cleaning crew and feel they stand behind the work they do. read more

I just moved to area and tried Marin Housecleaning because of all of their great reviews. They did not disappoint. Jorge responded to my inquiry immediately, and scheduled my cleaning for just 2 days later. He came personally to see the house, accompanied by a team of three. They did a fantastic job cleaning my 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath house, in under 2 hours. The were very friendly and worked quickly. One of them hummed while she worked in the kitchen! They left the house spotless, with no chemical smells. I have used many cleaning services and individual cleaners over the years, but Marine Housecleaning is easily the best. I have have scheduled them for regular cleanings. read more

This maid service is 100% FABULOUS! I have searched for a good house cleaning service for decades and I finally found one. Not good, GREAT! They came to my house and followed my instructions completely. The boss (Jorge) came to make sure I was happy with everything and I could not be happier! They did an excellent job. They use the cleaning products I want, they clean everything thoroughly, they schedule the time to fit my schedule, and they are sweet and polite. The overall VALUE is EXCELLENT! When I pay them I feel so lucky! Honestly! read more

Marin house cleaning is easily the best house cleaning business I've ever used. The team is easy to work with, they're flexible with arrival/departure times and cost is low especially considering they only use green products! We've spent the last several years actively removing products with harmful chemicals and it is a relief knowing the products used by Marin House Cleaning to clean our home throughly are also free of harmful chemicals. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting a trusted team to keep your home in great condition! read more

Marin Cleaning has been our go-to cleaning crew for about five years. Let's call them --the best of the best!. They've saved us on more than one occasion when we were just too exhausted or sick to do our own cleaning. They do a thorough job and clean places in the apartment that we can't get to because of our age. The place always smells clean when they have done their magic but it is not an overpowering, hit-you-in-the-face kind of smell. Appreciate the green products and the fact they know how to clean wood floors properly. One big, great shout out loud and clear to the whole team! read more

Jorge and his team have always been reliable and extremely pleasant to work with over the last few years. We have two young boys so our monthly house cleaning has been critical. I can rest assure that they will arrive on time, every time, with no excuses and ready to work. The owner of Marin House Cleaning is kind, considerate, communicates and listens to your requests well, communicates to his staff well, and has incredible business integrity (I paid twice for a cleaning date, didn't realize it, and he emailed to let me know and to say he would apply it to the next service date. That's integrity! In these tough financial times he could have kept it and said nothing, but he is NOT that kind of person!) his cleaning crew works hard, always smiling and gracious. What a lovely business to work with. I highly recommend Marin house Cleaning! read more

We have used Marin House Cleaning 4 times now to clean our home, and each time they do a truly amazing job, better than any other house cleaning company I've ever used in 11 years. They have an exacting attention to detail, and are extremely fast. The prices are fair and the value is very high given all they can achieve in a few hours. There is never any hassle involved, and communication is crystal-clear. I've received feedback from numerous friends after a clean that the house looked "amazing" and was "extremely clean" - all thanks to MHC. Jorge and his business are professional and friendly. It's the best cleaning my house has seen for the best price. I'm definitely hiring again. They also send you an invoice after the service, and include tips on how to conserve resources - it seems simple and silly but I love a business that puts extra time in to show they care! read more

I was seeking out some cleaning services on behalf of my parents in Marin who were experiencing some difficulty with their present help. So the pressure was on. I reached out to Marin House Cleaning over email and easily set up an initial cleaning (I particularly appreciated how I could set everything up via email since that's the mode of communication I prefer most). When they came over, I was able to communicate everything to the manager and they told me it would be about 3-4 hours. I came back and the house was spotless! Most importantly, my mother agreed and was thrilled with the service. I would highly recommend! read more

I am a huge fan of Jorge and his team! Having used several different house cleaners over the years, Marin House Cleaning is hands down my favorite. l love being able to schedule appointments by email or text, and knowing exactly when the crew is going to arrive at my house (previous house cleaners would only give me a day, and I never knew when or even if they were going to show up). Jorge always responds quickly whenever I reach out to him. The cleaning crew is also incredibly thorough and they do a great job of making my house spotless. I highly recommend them! read more

Marin House Cleaning is the best! I so look forward to coming home on the days that MHC has been to my house. They go above and beyond and ensure that it is absolutely spotless before they leave. I have never had housecleaning before, and sought a company whom I could really trust to come into my home to clean. I selected Marin House Cleaning based off the Yelp reviews and their green cleaning products. I spoke to Jorge, who patiently answered my questions. I made an appointment for the following week. Jorge and his team of three arrived at my home on time, and it took about two hours to complete. I was so excited to come home to fresh smelling home that was neatly organized and thoroughly cleaned. I have been so happy with Marin House Cleaning. The team is trustworthy and comes to the home prepared, professional, and friendly. The service is exceptional and I've never had a complaint about the finished cleaning as they are very thorough. I chose Marin House Cleaning since they use sustainable cleaning methods and non-toxic and natural cleaners, and have valued supporting a local business with a more personal feel. Things that are especially important personally, as well as for kids and pets. The overall value for cleaning, with less environmental impact, and, the great team, is the best. read more

They're always right on time, VERY efficient with their cleaning - thorough, quiet and fast, this is great because my partner and I both work from home so we're here while they clean. this is a revise of my earlier review where I had grumbled about a lack of response from Jorge to my attempts, via Yelp (and phone) to get in touch for a cleaning before Christmas. Turns out that he had responded within the hour, but somehow Yelp messages are not linked to my email address, so I never got it:-( He was super helpful in calling me back a few days later to make sure that I had got the cleaning assistance I needed (I had) and we will likely talk in the New Year, because I like his straightforwardness, and responsiveness. read more

We have been using MHC for 5 years and Jorge, his Mom and staff are great people and do an awesome job! They always go the extra mile for us and because my wife is very allergic to toxic cleaning products Jorge's line of non-toxic cleaning products are fantastic. I had to use someone in a last minute emergency because Jorge was already booked and they said they were non toxic but it was sketchy and no way did they do the job that MHC does. Thank you all at MHC for the great service and attention to detail you provide! We really appreciate you schlepping to the city to take care of us! read more

MHC is a great team of really nice, hardworking people! We learned about them through our neighborhood email list and enlisted them to help clean our home in preparation for our backyard wedding last year. They came in beforehand to clean, did an impeccable job, with Jorge on site at the start to inquire about our particular preferences and after to inspect his team's work. Then they came back after our wedding and restored our home to clean and serenity before we returned from our honeymoon. We've now had them back several times and I'm always impressed with the thoroughness of their work. Not only that, they're nice, consistently engaged around requesting and receiving feedback, and they use natural, safe products! read more
